We are planning to use CRX Package manager to migrate content from Dev to STG environment on AEM as cloud service. The content includes pages, experience fragments, content fragments and assets. The total volume of contents to be transferred is less that 1 GB.  Are there any precautionary measures to be taken before carrying out this operation? We used to stop the asset workflows when we did a similar activity in AEM on-prem. Are there any such steps to be followed before heading to the content transfer via the package manager?

is there a way to upload a multiple files into adobe target and save it as audience ? We have different types of audiences those are created by our analytics team in teradata on a daily basis. We want to upload them into target. i know we have customer attributes, but that seems to be static list of fields and our files need to be consolidated one.   We are not using audience manager.   Requesting some thoughts.

Currently we are using at.js (v1.8), we plan on migrating to Target V2 version and what should be the decision method to be selected ? As we are currently using client side if making this to Server-side will it impact any of the existing activities?   

hi all, we have three instances of marketo (test, dev & live), don't ask!   we need to set each of these instances to always be on the correct time in the UK. Is this possible please?   our customer base is only in the uk, so hopefully wont be complex.   I have read in the prod docs that recipient time is set based on their location, but as all of our customers will be on same time zone, I'm not sure we'll need this feature (our customers are being synced by API with this data however).   any help is much appreciated!   thanks, Mike

If I add this script in footer with async, try to track event from my component , before this script is loaded then there will be loss of events as of in ga we have datalayer where we push the events it gets tracked as sson as js is loaded, how can i achieve same behaviour as ga in omniture 2. Hi,  hot clicks report is available for ours Email deliveries (only condition Channel = Email).However, for some email deliveries report does not show anything just blank page. For one millisecond this is shown:It seems that report cannot generate HTML of the delivery due to missing temporary table (but why these tables are needed?). If we open already sent delivery and then press Preview tab and choose some recipient for personalization we  get error:For all deliveries with this error, Hot clicks report is not available as mentioned. For deliveries where this work properly, Hot clicks report is shown properly.This relation does not make sense to me right now but might be helpful for you. Everything is fine with privileges and other things on report level. Any idea? Regards,Milan

Hi there,  With the addition of New Experience for Emails, the sending of samples is slightly different, and one convenient feature that we liked to use is seemingly gone. We use the "Segment" field to send samples based on the segmentation., which is not available anymore. I've tried to use email addresses that I think might be using the language segment I want to use, but it might not be the best practice. Are there plans to bring that feature into the new experience? Or anyone knows of a way to make this easier without switching back to the old experience. I know it's a disadvantage for my team, and they would use the old experience instead.    BEFORE    AFTER

I prepare Lead scoring in Marketo and take issueMarketo do not track Sales Email     I'm newbie in Marketo that is why i try to explain what i do: - create new Lead in SFDC (country = Germany and sync it with Marketo) - check that Lead appear in Marketo - create new email in SFDC related for that Lead -> add some links for testing simple link like https://google.com and send email to Lead- login in email box - open that email and click link from that email - SFDC show me that email was opened  - but in Marketo I see that my SmartCampaign never run - result is empty [trigger with MarketoEmail - open/click links work well with that Lead]I checked my Marketo->SFDC sync settings (Email Opened and Clicked link in email are present there)   Under Lead in Marketo I see that send email log (as SFDC Activity) was sync from SFDC to Marketo But not Opened Email activity or Clicked Link Email activity in Activity Log

Hi All,I am trying to retrieve the mcid using visitor api, I just want to understand a couple of things.1) When the getMarketingCloudVisitorID method uses a callback(var mcid = s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID(cb)) to return the mcid compared to not passing the callback(var mcid = s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID()). Reason for asking is,  s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID() without callback returns mcid most of the times when I am not clearing my cookie and cache before loading the page. 2) Is there any chance the mcid generated in the user machine matches with any previous mcid(returning user), in case the user clears the cookie and cache in the second visit.ThanksShinov

On AEM v6.5.3, how to find the usage/reference of an Experience Fragment / Variation on pages? I can get the reference list easily from Classic UI, I'm wondering if there a way to get the references in Touch UI as well, without customizing the console. In touch UI, experience fragments > references shows Content References > Usages, but that data is not appropriate. It should work similar to how Sites > References works. 

I am following the instructions for Target client-side logging as described here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/personalization/adobe-target/a4t/client-side.html?lang=en   After executing the alloy sendEvent, I get a response that has `characteristics.eventToken` but no `characteristics.analyticsToken`. Is this documentation still valid?

I'm hoping I can use velocity to populate a link instead of using traditional segmentation or creating multiple versions of emails.   I have a link that I need to show, but the link is going to be reliant on the value in a certain field in the lead record.   The value I am using to populate the field is ${lead.creditCardPromoAmount}   What I need it to do is     If $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 15,000 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 7,500 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 5,000 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 2,500 then display this unique url     Those are the only possible values that members of this program will have.

To make sure that anyone that enters our system is aware of our GDPR privacy policy, I want to add a form check field that states "I have reviewed the privacy policy and accept the terms." (That was just a random link). Anyone who fills out a form on our website should be required to check this off before submitting a request. The hyperlink can either open our privacy policy page in a new tab or display our privacy policy in the form of a lightbox. I have absolutely no idea how to do either of these things and would REALLY appreciate any help I can get.Thank you!PS, I like Sanford Whiteman's example in this thread. Hello,   We are in the process of building a lead scoring model, this is the formula that we have set up: Person Score = Behavioural score + Demographic score  I have a question related to Decay Scoring, when a lead status is nurtured we would like to keep only the demographic score, which means that the person score will equal to the demographic score so whatever we have in the behavioural score, needs to equal 0.   How can we accomplish that? How can I figure out what's the behavioural score to be able to deduct it? and is it even possible to do that?

As a sys admin, I am able to "Send Report" under Report Actions, but when I login as my planners and workers, they do not have this option. I can't figure out where enabling this setting lives (e.g. layout template, license type, etc)
