Hi Experts,I need one help in loading the CSV file through "Map CSV to XDM Schema" workflow. I have defined an XDM Schema which is extending "XDM Individual Profile". My file contains basic customer information (first_name, last_name, email_id, birth_date, address information). I want to convert the First Name and Last Name to UPPERCASE, email_id to LOWERCASE. I had added Calculated fields to use "upper" function for each of teh 3 fileds: first_name, last_name, email_id. When I finished the workflow, I could see that only first_name is getting converted to UPPERCASE, but the other 2 fields are being set as NULL in data lake and in Profile UI. Can you please help me to know what is wrong?  Thanks in advance.

I have a group of text fields where the user will enter an (up to) three digit number.Right now, some of the captions (which I have displayed above the field) are ridiculously long, so the box where the number is entered is also long.Is there a way to force a line break on the caption, or should I just try to rework the layout so that the caption is off to the side, therefore the entry part of the fields can be consistent? Also the Percentage total needs to be 100. I have a message that comes up when that isn't the case, but then the user can just ignore it and go ahead. Is there an action that will keep the form from advancing until the total is 100? I would be very grateful for any help.  

Can/should Workbench be used with AEM Forms 6.5 (OSGI)? If not, are there tools on AEM Forms 6.5 that replace Workbench?  Is there another AEM app I should be using instead of Workbench to optimize my forms process? I am receiving a Login Failed error when I try to log into Workbench.  AEM 6.5 development environment (OSGI) located on my computer.  Any advice on this?  I believe I have the correct Hostname and Server Port Number and Protocol.   Thank you for feedback on my questions.

I understand that you have to setup an eVar or prop to capture page URL in Analytics.  However, there is character limits on eVar and props and my page URLs could be super long. (I've already captured page names, but I need full length page URL as well).  Isn't full Page URL supposed to be available in data warehouse without character limits?  I can't find any adobe documentation on this point.  I had a data warehouse report that used to have full page URL but that same report no longer has full page URL any more when I ran it recently.  Did I accidentally change something along the way somewhere?  I though the Page URL dimension in data warehouse is an out of box implementation.

Hello, I want to put the code of the at.js in a wrapper. There is custom js like an if query for a consent. Nothing is changed inside the at.js code - only around the outside. Does anyone know how to go in and make edits to someone title and then move their name above or below the name of someone else. For example, if I want to change a contact name of a staff member and her title changed... then making her at a higher position.

Env: AEM as cloud service 6.5 I've got a custom metadata schema applied for certain asset folders.Its got a multi select drop down field.I'm noticing this weird behaviour where multi select field is not behaving as expected. Steps to reproduce:Open asset properties and choose multiple options for the drop down field and click save. Hello, We find on a few occasions a year we get some PII enter our Adobe Analytics instance via the Activity Map. We do have activity map exclusions in place but we find a product team may introduce something that contains PII and isn't in the exclusions. We are now left with a company requirement to remove the data. We do not have Adobe Ultimate and thus do not have the Data Repair API and employing Adobe Engineering Services can see disproportionate solution for what could only be a handful of cases depending how early we caught it. So couple of questions: 1. How have others dealt with this?2. Is using the Privacy API a viable alternative? I'm conscious this will delete / forget the customer but will it leave the metrics for that customer in place? Visits etc? Any suggestions / advice welcome!

Hello All,    We have created a Marketo custom object and have mapped it with the SFDC custom object using REST API. We are able to get the create activity by using "Added to Custom Object" trigger in Marketo but when the object is getting updated we are not able to trigger the updated value and not able to see the activity in Marketo's activity log. Is there any workaround for this?   Or do we need to create separate custom objects for each stage (Qualified, Won, Lost) to receive the updates from SDFC to Marketo?     Thanks in advance

Hello, For legal reasons, we need to keep track of all the messages we're sending to our customers through message center.We first thought of just generating all the mirror page URL and then download them all with concurrent wget requests, but it is too slow.. we have about 100K pages to download... everyday so it takes about 20hrs to process.We then thought of recreating the HTML via the mdata CTX which would be much faster I guess. Do you do any anyway to generate html output with specific CTX and message center delivery template ID (i.e. what RT server actually do) ? Thank you very much for your help, R.

Hi,Some of our customers complaint that our marketo forms (that aren't on marketo LP) don't work on Brave Web Browser. We have tested ourselves and confirmed this issue.I also checked with support and got the response that it's a Customer’s Shield Configuration.I wanted to check if someone here encountered this problem and f there is anything we can do on our end or it is merely an issue on the customer's end?

I knew how to do this once, but have now forgotten. I have a form where I need to sum the values from 7 fields into an 8th one.I've tried using JavaScript and FormCalc and tried all sorts of scripting examples but I can't make it work.Perhaps I have the fields buried too deep inside sub sub forms?I know it should be a basic thing to do, but my brain is just not working right now.I'd appreciate any help.

We have Adobe Analytics and we server side forward non-pii data to Audience Manager with an anonymous ID, and send that to destinations such as DSP's to activate segments.  With iOS 14 using the IDFA will require an opt-in through a default iOS pop-up, much like allowing push notifications.https://developer.apple.com/app-store/user-privacy-and-data-use/ However it's not perfectly clear to me, if such an opt-in is required also for tracking in the way described above. Any opinions on this matter? 

Hi, I have few questions regarding Adobe's point of view on Apple's recent announcement on IDFA: 1) What impact will it have if mobile based segments are mapped to destinations that receive IDFAs? Will AAM gets restricted for performing device ID sync if a user does not allow tracking in app? 2) Will impact the customer ID sync? If the customer has 2 mobile devices and the app in both the devices is opted-out for tracking?
