We are in the process of integration AEM to Adobe Campaign Classic. While configuring the external account for AEM in ACC, which instance should it be? The author or the publish of AEM? I searched for this answer, none of the docs provide that information. It seems way basic but can someone shed some insights?  Thanks!

Hello! I would like to create a task-level custom form to capture points on the Fibonacci scale (vs the Hours scale currently used in Workfront). Then, I’d like to roll the # of points from all the tasks into a total at the Project level. I’m struggling with finding a solution to this. There are a couple of older discussions around similar functionality, and there didn’t seem to be a solution at the time of their writing. I’m wondering if this is possible now? Does anyone know if Workfront plans to expand its Agile capabilities to include using actual points (based on effort) instead of points that equate to hours? Hi team. Relatively new user/admin here - so apologies in advance for a possible silly question.   I've got my lead scoring, ratings and alerts setup based on reaching certain scores. All good there. I'd like to also score/rate our leads based on recent activity. So they may not have reached the criteria for Hot/MQL (say 80 points), but they might have moved 40 points in the space of a week. I'd like to make our sales team aware of these leads that are highly active. Is there a way to create a filter that looks at size of score change within a certain period (eg if score changes 20-40 points in a 30 day period, do X).  The data value change fliter seems to only look at whole numbers, not size of change. Hello Community - I have a requirement to restrict in editing the components which is part of the experience fragment authored on the page.Here is the use case.1. I create a experience fragment and author 2-3 components in the xf page.2. I author the experience fragment on the new page using XF component. Currently the components inside the experience fragment is editable on the page. Is there any way to restrict the components to be edited. The components should only be allowed to edit only in the experience fragment page and not on the authored page. 

Hello! I have a scenario where a group has two layers of routing in their process... the routing differs based on the answer to a couple of questions. I thought I could filter the routing by using the Topic Groups but I haven't been able to figure it out. Specific scenario: Requestor selects first type of request - whether it is a standard request or a custom request. If it's standard, we'd move on to the next layer of filtering for routing. If it's custom, it always gets routed to Tom. On the next layer, if this is for a Central Region, it would get routed to Tom. If it is for an East Region, it would get routed to Hannah. BUT If it is for West, then it depends on who is making the request for routing - say it's person A, B, or C: that would get routed to Tom. Say it's person X, Y, or Z: that would get routed to Hannah. This is quite the routing matrix! If anyone has ideas if we can automate all of that completely within Workfront I'd love to hear them!

I created Custom Forms(not using AEM forms product) for my internal project, and it is working correctly external domain(www.example.com). Still, when the author tries to publish the form in the author instance, it throws a forbidden error in the console. After debugging the issue, when I remove the POST filter from Both the CSRF filter and Sling referrer configuration, it works well in the Author instance. Question: in our OOTB configuration, we have a POST filter by default, so are there any cons for deleting the POST filter from these two configurations, or is there any other way I can solve this forbidden issue? Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but I get a That page doesn't exist error when trying to open any of my layout templates in Classic. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm trying to compare the layout templates in Classic to the templates in NWE (2 browsers) so I can be sure to capture all the right details for each role. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, we are using an external service for search and want to provide tons of meta-data info. One which includes the status of page content whether it is published or not. Since the service can't fetch the isActivated properties, we are creating a custom meta-data field that exposes the status of the page. Can this be done?

Seems like a basic function of launch so not sure what I am doing wrong. I have created a rule in Launch with an event = Core-Submit. I tried setting it to a specific element = #pardot-form which is the ID in the code. I then switched it to "any element" and it still did not fire. I have no conditions set and the actions are to set variables and send the adobe analytics beacon.  When I look at the adobe debugger on the form page, you can see the launch tag on the form is working as context data is captured and global link clicks, but nothing shows up in the logs or the analytics tab for the rule after hitting submit.

I have a component in which i have a multifield item. In each multifield item i have separate containers. In of the containers i have a dropdown. I am trying to fetch the selected value of the dropdown, but i am only getting select as the value with the below code. In the setup area under Project Preferences > Tasks & Issues, an admin can choose to allow or prevent deletion of tasks and issues with logged hours. My company does NOT allow for task/issue deletion if they have logged hours. This prevents folks from deleting things without having the necessary conversations to get time moved where it needs to go. However, you can still delete the entire project - which is deleting the tasks/issues along with it! This seems like an oversight. If a company doesn't want tasks/issues deleted if they have hours, why would they ever want the whole project deleted instead? I think Workfront needs to address this in the administrative setup. Either this single checkbox prevents project deletion as well or there needs to be another checkbox to prevent project deletion. There's literally no way to control whether someone deletes a project with time or not. The hours are not permanently deleted - they're actually bumped to the General H

I have a process where we resolve a project with another project. By creating an issue in the first project we can resolve that issue by the creation of the second project. so the process looks like this: 1. Request comes in --> Request converted to a project --> Issue added to the project and a second project resolves that issue. On a project report, we then see the second project that resolved the first. But when I try and add a column to show me the resolved first project I cant figure out how to get it to display. The resolvable only shows me the original issue. Suggestions or thoughts?

Hi. I'm trying to learn how to use Adobe Analytics. This learning will help me to change my future and improve my capacities. The problem is that all the process is focus to Business. I'm not a business, I'm a one person that want to learn. 1. I need free access to the platform. If I cannot see the workspace I cannot learn.2. I need a guide to learn. Hi, I am having one config "org.apache.sling.jcr.repoinit.RepositoryInitializer" and in that I am trying to set "set ACL for test-user \r\nallow jcr:read on /libs/dam/content". Hello, all. I'm trying to create a Baseline report that displays only the baselines associated with projects that have a certain, Issue-level, custom form attached. I'm trying to use a Text Mode filter using EXISTS statements but it's not currently working.
