Hi WE have setup both VEC and form based Auto personalisation activities, however we cannot see any of the experiences render with the preview links. Inspections shows the offer coming in with empty array, so the html offers are not returned in the response. We get the same if we throw the activity live too. The activities have an all visitor audience, so there are no other restrictions as to why they are not returning.  Any idea anyone? is there a config switch we missed somewhere? 

I made a change in http://localhost:4502/system/console/configMgr/org.apache.felix.http to enable HTTPS, and once I saved, I am not longer able to access my AEM environment at all. http://localhost:4502 is completely broken. No response from the server at all. How can I reverse this and remove HTTPS only?

Hello, novice user here. Our organization is using AA to evaluate internal SharePoint site usage metrics across various sites. We have PPT files (playbooks) embedded within different sites and would like to be able to measure the number of views and/or unique viewers for each file. After much searching I'm unable to find any guidance for building dimensions/metrics for file views. I'm curious to see if anyone else has had a similar requirement. Thanks!

I have an English preferences center form (form 1) that has pre-fill enabled and is behaving as it should. On this same form, I link to the French version of the preferences center form (form 2) and when you click to access form 2, there is no pre-fill. Does anyone know how to have the pre-fill from form 1 carry over to form 2?   Thanks!

 Need to stop all the emails to go out from the engagement program. I just turned the program status to off on the setup tab of the engagement program. Will that work?

I want to keep users from receiving emails from an engagement program but don't want to remove them from it, so I can keep track of what programs they entered. I can't pause (i change them from paused to normal and back to send every two days (a cadence that Marketo doesn't offer)) or remove user from the Engagement Program.   Should I Use Complete users on the Engagement program to keep them from getting more emails on that nurture? What does the "Complete" action do? I can't find any links about the Complete Status on Engagement Programs.  

Hi Folks, I am trying to explore more on java design patterns(e.g: Factory design pattern, Singleton design pattern or etc).So As an AEM developer I have question which design pattern we mostly use in AEM related use cases(e.g: sling models with services or web services call through sling Servlet...etc) and which could be the best fit to design most of our general AEM use cases.Let me know if there is reference I can look at it. please enlighten.  

Hey there. So we have AEM 6.5 and Adobe Campaign Classic (v7) and we are trying to implement the integration between the two. We have noticed that the following AEM template is now considered deprecated:/libs/mcm/campaign/components/campaign_newsletterpageHowever, that template appears to be the only template that can be used to successfully synchronize in Adobe Campaign. We have found that the synchronization API points to https://[aemserver]/[contentpath].campaign.link.json. This campaign.link.json selector only resolves correctly when using the above AEM template. It would be very helpful if someone could confirm if A) this AEM template is indeed deprecated and potentially reaching end-of-life, and/or B) it is possible to create our own custom template that is able to handle these API calls from Adobe Campaign.Thanks for the help!

Hi, I am using a query activity in a Targeting workflow to return all the campaigns which are 3 year and older.I have to delete them but before that I have to delete the associated deliveries.Like in SQL, I have to use inner join and get all the associated deliveries for any given Campaign,.I should first delete the deliveries and then delete the campaigns.I am not able to load the deliveries associated along with campaign in the query activity.How can we do that in Campaign classic using the query activity.  TIA.
