Hi,I am trying to figure our why some members from are CRM qualify for a Smart Campaign but they are not receiving emails.Is there a way to see the history of users blocked from a Smart Campaign on a certain day?

How do you (how do I) create a Smart Campaign for an event to identify those that 'Attended'? I know this can be done but I can't quite figure out the logic. Feels like this should be simple. 🙂   I assume the Flow will have 'Change Program Status' to New Status: 'Webinar > Attended'   But how is that info passed from Zoom to Marketo?   Thanks!   Ronn

Are there any plans to enhance the Table Builder feature in Workspace to allow for more than 5 breakdowns for sub-dimensions? In Ad Hoc Analysis the breakdowns can be manipulated as needed for larger reports - I haven't been able to confirm if this will also be expanded in Workspace.

Hi all, on the website it says that "Classifications typically don’t take longer than 72 hours."Does this mean that an exported classification file right after uploading it, is not up to date?Is there any sign that shows you if the changes are live or is checking the workspace the only thing one can do? Thanks!

Hello all, My question is similar to Classification Importer Resulting in Incorrect Classification . However, the suggested fixes did not work for me.I have implemented a sub classification. When uploading the classification file all Sub Site Sections seem to be overwritten with one of the Sub Section values.In order to help you understand better, I'll show you what I did exactly: 1. Hi, Hope everyone is doing well. I just had a quick question if anyone has come across the scenario. I am using Change Program Member Data in my Flow step and in new value, I used my.token value. I have created a score type token so I expected it to increment the value each time the member will run through the program. As it is doing for change score in flow step. However, for Change Program Member Data , it is not working like a score token, is it because it is a string datatype field. I will be going to Adobe Summit this year and taking the Marketo Certified Expert Exam and was wondering if anyone has taken it and what they used to help prep? I saw stuff here: https://www.marketo.com/education/marketo-certification/marketo-certified-expert/preparation/But there are only a few prep-questions and topic examples, and then the links at the bottom direct to the basic docs. I wonder if there was anywhere else that I can refer to for additional studying that has helped with prep?

I have few components that has design dialog, ex logo, breadcrumb components. These component works in design mode which means these components will work in both classic and touch UI on design mode on static template. But the same will not work in editable template as there is no design mode at all in editable template.   The situation is, I have two websites, website A wants to use editable template and website B wants to use static template. Now how do I design a component in this case, ex logo? Should I keep the design dialog for static template AND keep the same fields in normal dialog for editable template ? Has anyone faced similar issues ? What is the recommendation from AEM to handle situation like this?

Hi there–   We've just purchased Bizible and have a few questions on the integration between the two platforms that I'm hoping someone can help me address:    1. Obviously Bizible digests website engagement (page views) at the prospect level via the Bizible script that sits on the website; we have had Marketo's munchkin code on our site for over a year, however, and am wondering if integrating the two will allow Bizible to also digest this historical Munchkin-driven website activity we have at the prospect level as Bizible touchpoints? Put succinctly: can Bizible digest historical web activity if it exists in Marketo, or will it only do so moving forward?    2. If we have already integrated Salesforce, will integrating Marketo on top of it result in double-counted touchpoints (ie form fills that are registered both as Marketo activities as well as SFDC Campaign responses/engagement)?    I am new to Bizible so feel free to let me know if I'm thinking a

Hello Community!   My SFDC Admin and I have been working on some data cleaning and updates in recent weeks. Until the end of May, we only pushed leads to SFDC when they hit a lead score of 40 and went to Sales. With the increase in lead generation from my team, this was causing issues if people hadn't reached the set score to sync but were calling into Sales (they couldn't find the lead, attribution was being mixed up etc).    So, after some troubleshooting to identify why leads were being throttled going into SFDC from a Marketo Smart Campaign, my Admin used Dataloader to push 23k leads into Salesforce as cleanly/quickly/easily as possible. She did this on June 11 and, since then, we've ended with a number of issues: Numerous notifications with the below error (I found this old thread for some reference but no solution): We were seeing a lot of duplicates hitting SFDC that were using the same email address which was odd (this is outside of the leads that were c

When we setup some connections to import Google Search Data into Adobe Analytics (using Advertising Analytics), we needed to connect on a single account level. At that time it was not possible to connect to the Google data using an account with MCC access (and accessing all ad accounts at once).This ended up with a lot of new google users and single connections to the accounts only to get this connections.... Question: is it possible to connect on a MCC level instead of single accounts?if not, any plans/insights from Adobe about plans for the future?
