    We're making a new mobile app with React Native. Can I split up report suites, one for iOS and one for Android with React Native? If so, how would I do that with best practices?

Apologies if this has been raised before - happy to be redirected to an answer. If the SFTP location has two fin files  with different names and corresponding csv files, which csv would be picked to update the records?When does CRS checks the SFTP for the csv file ? Is it once a day ? if it is once a day then at what time does it hits the SFTP serverIs there any notification errors appears on the UI when UI  fails to update the records ? Regards,Ambika

Hi there,I work regularly with the "conversion variables", "success events", and "traffic variables" tools within AA's report suite controls. Over the past few months the UI has started performing much slower than usual. My peers are reporting the same. I have difficult loading the pages often taking minutes to appear, if at all. When it does load, it freezes up anytime I perform an action. This freezing still occurred prior to the last few months.This is an important aspect of my work and I would love to see these tools get some attention..

Hi Team, We are looking in to the referring domain and referrer report for one of our promotion URL. We would like understand the domain/referrer for that promotion URL. When we refer the referring domain and referrer report we don’t see one of our domain which is the expected domain where we have our banner to reach that promotion page. Therefore, we should get that URL/domain under the promotion for referring domain and referrer report . However, we don’t see that particular URL/domain on those report. But, we could see those referrer pages in previous page report. Could you help us to understand the scenario happening here? Please let me know for any other information. Thank you,Jay.

Our company placed display banner ads to online publications.  We served the ads using Google Campaign Manager and provided the tags for the publishers to implement the tags to their site.  When I checked the Analytics, almost 96% of the traffic from banner ads were from referral, specifically s0.2mdn.net. I have no idea why.  Does anyone know?  Thanks!

My client captures price in an s.eVar, and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to use the captured value in mathematical operations within Adobe Analytics. I can export the data and treat the text string as a number using Python or other programming approaches, but would like to be able to handle this within Adobe because I could include calculations in Workspace. Since numeric classifications have been removed, I'm not sure if what I want is even possible. Does anyone have a recommendation for this?

Currently have strings coming in with two formats. Some strings end with the character “|” and other strings do not. For example, one value might is “ush|park-map|” and another value is “ush|theme-parks”. The goal is to remove the last pipe “|” from the string IF the string ends with a “|”.In the SAINT Rule Builder, I was able to remove the last pipe “|” from strings that ended with a pipe “|”. However in the final output, the strings that did NOT end in a pipe had “**Unmatched**” as the final value (1st screenshot below).  The question is how can you return the original/default value if the string doesn’t meet the rule criteria (aka ending with a “|”)?   We'd greatly appreciate your help, thanks! David

Hi ,I am using adobe launch SDK in Android mobile app. Issue is the page hits are not reaching workspace in the sequence it has been tested.  Say, Original user Journey - Page1 - Page 2 - Page 3 - Page 4Adobe Flow shows - Page 1 - Page 3 - Page 2 - Page 4 batchLimit = 0 , offlineEnabled  = false, launchhitdelay:5 in config. What could be the reason?

Do these links ever expire or are they permanent?

I'm new to Adobe and want to show a table of all the Internal Campaigns but they are based off a very lengthy query string within the URL.  When I therefore show in a table it's hard to see the full URL easily.  For certain categories I've created Segments, but for the full list of campaigns is there any way that I can reduce the URL query string that's shown in the table by applying a formula somewhere?

Do Processing Rules effect Data Warehouse? I once had a processing rule which filtered out all numeric digits from all clicks.  We created this rule to avoid collecting account numbers (PII).  This processing rule worked as designed as no numeric digits appeared in UI data.  I was horrified to find account numbers in Data Warehouse as Data Warehouse ignored my processing rules.

One is example.com(B2C/B2B Customer based site) and another one is My.example.com(internal employee purpose).1) example.com - Already implemented with analytics with third party cookies. 2) my.example.com - we are going to do fresh implementation. Plan to get CNAME certification from clientcare. My question is > Our plan to implement CNAME process for my.example.com alone for now. In future, if we ask for example.com, will it be a separate then? Can we ask them to provide one certificate for both the websites. Note: my.example.com implement process on the same organization analytics account which we have used for example.com.

