I have the YUI processor set to minify my JS on Publish and this is causing it to break, I know this because I don't have it on Author and the site works like a charm. Hi all!We are trying to eliminate several criteria that we have created for testing, but we constantly get the following message:[ERROR Criteria cannot be deleted because it is in use by one or more activities. To delete this criteria, first delete all activities which reference it. (Reference name (s): 0.5815426299049302,0.5355434575526251,0.7693591864131171,0.08126863997144707)] We have tried to locate those references to eliminate them and be able to delete the criteria, but it's impossible to find them.None of them are active and from the API we don't see any activity with those IDs either.So, is there a simple way to eliminate criterias?Thank you in advance.

Hi all, I have a table which shows how many unique visitors viewed >= 8 pages per week.   However, I want to get the distinct count of all of these users. (i.e how many of the 159,639 below are actually unique across the full 4 week date range). Is there a way to do this? Thanks

I need to implement an analytics solution for a chatbot. The chatbot is basically a predefined set of answers. Users only have the option of selecting their issue from the set of questions that we have provided For eg:User launches chatbot and is given following options:1. issue with a refund2. issue with an orderUser selects an option and then he gets the next set of corresponding questions. When he reaches the end of a specific flow we also give him an option of 'Do you want to ask another question ?'  wherein he gets to restart the entire process again.  Currently I have a counter eVar (ie. eng_depth) implemented that increments each time an option in the chatbot is selected. the eng_depth resets to 1 each time a corresponding prop (that records the chatbot's response) is set to 'Do you want to ask another question ?' and another one that records the user's response is set to 'Yes' As an analyst I need to be able to track, what extent a user g

Hi Team, We have executed email campaign with one pdf link on last week and its in finished state. We don't want the PDF link to visible to the recipients now.  We have deleted the specific PDF from Resources -> Online -> Public Resources in adobe campaign classic but still its available in LIVE. Our recipients are able to access the link in the browsers even after deleting under the resources section. We able to see the link still in the browser level. Is there any area we need to concentrate to disable the link? Please help. Regards,Royston. P

Hello Team, We are working on an asset migration project from repos to AEM. The assets will be migrated to ACS however the existing site is available on AMS which will eventually be consuming these assets. I am trying to understand if there is a possibility of supporting the existing Adobe managed services (AMS) site with this ACS DAM? If yes, how we can achieve it technically? Also, in future eventually the site will also move to ACS and if this mixed setup (if possible) can cause any potential issue at the time of site migration to ACS? Any pointer or guidance will be really helpful.

All my company site's editor pages, which were previously displaying properly, are now coming up blank, except for the top navbar (screenshot below). I checked and all bundles are running and also noticed the error log page comes up blank (/aem/crx-quickstart/logs/error.log). The We.Retail pages display properly. Any suggestions on what to check next? I'm running AEM 6.5.3.0 using CentOS 7 with AEM Docker image (https://hub.docker.com/r/aemdesign/aem).   

Hello, got a question related to one of evars, I am using SDK. What I can see is that evar responsible for login status - i.e. ways how users logged in to the app - shows following: 1. Majority of the Visits with "Unsepcified" value, however2. Visits in total do not sum to total up and "Unspecified" seems to not to be countedThe thing is that this evar is fired with all possible action and screen in the app. Which excludes a cause described as "event fires without a conversion variable".I am wondering how to interpret this kind of case? especially that it also shows up when using Unique Visitors Looking forward to hearing your opinionsRafal

Hi, I have developed one component, Used clientlib library to load the JavaScript inside the component.  This below code is used in component HTL.<sly data-sly-use.clientlib="/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html"/><sly data-sly-call="${clientlib.js @ categories='project.componentname'}"/> Only one time this JavaScript is calling. But from as a requirement I need to get the count of the specific component and need to inject attribute according to the count via jQuery. This is the JavaScript function. But this is working for first component in the page.var componentCount = 0;$('.componentClassName').each(function() {      componentCount ++;     $(this).attr("component-number", componentCount );}); without putting to etc/clientlib, Can we handle this issue? How I can tackle this.

Hi all,   I was using lots of JS in my Marketo forms but after the UI update, I am seeing that all JS in Marketo forms has been disappeared. I cannot use JS anymore in Marketo forms. Does anyone has seen the same issue? Any idea?

Hi there, I have a rather specific question when it comes to activating BackdateSessionInfo.  "When the hits are enabled, the Adobe SDK backdates the session info hit to 1 second after the final hit in the previous session. This means that crash and session data will correlate with the correct date on which they occurred. One side effect is that the SDK might create a visit for the backdated hit. Hi, I'm planning to send same trait key name but with 100+ different trait key value to AAM(onboarded trait). For eg: couponcode="A", couponcode="B" etc. In this case, do I need to create 100 different trait. or, will it work if I create 1 trait to consider all key values using regex and to take care of this in dynamic manner. for eg:couponcode matchesregex   .* I would like to consider all users those who are eligible for any coupon code.
