Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but I get a That page doesn't exist error when trying to open any of my layout templates in Classic. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm trying to compare the layout templates in Classic to the templates in NWE (2 browsers) so I can be sure to capture all the right details for each role. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, we are using an external service for search and want to provide tons of meta-data info. One which includes the status of page content whether it is published or not. Since the service can't fetch the isActivated properties, we are creating a custom meta-data field that exposes the status of the page. Can this be done?

Seems like a basic function of launch so not sure what I am doing wrong. I have created a rule in Launch with an event = Core-Submit. I tried setting it to a specific element = #pardot-form which is the ID in the code. I then switched it to "any element" and it still did not fire. I have no conditions set and the actions are to set variables and send the adobe analytics beacon.  When I look at the adobe debugger on the form page, you can see the launch tag on the form is working as context data is captured and global link clicks, but nothing shows up in the logs or the analytics tab for the rule after hitting submit.

I have a component in which i have a multifield item. In each multifield item i have separate containers. In of the containers i have a dropdown. I am trying to fetch the selected value of the dropdown, but i am only getting select as the value with the below code. In the setup area under Project Preferences > Tasks & Issues, an admin can choose to allow or prevent deletion of tasks and issues with logged hours. My company does NOT allow for task/issue deletion if they have logged hours. This prevents folks from deleting things without having the necessary conversations to get time moved where it needs to go. However, you can still delete the entire project - which is deleting the tasks/issues along with it! This seems like an oversight. If a company doesn't want tasks/issues deleted if they have hours, why would they ever want the whole project deleted instead? I think Workfront needs to address this in the administrative setup. Either this single checkbox prevents project deletion as well or there needs to be another checkbox to prevent project deletion. I have a process where we resolve a project with another project. By creating an issue in the first project we can resolve that issue by the creation of the second project. so the process looks like this: 1. Request comes in --> Request converted to a project --> Issue added to the project and a second project resolves that issue. On a project report, we then see the second project that resolved the first. But when I try and add a column to show me the resolved first project I cant figure out how to get it to display. The resolvable only shows me the original issue. Suggestions or thoughts?

Hi. I'm trying to learn how to use Adobe Analytics. This learning will help me to change my future and improve my capacities. The problem is that all the process is focus to Business. I'm not a business, I'm a one person that want to learn. 1. I need free access to the platform. If I cannot see the workspace I cannot learn.2. I need a guide to learn. I'm trying to use a Text Mode filter using EXISTS statements but it's not currently working. I am trying to recreate the Previous Page report using raw data. My calculations are coming back less than what is shown in Reports. For example, I am defining "Entered Site" as where the post_pagename is the target page, and visit_page_num = 1. This leaves me 8 fewer than expected over my 5 day period. I am capturing all of the Page Views, but less are being assigned "Entered Site" than what I see in Reports. My best guess is I am missing site entries that happen in the middle of a visit, such as someone exiting the website, then directly navigating back to the target page before the session expires. I am looking for how site entries and previous pages are defined by the Analytics tool so I can recreate it with HiveQL. Are there other columns used to calculated Entries and previous pages? Hi, I would like to serve a banner/tile to my return visitors to resume their last dropped piece of content upon landing on my home page. For example, the last dropoff page that this particular user was from is "Make my dreams come true" a blog post I wrote. So when this person returns and visit my home page, I would feature his/her last visited page which is "Make my dreams come true" and eventually link him/her back to the page. Can we do this in Experience activity and if there is the capability to do that? Cheers, Jansen

Hello,Is there any way to quickly add additional recipients to multiple scheduled workspace project distribution lists instead of going into each scheduled project one at a time? I have 100+ scheduled projects and each time a new person comes on board I have to go into each one at a time to add the new person to the distribution list. It would be VERY nice if I could create a group of users and then just use the group as the distribution list. The I could just update the group in one place that would carry over to all scheduled projects that use that group as the distribution list. Thank you

Help from a new Marketo user. My sales team wants a daily email that includes a report of their prospects who opened an email the previous day. They also want to know which email was opened regardless of the send date and sender (i.e. there are other departments that use our workspace).  I created a smart list and a subscription, but it does not include a description of which email was opened. We do not have Sales Insights. Is this type of subscription or report possible? TYIA!
