Hi, I have this code to make it so the Lead's first name is changed from all caps, what we have in the database, to just first letter cap.  When there is no first name in the database, I would like to replace it to some default text, like Hi There, but it just ends up being blank.    I insert the token, which looks like this, with the default inputted: {{my.First Name First Letter Cap:default=Hi There}} And when I check the preview, View By Default shows the subject as: {{my.First Name First Letter Cap}}. View By Person is just blank (when I select someone with no first name) or by there first name if they do have one.  This is the token code: #set( $name = $lead.FirstName ) #if( !$name.isEmpty() ) ${name.substring(0,1).toUpperCase()}${name.substring(1).toLowerCase()} #end   Is there something I need to add so that the Default text is picked up?

I would like to ask if possible to create below workflow1. Sending a segment list (>100,000) user contact to an external CMS2. The external CMS will return back a verified contact list back to ACS3. ACS to filter the unverified segment and push the notification to my app Wondering if this is workable or supported ？

I know i miss daycare, its better in many ways compared to the new one.. I was excited to learn about the new support portal, but once i started using it, my hopes are completely beaten down.. my issues:1) Email Replies not recorded in ticket2) If anyone comments on the ticket, you won’t get an email3) Emails Subject doesn’t have task description Do you have any more.. hi guys, I need to have read/create access for package manager on a prod machine but not build or install access. I sent the instructions below to my boss and she said she did them. However, although I can see Package Manager UI and create a package with filters etc. and do a Build, at the last minute it fails with the above OakAccess problem. Target is implemented through launch async and we want to add this snippet before loading target action?So wanted to check if that works? I need to add common configuration in the root page using SPA root template and it will be used across the application. But when we go to the template we don't see the layout container. We tried different approaches but it is not working out. Is there any specific reason for not displaying layout container in SPA root template. We have requirement to have common configuration across the website for which we have created common configuration component and want to add it at the language root level for eg: en which is created using the SPA root template which got created using the archetype 24. 

i am using aem 6.2 and java 8. i created custom rollout and custom live action as per the steps mentioned in the https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/extending/msm.html#Add%20Synchronization%20Actions%20to%20the%20Rollout%20Configuration document. custom rollout config is configured for “On Rollout”.How ever, when i view or edit/save trigger. it doesn’t reflect on the console. It shows as trigger “not defined”. there are couple of things i observed, when live copy is created from source to destination custom action is not getting invoked inspite of adding the custom rollout config before creating livecopy. but when i go to livecopy and click on synchronize button action is getting executed. is this how is it supposed? or is there a way to ensure custom live action gets executed when live copy gets createdcustom live action registered under the node doesn’t appear on screen. i’ve seen default and other roll-out configuration which displays all the information when page is view

Hi All, We are sending some data through the query parameter in url which has some special characters like { },[], ". Example url : /content/abc/test.html?data={"title":"Get%20a%20Quote%20-%20Compare%20Plans%20and%20Prices","travelers":[{"age":20,"sameAddress":true,"tripCost":300}]}. converted url - /content/abc/test.html?data=%7b%2522title%2522:%2522Get%2520a%2520Quote%2520-%2520Compare%2520Plans%2520and%2520Prices%2522.... In our QA publish url it is working fine, but in the dispatcher url these special characters  are getting converted into their hex-code equivalent. So can you please do let me know what rewrite rules and which file we do need to write in dispatcher to avoid those special characters to getting converted to their hex-code?

I have the below use case: I am using AEM 6.4 version. There is a third party integration with Magento. The session object gets interchange(i think so) as the logged in user information (first name, last name) gets interchange with another user,for example User A is logged in but intermittently on page header it shows user name as B or any other random user name, sometimes it shows correct user name as well. The sling model is using in the code to retrieve the session id and then fetching the user info from AEM repository and displays it on UI but on contrary the session is perfectly managed on Magento pages (It shows correct user name when clicked on username hyperlink on AEM header page, on click it takes to magento user info page.)Pls do let me know any clues for this, due to this intermittent behavior user is not able to use add-to-cart functionality( as session is someone's else) Thanks,Shivam

Dispatcher is not able to cache some of the pages. We noticed that dispatcher is logging the below log whenever this happens:"Backend forbids caching, sent: 'Cache-Control: private'" Any idea what may be happening here? We are not adding any response header on AEM publish server. I checked theorg.eclipse.jetty.server.HttpChannel logs as well and 'Cache-Control' header is not part of AEM response. Hi Everyone, We have just upgraded to AEM 6.5. Previously on AEM 6.2 version, our search functionality was not using any index but by traversing the node was giving the results. With AEM 6.5, we have fixed our lucene index and our search is using the index now to search.Issue we are facing now is that when we search for any term, it only uses the URI and title of the page to search. Hi There, I am looking to implement Event ID serialization on my website however I am curious at how Event ID serializations works in the data feeds and other data? For example if I create a hit that contains a hit with the following: Dimension ValuePageHomepageEvar20ABC123Serialized EventDEF456 Which the visitor later returns to with a different evar20: Dimension ValuePageHomepageEvar20ASD432Serialized EventDEF456 Would the entirety of the second hit be ignored (meaning the updated evar would not be seen) or just the serialized event? Thanks

I have implemented an embeded form within an RTP dialog with standard form.onSuccess return false and code to hide the form and display a Thankyou message.  All working fine and as expected, except a few seconds later the rtp code forces a redirect anyway with the aliId= parameter appended.   Is there any way to turn this off?

I'm the org/system admin for Adobe Analytics for our organization. I was asked to provide a log of all data warehouse pulls for our company in the past year - I reviewed the logs function in AA and it appears the option/filter for Data Warehouse specifically is not available.  Is there a way to do this myself or will I need to get it directly from Adobe Client Care? Hi All, We are trying to get the report for file downloads which are part of a dynamic link. It's like http://WWW.mycompany.com/home/category.do?data=<context_data> and context_data keeps on changing for every session of the user. We did enable the downlods tracking and link tracking but these are not getting captured in either of the filedownloads or tracked links in analytics report. Any idea how to get the these captured when the file is delivered as part of the dynamic link? Thanks,Sayabanna

Hello guys, I tried to migration Launch, i have already proceed into migration and right now the progress is on development. i face some issue, where existing DTM this issue not happen.1. direct call rules: if theres multiple event, on the pageview and then direct call rules, the event will be carried away2. if we do it issue number 1, duplicate value of event will be occur ex: event: event5, event 5 while the other evar/props not duplicate3. if i call another rules, the previous rules will be caried away on next rules include evar/props, ex: Rules1:event: event5eVar1: wwweVar100: path:Rules2:event: event5(from previous rules), event6eVar1: www(normal)eVar7: getDataeVar100: path(from previous rules)here the rules configuration on launch, i just add clear variable hoping the variables wont get carried away on next rules on same page. please help is there missing step of this migration. Thanks in advance.  

Hi, we've created a few alerts with daily time granularity. We've selected the "Anomaly Exists" condition with 90% threshold in all of our alerts, and we've been receiving alert notifications lately. My question is, is there a date range/duration to where this anomaly is being compared to in this case? For example, yesterday or last 30 days? Thanks in advance for the reply!
