Hi everybody I hope that this is the right place to give me may be a future idea how I can solve the following requirement. The thing is that we have to backup the content from AEM for the next 10 years (ones per month). So that we every time can get a backup from the history backups. At the moment I think that the best way to solve this requirement would be to crawl the page with an external tool and save the page as html. With this solution in the future the risk that we haven't the old AEM or Java Version every more would be eliminated.Or know someone a way to solve this requirement with AEM standard instrument ? And when not, have someone a recommendation which external tool would be the best choose?At the moment we are on AEM 6.1 but we are planning to update to AEM 6.3. Hello AEM team, I have a collection of policies (thousands) published through AEM. Each of these policies has as many as 10 older versions of the current one.I am in need of extracting the older versions text content due to litigation. Do you know of a way to export the content from older versions as text or HTML or PDF files?

The requirement: Show content in email based on a particular segment the user belongs to BUT using a velocity script.   We can see all kinds of fields associated with leads in the Objects dropdown right panel but segments that the leads/users belong to don't show in the list. Note: The requirement is to have velocity script to populate the dynamic content. The script token is already in use to populate the user's data in the emails based on his/her field values. We want to utilize the same script. We're tying to solve a problem where we don't have to convert every email into dynamic using segments alone. We believe using one velocity script will do the same job for all the emails under program.   Has anybody tried this? Is it even possible in Marketo?

Hi    I like to check if anyone in the community had any success in implementing the "form in an email" feature?. I was of this workflow  1.Passing the values in the URL to the "Thank You page" via the "GET" method. 2.Once we have the values on the Thank You Page URL, then we can get the values stored/transferred to the desired database.   Will be interested to know if this is the correct approach or is there a better process to test this interactive form in an email feature?.   Thank you & appreciate your input here.  

Hi, What is the limit that we can display in recently viewed products recommendations? I read a document which says 99 but I could only display up to 35-40  recently viewed products and if I refresh the page the products come down to random number. Thanks in Advance.

Hello AA Experts! Has anyone implemented AA alongside One Trust for EU GDPR compliance?We have had it in place for a while, but recently had to make some updates that the legal team wanted to improve compliance.We put the Adobe optin code in the One Trust optanonwrapper function, setting the opt in properties based on which categories the customer opts in to (we set this function via a rule in Launch which runs on library loaded). I also update the s.cookieLifetime property (in the top of the Extension custom code) to be NONE if the customer opts out.This then loads a totally cookieless AA tag on first page load, and then if they opt in and carry on we fire a "normal" tag. When we did this, we saw Direct traffic jump up a lot. We noticed that the OT wrapper function was taking a long time to load, could be up to 5-10 seconds in some cases. Which meant the AA tag wasn't necessarily firing on the landing page. So we changed it yesterday and moved all the code out of the OT

A webapp Page (v5 compatibility), Combo box input -> advanced settings Initialization: "Automatic via an enumeration" suggest we can use enumerations defined outside the webapp to populate a select element in our webpage's HTML. Elements in schemas can use enumerations defined in the schema using attributeenum="enumName" Or, enum defined in different schemaenum="cus:schemaName:enumName" Or, using a database enumdbEnum="enumName" However the settings for the combo box have a field "Enumeration Xpath", and however I write the reference to my enum, the select-element remains unpopulated. The enum is of type system, and is working in inputforms using dbEnum="enumName" attribute. Can anyone share some light on how this is supposed to work, please?

I've created a form using floating texts.  One of the fields is a dropdown list with two options: One (1) or Two (2).  I labeled this as: fltObligate.  The other field is a floating text field.  I labeled as: fltAmount.  What I'm trying to do is this: if I make a selection from the dropdown list, I would like it to return an amount value in fltAmount.  So, if I choose "One (1)", I would like it to insert an amount of "$10,000".  Similarly, if I choose "Two (2)", the amount would be "$20,000".I was able to do this in Adobe DC.  However, I wanted to use the floating text feature in AEM.  Here's the code I used for Adobe DC.var Obligate = this.getField("Obligate").value;if (Obligate=="One (1) Year") event.value = "$10,000";else if (Obligate=="Two (2) Years") event.value = "$20,000";else event.value = ""Can anyone assist in converting this code to AEM?

Case:- Right clicked the 'Visits' column- Selected 'compare time periods'- any of the options under compare time periods ends up in this error. Please help 

auto created trait folders are given a datasource by default. In this case a source(folder trait level) other than the traits that lies "beneath". I can manually change the data source in the AAM UI, but as this goes for A LOT of folders i would like to solve this in bulk using BAAAM. But BAAAM doesn support "calling" these folders. Any suggestion on how to solve this in an easy way? Not really "interested" in doing this in manual operation for several hundred folders.... my objective is to keep data isolated in various buckets (using data sources), but im questioning if this is taken care of or not in this case since everything is "grossed up" on the other source?! But could be mistaken, since everything underneeth the foldertrait is isolated per se.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue in Marketo or if this is an end-user issue related to resolution?  We think it is related to resolution within Outlook but not positive. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi all!We are trying to create a recommendation criteria to show the 20 most visited articles in a certain category.Everything is logically based on the Popularity - Most Visited recommendation key, but after testing it with the design template, we never got the full 20 articles (not even activating the backup options). We get 2,3, 4 ... but never in full.Is there a way to get a simple list of 20/30/40... most visited articles of any category?Why don't the activated backup options complete the design template with any entity of the same category?Thanks in advance.

We have a component 'tabs' in our project and inside that we have a 'subtab' componentcrx structure:/apps/proj/components/layout/tabs/apps/proj/components/layout/tabs/subtab I am facing multiple issuesI am unable to see the 'subtab' component in template structure option though I have included in template policy. I can see 'tabs' component.I have added component policy (style-system) for 'tabs' component and I see styles changing for itI have added similar policy for 'subtab' component from 'crx/de' and can see style-system option while authoring page, but styles are not changed.Please help me on this.

Hi Members, we have a site wholly hosted on AEM and apache webserver. We are facing an issue where the web pages are displaying favicon.ico correctly but the same are not getting displayed on pdfs and videos.On searching online, we found that keeping favicon in root folder should resolve the issue or keeping in /etc/designs/default can help in resolving the issue, but none of them are working.Due to this issue, we are getting lot of 404 error logs almost 10K per day. Please help in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance.

I have pages with several dynamic media viewers.  Each viewer triggers a separate LOAD event upon page load.  I am integrating Dynamic Media Viewers with Adobe Analytics and Experience Platform Launch.  Is it possible to collect all of the LOAD events from each of the dynamic media viewers on the page and send them as part of the page view call?
