I have multiple local installations for AEM and am trying to find which folder is mapped to my current AEM instance. How can you tell? The reason for this is I need to update a version number in one of the pom.xml files, so I have to find the correct core\pom.xml file.    com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models,version=[12.19,13) -- Cannot be resolved

Why cant i create a segment within the Workspace project, but can create it in the tools- segment management?   In workspace project - no No Button, Can not create fast segment, can not editing the existing segment.           In segment management - yes, can be added and save     It feels a little bit strange...   Additional Question    For the Segment Manage Tools, I can add new segment or editing the existing segment and save as another one (as I said). But the note below makes me feel confused, does it means in the tools, all the changes will automatically publishing? Because as i remembered in the workspace, all the publishing in Cloud can be chose or not to choose.   Hope some one can help me with this question.       

I have a service which extracts leads using bulk lead extract endpoint in csv format. Lately I am observing the extraction process is taking more than usual. Earlier it used to get completed within 5-10 min and now it takes at least 35-40 min. What are the factors that affect job completion time and does the number of jobs queued affect this process?

Hi Team,   I have data kept in a content node (content/test) and this node has multiple nodes with the name of Item_ID with similar values in jcr:content node (Title, Subtitle, link etc).   I can show all items on the UI by accessing the data using an OSGI service. Now, I want to add a feature for the AEM authors to filter the list from the component's dialog and show the items based on their needs and not the full list of items.   So, I want to populate all item's IDs as a dropdown in the dialog for the author to select whatever they want to show on the component's UI markup.   Is there a recommended way to implement this? OR any existing code sample, which can be referred to for this requirement?   Thanks in advance!

Notes Report: Does anyone know a way to group updates/comments/notes by thread (parent note)? Or show all comments as a discussion in the Notes report.In the example below I would like to show the reply (thank you) under the parent (per Slack with ...).    

Hi all, Why everyone group has read permission to all the paths in publish instance? I can understand why permissions provided for anonymous groups as end user will anonymous and not authenticated.   The Problem I am facing is, if I create a group with read access to particular content path in author and activate it to publish instance, in publish instance it will have access to all the paths (because it will be part of everyone group) What's the better way to create user in publish instance (consider multiple publishers) instance with access to particular content path?   Please suggest.

Hi all,   I'm using the image core component without renditions default behaviour and I'm using a js lib. The think is that I'm using a data-src attr that uses the image.src property. But this image is rendered with a smaller size (1280x568px) than the original (4320x1920px). The path is: data-src="/content/project/es/index/_jcr_content/root/container/container/carouselhero/item_1649317947070/imageDesktop.coreimg.png/1665385796673/hero-01.png" Do you know why this is happening? Hi everyone, I would like to create a copy of a file in Workfront using Fusion, any tips how to approach this? There is no "copy" action in Misc module, so my plan would be to: 1. download the file 2. upload the file as many times as needed I don't think this is most optimal, but I'm not sure if there is any better approach. Hi there,   I am looking for a way to add a free text field into a project view that our project managers can enter manually into.   The intention is creating an EAC that goes by project revenue, and not cost. We would like project managers to manually update planned hours in this free text column. In doing so we can compare this with original planned hours and get an updated EAC based on that.   Any questions, let me know.   Thanks,   Alex

How do we send Direct Mail using JO/AJO? Direct Mail generally requires files to be created on a daily basis.    Here are some questions/ thoughts: Export audience from AJO to create a dataset in AEP and then create a segment and activate this dataset to SFTP? Use the Update Profile step to update each action to be taken back at the Profile level and create a segment to use these fields to activate? If "update profile" is used, the number of fields is likely to grow depending on the number of campaigns, brands, etc - so any best practices to create this? What are the other options that will be supported to manage this efficiently, if the consumer doesn't support APIs?  Remember activation will be required from AJO - activation to other channels like social -> so is it good to do it from AJO or go via AEP? Appreciate it if anyone has any input or thoughts on this.   Thanks, Chetanya

Hello All,We have got a critical bug and the error says as below logs -Scenario is :We have a custom workflow as emergency publishing WF which has step "Initiator Notification To Review in Preview Server" which should send the mail and it is indeed happening, mail is being sent and received as well. Hi folks,   I have an AEM 6.5 setup (1 author and 1 publisher) both with SP13 installed.  I was following the instructions on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/seo/sitemaps.html . This involved changing the publisher's Apache Sling Sitemap - Sitemap Generator Manager to "on demand". I then, as explained in the tutorial, enabled the US page properties "generate sitemap" and published the page. Hi All,   I came to a scenario where I need to create an anchor tag without href attribute using RTE component. I am able to create anchor tag using HTML option in RTE, but the thing is that anchor tag is getting skipped by tab index and never focused. Then I tried adding attribute tabindex=0 so that that anchor tag get focus, but that tabindex=0 attribute is not getting persist in html. Any idea why it is not allowed and how I can fix this in RTE? We installed SP8(AEM 6.4.8) on Prod servers. Since then we were not able to update the assets (pdf file) to dynamic media. After troubleshooting we found that assets are getting uploaded to scene7 but their metadata is still showing as uploadStarted instead of Publishcompleted. Because of this, assets are always shown as processing in the card view. Also no other properties e.g. scene7 asset url, file, domain company id etc. And are not getting updated to these asset’s on metadata node. This was working fine earlier without Service Pack 8 Installation. Currently also, it is working fine on those servers in lower environments where we have installed SP8.   Can you please help me on this issue. 

Hi, As per my knowledge, AEM DAM doesn't allow drag and drop of folders into DAM. But there are people who claim that it is possible with AEM vanilla instance but it never worked for me. My questions for this groups are- 1. Is it possible to drag and drop a folder to AEM DAM 6.5? 2. Was it ever supported in previous AEM versions?   Thanks
