Hello   I  need to filter people from my targeting with date of birth is between for example Aug 21 and Dec 23. I tried a query like: day of date of birth of targeting dimension greater than or equal to 23 and month of date of birth of targeting dimension greater than or equal to 8 But seems not what I want, I need to send a communication for the people when date of birth is between this two dates above. Any ideas?   Thank you

Hi All, Requesting your help regarding error message-"communication error with server- operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space".. screenshot shared below. Could you please let me know the mime type for .msg asset. Outlook email ?    I see its just "audio" for audio files. Similarly I want for .msg files.

I am running into an issue where we run our OOTB mcSynchExec job for our RTEvents and BatchEvents. The error we are receiving is detailed below: soapImportRtEvent SOP-330021 Communication error with server: please make sure it is configured correctly. HTTP code 500 'HTTP connection timed out. WEB-530007 Error relaying '/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp' to URL 'http://localhost:8080/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp'.'. // soapImportRtEvent INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Internal Server Error' type error (500). We checked the test connections on the marketing instance and it was successful. We checked to see if the mobile app package was installed on both the RT and MKT instance. Our connections for tomcat-8 are maxed out too, so if anyone has any suggestions to look into this please feel free to reach out! 

Hello, I am trying to patch AEM 6.5 but as per document it says  Automatic installation There are two different methods that you can use to automatically install Experience Manager 6.5.14.0. Place the package into ../crx-quickstart/install folder when the server is available online. The package is automatically installed   But Nothing is happening. I stopped the Jboss service and start but no luck. Is anyone having any idea or faced similar issue.   Thank you, Sanjay

Hi all, I am using aem 6.4 in my touch ui component having one multifield tab inside that having one path field i marked as mandatory by using the property required Boolean true in this mandatory field is still red even though the field has value. Expected is once the value is selected means that time that mandatory field highlighting red color should be disappear.  Give me some solution to resolve this issue. When we activate a segment, we are allowed to send only the attributes belonging to the "Individual Profile Class". However, I have a requirement in which I need to pass an evar value (coming from Adobe Analytics connector) as part of the payload to the Kinesis stream. Since AA connector has an associated "Event Class" I cannot send these values. What could be the possible workaround to this considering we cannot compromise on real-time behavior?  

Hello Techies, I am making a series of calls from graphql (which is placed outside AEM, consider it as 3rd party) via Dispatcher to my publish instance likehttp://my-publish-domain/api/assets/my/content_fragment/path.json.I could get the result as json, but this response is not getting cached in dispatcher docroot.  On a deeper look i could see in dispatcher logs says like below and these json results are never cached. Backend forbids caching, sent: 'Pragma: no-cache'  Further the publish instance directly (not through dispatcher) itself give following Response header.Not sure this is causing the issue of not caching in dispatcher.My Query Can it be customised so that we can cache the .json result, because every-time when a page is refreshed always the Asset API calls reaches the origin server?

Client decided to go with new search implementations and deprecate vivisimo search.   Client site does sitemap, pages search using vivisimo search. I am completely new to "search implementations" and looking for what search implementations other AEM teams using for all aem sites.    Any pointers on what are available search implementations (open source, commercial) where could I start , any blogs especially for aem applications, sites integration.   I appreciate any help.   Thanks, Sreeni

Hello, I am currently working on our initial system setup and was wondering, if it is somehow possible to hide a task for an associated person, until the enforced predecessor task is completed.   Until now I only found out, that a notification is shown, if the person tries to work on a task depending on its predecessor.   Thanks for any help.   Regards Lars

Hi Community,   I'm trying to set-up the Time to Complete plugin to record the duration of a workflow on our site but I'm having some difficulty getting the function to work. I am seeing the cookie value being recorded when the first event triggers the starting point; then the cookie clears when the function should end, but I'm not seeing any value being stored as an eVar within the debugger. I am trying to see how many older iPhones use our iOS Mobile APP at 320 WIDTH.  Not website. How do I look and get this data?   Due to pixel density AKA retina screens ...  iPhone SE gen1 - has a logical resolution of 320x568 but an actual resolution of 640x1136 iPhone 4s has a logical resolution of 320x480 but an actual resolution of 640x960 ( reference https://iosref.com/res )   I cannot get a breakdown to show how many visitors using the iPhone app are at 320 width. Can Omniture show this?  Does anyone know how?  Even a list of what version of iPhone device would be fine because I could look that up.

Hi,   We have a requirement wherein we need to restrict/block the .json extension under suffix. For e.g, https://<domain>/content/dam/somepath.form.html/en-us.json We have tried adding the following dispatcher rule, /0281 { /type "deny" /path "/content/dam/*" /selectors '(form|selector1)' /extension '(.*infinity.*|.*children.*|.*tidy.*|.*json.*)'} But when deploying this rule, the cloud deployment pipleline fails. Recipients engage with the various emails in that campaign, engaging with CTAs and landing on designated pages in the website. Is it possible to to use the Request Campaign Flow Action and Request Campaign Trigger across Workspaces? Example - Create the smart campaign with the flow action in one workspace and the trigger campaign in another workspace?
