On a project report, I included these columns:Last Note: Note TextLast Note: Entry Dateand it appears that Last Note: Owner ID is the person that entered the last noteCan I get to the name of the person that entered the last note, rather than their ID?

I am logged in as a resource manager in Supply Chain - she should see all projects/hours her team is on, but some projects don't show up because they are "inaccessible" - see screenshot. Is there a best practice way to set up projects in Workfront so resource managers always see the projects their team members are on (or at least just their tasks/task planned hours)? In this case, as sys admin, I can go in and see that the inaccessible project is a project led by a different department, where these Supply Chain members just have a couple of tasks in the project. A few years ago, someone asked for a better explanation of t_time_info within Analytics, ref, but the post doesn't have a thorough response other than mentioning that it comes from the web client (presumably Launch as versus processed web hits).One can see through Data Feeds, etc., that this value isn't set on all web hits, so the questions are as follows:Under what conditions does this value populate automatically?Can this value be set manually through Launch?If the setting of this value is arbitraty, like suggested by @gigazelle , why does it exist? Is it just a Satellite holdover?

Hello, 1>On using RTE to just have anchor link  by giving an label2> latter on clicking source edit  shows an  empty. We want to add in rte anchor tag like <a id="test"> </a>  , Note:- Here the title is empty for the anchor link and not getting allowed by RTE  The use case we would want just a anchor link with some custom code added to it without any title.Issue is  on submitting the dialog and on re-opening does not have the anchor link. Touch UI anchor icon added with a label:-  Source edit clicked and turned off:-Please let me know as how this could be solved  Thanks  Thanks

At the time we rolled out Adobe Analytics for our company, we created a custom segment to filter out internal traffic. The way we did this was to identify the what we thought were the internal IP's in the company and then exclude those using an IP dimension we created. We recently made a change to this segment and noticed that excluding the additional IP addresses resulted in 1-10% decrease in our external traffic, which we kind of expected. Is there another way that we could have done in stead of using a segment? Is there anything out of the box that is available? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hello - I am extending the OOTB core component by adding it in our project, say,  /apps/site/ and using sling:resourceSuperType pointing it to the core component. I wanted to remove some of the dialog fields and modify the behavior of the default selection of the radio or checkbox selection. Let us say, If I remove the field from the custom dialog, it is still loading from the OOTB core component as we are pointing to the core component using sling:resourceSuperType. Is there any way to restrict the dialog property to load from the core component? I know we have the sling:hideProperties but not sure if this can be used to restrict my use case. 

Hi all,   We have finally (finally!) set up Marketo landing pages with a useable subdomain, and I have built an unsubscribe form which sits on an unsubscribe landing page.   In my initial tests, the email address was pulling through when I clicked a link from a live email, but in recent tests it is not.   Questions: - what's the deal? - Does email prefill not work even if a lead clicks the link in an email and it goes to a MKTO landing page and MKTO form? - Can lead.email address token be used in a field in a form? (I'm also searching community forum for that answer) - Do I still need to add ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## to the end of the link?   Thanks, Lucas

Hi Community,   I've seen threads throughout the forums about identifying the First Activity for a lead but they all seemed to be either very specific to a particular program/campaign or for those who know the date/date frame they wish to search for.   While we can run filters on Latest Activity (Date only), there's no option to do so for First Activity - I'd like to identify that someone HAS a First Activity (and potentially narrow it down to things like website visit etc.). I created a custom field and automatically went for Date but realized that means I have to know when the activity happened. Any suggestions on the best way to find simply that there was a First Activity?   Appreciate any insight or suggestions! Michelle 🙂

Hi Guys, I am trying to connect Pega PRPC to AEM , There are connect REST already given by Pega so we can invoke them to call AEM getFile API. Now I created folder named marketing under Assets and published using Publish option (There are other folders like we-retail/WKND Events etc also there under this Assets). Other APIs like creating new folder/new file creation works fine but getFile function to read data from AEM is not working. I am thinking if it is an issue with permissions on folder or permissions on file under Folder marketing or is it an admin user access issue. Could you please help me out to understand the user management here and authorization of user - what they can do and what they cant and how ? i thought admin will have access to everything.

Hi Everyone,We just had a situation where a reviewer left a comment in a proof and then deleted it a few minutes later. The next day the proof was locked and the creative director received his email notification that a Final Decision was made in the proof. The body of the email shows all of the comments made in the proof, including the deleted comments.Why do deleted comments show up and how can we change it so they don't?Thanks!Linda Kaplan

Our company is going to be adopting AEM going forward and I don't know a ton about it, though we've used it a bit in recent projects.I'm wondering if there's a way to use a front end JavaScript framework with AEM? We strongly prefer Vue.js, but also have experience with Angular & React.If there is a way, how would we go about implementing a path to this objective? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Please help! My segment folders in AM are suddenly empty! There are still traits that are mapped to segments, but the segments are all gone. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,I'll start by mentioning that I'm on a Mac. I'm building out my first AEM integration using the CIF components and the reference graphql implementation for the CIF (https://github.com/adobe/commerce-cif-graphql-integration-reference).  Everything works well and I have my local environment set up to be able to hit the Adobe I/O endpoints to retrieve graphql mock data from the reference implementation.  I'm also able to see my Adobe I/O endpoints when running both of the following commands:  wsk list aio runtime list  When I run npm install and npm test, both succeed with 0 issues.  When I run npm run deploy, it also succeeds.  However, after that, my endpoints no longer work.  I have a coworker on Windows who is able to deploy EXACTLY the same codebase, and after he deploys it all works.  He sees the same exact output that I have, other than that he doesn't see the initial warnings. For example when I hit

Hello, We have set up a custom object (account) containing multiple fields (account type, open date, balance, etc.). I need to pull the data of specific account types listed in the custom fields, however, each person record can have multiple accounts, all different types.    For example: Custom Object: Account     Custom Field: Account type = 1     Custom Field: Open Date = 5/1/2021   Custom Object: Account     Custom Field: Account type = 2     Custom Field: Open Date = 5/1/2000   Custom Object: Account     Custom Field: Account type = 3     Custom Field: Open Date = 5/1/1998   How do I pull the open date for Account type 3 only, using a token in an email?

Is there a way to customize a free form table to summarize/combine a group of URLs with parameters such as Facebook and show them as one entry? I want to be able to do this within Adobe Analytics workspace area and not have to export the data. Is using Page name the only other option?
