Hello I am having trouble finding a solution for the Unauthorized Global Dimension. I am trying to make the following API request  { "rsid": "xxxx", "globalFilters": [ { "type": "dateRange", "dateRange": "2022-03-20T00:00:00.000/2022-03-21T00:00:00.000" } ], "metricContainer": { "metrics": [ { "columnId": "0", "id": "metrics/visits" } ] }, "dimension": "variables/pageeventvar3", "settings": { "limit": 100, "page": 0 } }  But I have errors  "columnErrors": [ { "columnId": "0", "errorCode": "unauthorized_dimension_global", "errorId": "57b087e6-5bdb-4c9a-a0be-08d42e91bb8d", "errorDescription": "User does not have access to the global dimension for this request" } ]  I am not sure about the errors as I made sure I have Auto-include: on for dimensions and metrics of my API profile. Any ideas on how to resolve this? 

Can the below formula be created in Calculated Metrics to create an Abandoned Cart % metric? If not, is there another way to get at the information without having to do an implementation. (1-(orders/cart additions))*100 We have have multiple ecommerce sites and uper management is interested in reporting cart abandonement. Thank you

Hi all,When we go to profile and target-> Subscription service -> {a particular service} and see the total count in the list, it shows as n. But when I query from recipient who are subscribed to the same service, it shows n-x records. So there are these x records in subscription service who are not present in recipient. But the foreign key recipient-id are all non empty. Does anyone know how those x records are generated?

Hello Experts, Hope you are doing well! We have come across a peculiar situation with ActivityMap. We are seeing that it's tracking PII information from the page, in our logged-in section, based on user clicks over the areas where such information exists. For instance, phone number, address, name etc. Launch is our TMS. Has anyone experienced it? Need help in avoiding this functionality and a solution to discard PII information that was collected already. Grateful to your guidance. Thank you. Kishore Reddy

Recently created a new eVar containing the timestamp utilizing the 'getTimeParting' (version 6.3) from Adobe Common Analytics Plugins. The results shows up as such:  year=2022 | month=March | date=20 | day=Sunday | time=6:48 AM  Currently having difficulty creating within the classification rule builder utilizing regular expressions to retrieve each value from the key-value pairs from the time stamp for year, month, date, day and time. Anyone have recommendations on how to approach this particular regular expression? Thanks!

Hi all! I am very new to Workfront; our team is just going live now with it. We've been using Excel for project/task management and we have a summary worksheet that provides a nice at-a-glance view of project/task completion, etc. I'd like to come up with something similar in WF. We looked at Milestone reporting but it's a lot more detailed than I'm looking for. Here's a quick example of what I'm wanting to do. The report would look something like what's at the bottom, showing a status of each Parent Task in the project. I've done some digging and it looks like a Project Report with Text Mode columns added will work but I can't figure out how to pull the status from each Parent Task. I have the overall % which came from the default Project Report and I added the extra columns and gave them the display names I need but stuck on how to link the status % to the specific Parent Task. Is this possible and, if so, any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, I have a seed folder that I use for proofing dynamic content. We have multiple versions of "targetData" so I have a record in this folder for each version. I have no problem creating this folder via a list that I uploaded (which helps when there are more than just a few versions), but the problem I'm having is NOT being able to populate the "Additional data" tab (ie the targeting data) in batch mode. The data in this tab is in XML format so I'm trying to find a way to possibly do this via javascript? Hoping someone else has run into this and possibly has a solution. Thank you! Cindy

Hello,we have a long-term problem with encoding in email subjects, where characters like "šáěíéščřý" are not shown correctly. Until now, we have been changing the subjects to use basic ascii letters. But now we are expanding to russian customers, and with azbuka (cyrilic) letters we can no longer do this.In principle, our mechanism is the same as described here: https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/e-mail/email-api/index.htmlWhere they are discussing the same problem in the comments below the article, with a final workaround: https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/pull/1030However, that would still mean to separate the subject from the template. That would mean additional work with moving the subjects from templates to the i18n dictionary.So, is this the only solution as to now?Best RegardsMartin

Hi,I have created approve/reject workflow for my project. Below is the workflow steps    Author would be initiating the workflow for a page and Reviewer group users will get notified in their AEM inbox for approve or reject.    if One of the reviewer group user approves it, Final approver group users will get notified in inbox. If rejected, Author will be notified.    If Any one of the approver group users approve the content, page will be activated. If rejected, reviewer group users will get notified.I created these steps and reviewer and approver users and assigned to respective groups. When i test this scenario as admin login, it works without any errors. But if login as reviewer group, i am able to get the mail in inbox  but i am not able to proceed it to next level. Which means, if i click complete and select next step, I am getting "Could not complete workflow step".What is the issue here? What am i missing?Thanks in advance.Divya

We're trying to set up AEM-ACS VLT-RCP on our AEM author instances. We've installed the latest version of the org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp and verified that the Apache Jackrabbit FileVault RCP Server Bundle is Active. However we keep getting this error when we navigate to http://localhost:4502/etc/acs-tools/vlt-rcp.html.  

I've been trying to create an Angular UI Library that is included in an Angular Application which is then to be used as the clientlib within AEM.