Hi All, I have an eVar that is set when a user sees product. If no product is available, it will show zero and if product is available, it will show the number of products as the value for the eVar. This eVar is set only on visiting the product page.When pulling data from the Workspace UI, if I select a single day I will see one value (21,115 for Sep 23rd in the screenshot below) but if I select a date range and then breakdown by day, that day shows a larger total (now 23,734 for Sep 23rd).  How is Adobe making this calculation? I thought it would check for the count of distinct visitor ID's that showed zero for the eVar on Sep 23rd, but the way the number increases as the date range increases almost makes me think it counts any UV that visited on Sep 23rd and ALSO saw zero product at some point during my time range.  

We identified a issue with a Classification Rule for one of our clients. It is an odd case we have not found any documentation about. While applying classification rule on the product values:1. There is a classification rule created using a Regex, that sets one constant value as a result. Here is the expression: .*Promo.*Streaming\s-\s[1-4]mo.*|MobileOAC:Promo - Premier Streaming - 6mo - 30.00 - 1moFO|.*Trial.*Streaming\s-\s[1-4]mo.*  2. When running a test on the set of values, they are all classified as expected (screenshot 2). Here is a sample product value that passes the test:Trial - Essential Streaming - 3mo - 0.00 - 1moFO - wETF(6mo70) - AMZ DOT-G3  3. However when looking at the reports, that particular sample product value (and many others) are listed under "Unspecified" and not with the right value.  More than 72h have passed since the classification was created, and nothing has changed.    Do you have any idea on wh

The purpose is to evaluate Search landing experience. For example, there are following page types:Home page, FAQ, Product, Checkout, Video if we want to get bounce rate for all other page types but not "FAQ", how to create the segment?(coz we consider FAQ is self-sufficient content page, user may read and left, so we want to exclude all FAQ pages from Bounce%)Here are 2 ideas come up to my mind:1. Create All Visit segment, Create another Hit segment limits the "page type (prop2) is FAQ", then use following fomular:Bounce[in ALL Visit] - (minus) Bounce[in FAQ] / Entries[in ALL Visit] - (minus) Entries[in FAQ]  2. Create Visit level segment Exclude "Entry Page Type = FAQ". But I see significant difference between these 2 method, in method 1, the bounce% is about 32% while it is around 28% in method. Update: please see my comments and replies, I validated and seems method 1 and 2

I have a question related to domain and sub domain tracking in Adobe Analytics. I have a main domain names www.xyz.com and a sub-domain www.abc.xyz.com and I am trying to look at options for Adobe analytics (AA) implementation on the sub domain site. The main site already has AA implementation in place but the sub domain does no. There are two options in this situation, either to build new report suite for the sub domain or to build it within the existing domain. The end goal is that I should be able to build a customer journey across the sites. We are leaning towards creating a new report suite as the evars and props available for the main site are limited and we want to leave some buffer for the main site. However, the challenge with creating a new report suite is there will be two different journeys for the same visitor going to these different site. Are there any solutions where we can still track this visitor journey being on different report suites? Has anyone

I want to measure in how many visits a checkout-button was clicked. To do so, I create a segment: Checkout Button clicked: button name (c03) equals checkout Now I want to calculate the number of visits. I did this for different segment-scopes: # Visits for Segment Checkout Button clicked with Hit Scope: 1001# Visits for Segment Checkout Button clicked with Visit Scope: 1010 If I use different scopes for the segment, the number of visits is different. I was expecting that it would be equal. Why is it different?

We have hundreds of thousands of users that is going to use okta to login through okta CIAM widget. What Okta will give us is an OAuth token. We do not want to create these user profiles in AEM as that will be very heavy for AEM.  These users are in 4 categories ; Can I create generic user profile in for these user categories and use that in place for managing AEM ACLs  Our Okta authentication will happen from browser itself, we will have an OAuth token back from them that we can pass to AEM , we can indicate the user group in the OAuth token itself or as a header parameter to AEM page request.    Tagging @arunpatidar , @kunal_gaba_
