Reading some articles, i came to this documentation: Set up user identity in the Adobe Admin ConsoleBut, i dont understand the sixth topic.  "Use the Add SAML profile screen to get the setup information for your identity provider.Some Identity Providers (IdP) accept a metadata file that you can upload, while others may require the ACS URL and the Entity ID. For example:For Azure Active Directory: Upload the metadata file.For Google: Copy the ACS URL and Entity ID and use these in the Google IdP software.For SalesForce: Download the metadata file, extract the certificate information from the file and use that certificate information in SalesForce IdP software." I'm using Azure AD B2C as Idp.My question is: Where shoud i upload the metadata file? On localhost, i menaged to implement this se

Has anyone else experienced an open rate decline in Marketo?I have been racking my brain trying to figure out where we have gone wrong. I thought it was a deliverability issue but I recently discovered a significant discrepancy between Marketo reports and Email on Acid.According to Marketo, a recent campaign we deployed was 25.6%. Email on Acid on the other hand shows 42% which is along the lines of what we should expect.

Curious how users are looking to utilize or implement Program Member Custom Fields.   What are some suggestions on how to best put this new custom object to work?

Deliveries in ACC have an option of Delivery Priority, values being Very High, High, ...., Very Low. How does this option work? We are familiar with Pressure rules but how different is this from that. Does it compare the priority of deliveries being worked at the given moment?  Appreciate your help in educating us. Rajiv

Hi All, I would like to perform some queries on workflows. For example i want to take all wokflow which have a query with a specific label, or delivery with specific parameter and so on. Under the workflow fields list i see all the possible activies with all the relevant field (see picture below)But when i try to make a query on a specific activity (e.g. Javascript code exist such as....) under the activity i don't find any field (see picture below). Do you know if i can perform somehow this type of query? Thank you

AEP document says one schema can be reused by multiple datasets. It also says we can define lookup relationship between schemas by setting a lookup field in the source schema to refer to destination schema's primary identity field.My question is when the destination schema is reused by two datasets, which dataset the source schema's lookup field will refer to?

Hello everyone! We have been having stale cache issues with dispatcher. When looking at the dispatcher.log we noticed that several `evicted` messages in the below format. There is no documentation available on the eviction strategy of dispatcher. Hi all, I have set up a new pipeline to deploy only the Dispatcher configuration. The Dispatcher configuration is pretty much the OOTB one, with just a couple of minor changes.The issue is that the pipeline fails but there seem to be no way to understand what's causing it. Here's the screenshot of the pipeline after a try:There are 2 logs available: build_dispatcher_build.log  and build_dispatcher_validation.log (logs.zip). Both of them seem OK, no errors highlighted and both steps finish successfully.However, as you can see in the image, the pipeline fails.I would like to know how can I get more information about the problem. How much time will it take to get reflected in adobe analytics if I upload classification via classification importer.

We have legacy systems that still need IE 11 to access and AEM is our gateway.  We noticed the Adobe Analytics stopped capturing data from IE 11 on Feb 25, 2022 whereas Google Analytics still captures that traffic.   I know IE 11 is not supported and will still be used for some our internal applications and we need to track usage to those systems. Did something change on Feb 25 such that Adobe Analytics is no longer capturing data from IE 11? ThanksDan

When I preview the dataset in AEP, only the last ingestion of the data set is always displayed. Even if I select a previous data set and click on the button, the latest data set is always displayed. Is it possible, from the UI and not via the API, to view data sets prior to the last ingestion date?

Hi Team,How to fetch the files from SFTP with a date-timestamp attached to it and in ascending order of their upload using file transfer activity.File transfer activity fetches all the files but process them in latest arrived, first served manner[descending order] whereas we want to first process the files which came earlier as first and then so on - ascending order [last modified should be processed at last and first modified should be processed first]. Any help is highly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi Folks, Below is the requirement. At present , we are creating package spec file definition under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then we are exporting the package by clicking the export the package.  Now i need to create a workflow which will export the package automatically from the package definition spec file created under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then commit the exported xml file in bitbucket. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

presently, I've only used OSGI (where I've used the import Java directive to include various OSGI libraries in my custom code) store custom app configget environment info (whether it's test,prod or author, publisher and etc)------- In our custom code base, we have a folder called "core" and inside it is a pom.xml that imports several OSGI jars. Is it likely that the whole "core" folder is an OSGI bundle? (I know the core folder shows in /system/console/bundles) all the java code inside is a "component"? Thank you.

I've been looking at REST and AEM/sling (and other technologies around AEM) and it seems to be if I use AEM, it's automatically RESTful? (there are various websites that explains/defines REST and it seems to be AEM qualifies.If no to my 1st question, what do I need to do to make it RESTful?Thanks a lot!

Hi Community, The documentation states that an email address with status On denylist is a result of feedback loops.There is a delivery failure type "Address on denylist" but that seems to be for email address that was added to the denylist at the time of sending. Is there a delivery failure type we should be using for email that was marked as spam in that delivery?
