Does anyone know of a tool that can read auto reply emails for out of offices messages? We would like to be able to automate the process of reviewing these emails for the out of office dates so those contacts can be suppressed during the time they are away and reactivated when they return.

Our client has the use case that they want to send a promotion/email to their top 1000 customers with the highest customer value. We can do the aggregated sum of all values to generate the customer value, but we don't see the possibility to select 'just' a 1000 profiles, is that correct? We've tried using a profile cap condition, but there's no way to determine the order.Other thing we tried is to do a query and have that data stored in a different dataset, but I'm not sure how to activate this data into a segment.  Any suggestions? 

Hi Folks, I have written a servlet which is working fine in AEM cloud author instance, returning the string response. When I call the same servlet in publisher+dispatcher instance, response is empty, though the response code is 200. Attached for your reference.   Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks,Pradeep

This issue only happens for the first nested multifield. Hi I would like to try and understand if it's possible to be able to add key business metrics (product lifetime value - £) to Adobe analytics as part of a segment so I can later use it as part of a calculated metric. i.e. Product lifetime value (£100 - provided as a metric from business) X No. of individual salesso i can get an overall view of profit. I have looked and don't think there is a way but would love to be proved wrong and if there isn't could this be something that could be added so I can pull all the data via adobe analytics rather than having to pull the data together in Microsoft excel. Hello, My understanding is that Visits can be higher in the Marketing Channel Report over Marketing Channel Instances if Direct/Session refresh are set to NOT override Last Touch. Since visits are incremented each time a new channel is hit, a user could hit multiple channels in one session.  Is that a correct understanding?  If the business just wants a very high level report of traffic (not conversions) coming from each Marketing Channel, which is the most accurate metric to use?  Visits? Marketing Channel Instances? or Campaign  Click Throughs (I read somewhere that this could be used as Visits metric)?   As you can see here, there is quite a discrepancy in values.  I don't know which metric accurately answers the question, "how many customers came from (Marketing Channel)?"   I know that this question has been asked here https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/marketing-channel-instan

HiI've been asked to provide an updated view of the old Reports & Analytics Top Level Domains report.  In Workspace this dimension doesn't exist.  There is a "Domain" dimension, which, according to the documentation "...does not have a variable to populate...".So I can't add a classification to it to get the top level domain value; I can't assign the value to a different evar in Processing Rules...  Is there a way to replicate this report in Workspace? Alternatively, is there a way to get the Reports menu item back in to the top nav for certain users (it looks like some people still have it and some don't - I don't) 

I'm facing the following issue with an SPA:Context:At implementation level in Launch, I'm initializing Target on page load and firing a triggerView on History Change (in two different rules, both using Target v2 Extension events).The SPA root is root/The intended Page Delivery for my activity is root/item/1Issues:When I set Page Delivery in Target activity to be root/item/1, it only gets activated on page load and not when navigating from the SPA root/.In this last case, by debugging using the Mbox Trace the intended activity doesn't appear in the Evaluated ActivitiesMy guess here is because the last page load was made in /root then the activities with Page Delivery set as root/item/1 won't even be evaluated here because of the Server-side decisioning.By setting the Page Delivery url as the SPA root/ and refreshing the page in root/item/1 the expected modifications get applied, however when navigating from the SPA /root the expected modifications are not applied.In this last

Hello Everyone, We have 2 adobe properties for Parent Brand and it's child brandthose adobe configuration is completely different each other.Now management want one registration page for both parent and child brand so they are redirecting usersfrom child brand to Parent brand when they are clicking registration button in child brand site. in this senreio what are reports will effect .because users are completely going out from child brand launch scope and coming back after registration.Is below report will effect or not? any other also1. we are encountering an issue where a significant amount of traffic from email tracking code (starting with e) is moved heavily out of email and into direct and also paid search tracking code (starting with s)is moved into referrers. Nothing significant has changed on the site and was wondering was if anyone can shed light on why this could be happening.

We'd like to test out Target Recommendations on our blog. To start, we only want the recommendations to show up on a few articles and measure engagement before scaling. We'd also like to only start with a few articles to recommend - not our entire library/catalog. How would I go about setting that up as it relates to the criteria? There doesn't seem to be a way to just evenly rotate the inventory on a handful of articles rather it has to be cart/person-based.

Hello,The Assets are being deactivated when expiration date of an asset is reached. This is causing a problem where some of the pages leads to 404's. Is there a way like customizing OOTB ExpiryNotificationImpl removing the deactivate step so that asset don't get unpublished when expiration date is reached?

In aem 6.5.4 version, the disable button still showing even after the template is disabled. Please find below screen shot.  Is it a bug or a known issue? @kautuk_sahni

Hi Team,I am trying to Test the transactional messaging via Adobe Campaign Standard through API call. We have gone through the following references regarding usage of Adobe Campaign Standard APIs: https://console.adobe.io/integrations We checked it using POSTMAN. We are getting the below error. But using the Same JWT token we were able to generate access token earlier. Suppose say I have a page /content/example/xyz.html and I have configured a vanity URL i.e, /abc. My question is when a user hits /abc, will this be served from dispatcher cache or will it be served from publisher every time?

Dear All, I want to understand whether it is a good practice to add prehide snippet on the page only when we have consent from the user. In my case if we add event listener (for checking the cookie consent )for prehide snippet and load it when we have collected the response from the user, we face flicker issues and the original intent of placing prehide snippet is not achieved. If we use prehide snippet without collecting consent from the user , we are able to fix flicker issue. PS- We are taking consent for loading target and analytics calls , this question is specific to only prehide snippet.

This is to display to internal stakeholders so that we can always see the latest version that was sent on a daily basis. I have 10 GB assets(images, videos) in aws s3 and I want to move those assets to AEM 6.5 which in on AMS. It is just one time activity. I am thinking to download all the assets from aws s3 to local file system and then move it to AEM using AEM Desktop. Is this correct way of doing? Please let me know if there is any alternative way to import assets from s3 to aem instance. Note – It is not recurring operation, it is just one time activity.

We are running on AC classic V7 on CentOS 7. Recently we upgraded from the Gold Standard Release to 9346 release. After the upgrade, all the business logic seems to working as expected but we noticed a huge CPU usage jump on the application server. Checking the issue a bit deeper, we find that it is the “web” process on the application server consuming most of the CPUs. The web process runs a couple of "http-nio-8080-e” threads and each time a SOAP request comes in from the AC client console, there seems to be very heavy XML related work going on that can briefly saturate 1 vCPU on an AWS EC2 machine (e.g. 90% usage according to top).  When we have multiple AC users working concurrently with their client console, this high CPU usage issue can easily saturate a VM with 8 vCPUs.Are there other users facing similar issue with this relatively latest relase?
