We have a link that fires Link_d and link_O when clicked on it and both fire simultaneously. When we pull a report from workspace, it appears that occurrences of download link type is more than custom link occurrences. Why is that so? won't both match? Download link tracking because of trackdownloadlinks=true and s.tl with type 'O' for the same link. Clicking on the link opens a pdf in a different tab on same browser. Thanks.

I've been noticing that some of my visits/marketing channel instances are being assigned to 'Other Campaigns'. However there is a referrer assigned 'Google' within the 'Other campaigns' channel. When reviewing my marketing channel rules, if a user does not fulfill the paid search criteria, but clearly has a referrer from a search engine the 'Natural Search Detection Rules' should pick that up as natural search. So far the only reference material I have been able to find on 'Natural Search Detection Rules' is here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/marketing-channels/c-rules.html?lang=en#natural-search Could someone provide more insight into 'Natural Search Detection Rules' and the conditions surrounding this? Anyone have insight as to why some of the visits/marketing channel instances would still be assigned as 'Other Campaigns' channel? Howdy everyone, I am looking to move a page off of my website and place in Marketo. On the existing site page we launch our internally built angular form on a modal. When the visitor clicks on the CTA button this launches the modal which takes over the screen. At this time we are not looking to replace this form or process with a Marketo form.   When I build the page in Marketo as a template, all of the HTML tags are stored properly. Once I visit the live page though the button that was supposed to use a Boot process once clicked does nothing. This is because the tag is stripped since it is not a regular HTML tag. For example: <example-boot-flow> in our template in Marketo and on our live site becomes <example> on the live page. I asked Marketo support and they said this was because the tag is not standard HTML.    Has anyone experienced this before or have a work-around? 

Hi Experts,   We have a requirement to fetch the Program details of the Parent program and it's Sub-program.  Here the parent program is an engagement program and sub-program is an event program.    Can anyone suggest the API path for this requirement.     {{ev_hostname}}/rest/asset/v1/program/byName.json?name=Nurture_Program_J returns only the Parent program details (Nurture_Program_J). Hi all,I need support to use Azure Blob External Account. I configured it with all the needed information. Now I'm trying to read a file from Azure. I tried download, test if a file exists, but I had always this error:CRL-290183 Error occurred while downloading 'XXXXX' from Azure Blob Storage (code CRL-290029 Forbidden - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it) Can you help me?Probably there is some steps in setting Campaign and Azure that I'm not aware of. Thanks

I am trying to delete the references of a component from pages where the component is being used using a Servlet. I have registered the servlet to a path. But when I hit the path I am getting a 405. In Error logs I am getting, "writeuser is not a known JCR system user id and therefore not allowed in Sling user mapper service.". Hi All,we have requirement that needs to allow only one component for parsys. Generally when we drag a component in parallel it will create one more empty parsys and can create  drag/drop another component but we do not want this behavior.Is there a way to restrict like this??Thanks,Kishore

Hi All, In My application we have lot of external calls which takes more than 2 minutes sometimes to complete. In AEM 6.5 publisher I am not facing any issue. However in dispatcher connection timeout happens exactly in 60 seconds. I could not find any timeout setting in dispatcher where this 60 seconds is configured. I need to set the timeout to 180 seconds. Where should I set the timeout to 180 seconds? so that application external calls can complete the process and user will see the expected result.  Any help is highly appreciated.  Thanks,Pradeep 

Suddenly today I cannot remove segment filters I have added to reports. I can replace them but the cross has vanished so I can't delete them if I want to remove a segment filter on a report. This is affecting my colleagues as well. Any idea what might cause this?

Hi there,I was wondering if anyone has ever successfully entered a field input element into the Rich Text editor area of a form. We have a lot of styling with our forms and landing pages that's making this request a nightmare. I just want the checkbox for our opt-in field to be lined up left of "label". This would typically take one minute, but due to all the styling I can't cut one bit of html/css down without having issues pop up elsewhere.This is what I'm trying to do<input name="Marketing_Opt_In__c" id="Marketing_Opt_In__c" type="checkbox" value="yes" class="mktoField" /> I wish to receive future informational and marketing communications.The field shows in the form, but it's not functional. I know this is a wacky way to achieve what I'm trying to do, but I've been on and off this request for far too long and I feel like this is the easiest way to get it done without overhauling all the stylesheets and LP html.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi I need to realize this use case on Experience Platform : "A registered user has purchased more than X Offers in the last Y days on the website. In his last session he booked 2 nights in a hotel in Rome."I recorded the login event on the Experience Evente schema . How can I recover the last login? 

I am trying to merge the two XDPs where one is an address fragment and another one is a form. I am using assembler service for the same and am gettting an error as "com.adobe.internal.pdfm.xfa.XFAServiceException: PDFM_S28003: XFA Assembly unable to assemble required XFA Fragment" even after passing the correct fragment name. Can you please help me to figure out this issue?

Team, From one of the recent notifications [1] we have came to know that Oracle JDK will no longer be support for AEM/AEM as cloud and this would be soon switched to Azul Zulu OpenJDK. Has anyone experienced switching from Oracle JDK 11 to Azul Zulu OpenJDK for AEM as cloud? Trying to connect Campaign Classic SFTP location as source for AEP.  All parameters for login are checked and correct, but the SFTP source connector will not connect.    Using SFTP hostname with login ID and password.The SFTP hostname:  ***********.adobe.comWe can access the location using a local SFTP clientWe can see the data using Campaign SFTP access I just cannot connect from AEP using the SFTP source connector.  Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Ok bear with me here...Row percentages with in a breakdown seem require the full metric field to be included in order to be calculated across the row. Otherwise it calculates across the entire report. Why does the system generated percentages not match the calculated percentages? Within a breakdown, the system generated ROW percentages are actually percentages of the higher level dimension for that specific day. See screenshots below... i.e. Reference and Tools breakdown for Sept 1... Aud Non Registered User Page Views shows a ROW percentage of 25.6%. That is NOT 25% of page views on 9/1 within the reference pillar. Its actually shows that the 811K page views are 25.6% of the entire page views for the entire day. (see 2nd screenshot to compare) 811,220 / 0.2561058 = 3,168,828 (This is the total page views across the site for 9/1 NOT for just the parent row) Non Reg + Reg PV = 811,220 + 841,128 = 1,652,348 - This matches the total page views for the referen
