Hi All, Is there any way to filter the workflows in drop down list of timeline for an Asset. Scenario is when after User logs-in should be able to see workflows in drop-down which are assigned to a respective group to which user belong to. Would really appreciate if anyone provide your suggestions to fulfill such usecase. Thanks

For those SysAdmins transitioning to NWE who troubleshoot for other users... This morning, a user raised an Issue and embedded a link to a particular task level dashboard that they wanted me to take a look at, which followed a format similar to this: https://domain.my.workfront.com/task/5f0717880036b5b4ad1c3714b9cedbb8/content-dashboard__5f52563d00b84f14b723aa57eefcba4d However, when I clicked it (with my SysAdmin account), it resolved to the Updates tab, which seemed strange. After some diagnosis, I realized that thedashboard in question was not available to me (even though I am SysAdmin...harrumph) until I changed my Layout Template to one that includedthe dashboard. Once I did so, the link resolved. So: now that I'm aware of that gotcha, when such a link fails to resolve to where I expected it to go, I'll try to remember to swap my Layout Template; or more practically, might just Login As the user and navigate from their perspective. Hi, I have to configure transfer file activity for "Test to see if file exists" in SFTP server with configure several retries. if file doesn't exist, wait  for 15 min and re-run 5 timesAfter 5 times, if file doesn't exist, end the workflow.In between if file is uploaded in sftp and it is available, we should not end the workflow and load activity To achieve this, i have configured "configure several retries"option. But if file doesn't exist, workflow is finished at first try itself and it is not retried  for 5 times with 15 mins interval. Kindly let me know how we can achieve this. thanks in advance,Divya 

Hello, I have migrated workflows from 6.1 to 6.5 but I have an error and flow does not end. I do not have information on logs, but on browser, I can see a 500 server code when try to acces /bin/workflow/inbox and I see this text: <title>No Authorizable with ID null</title>Last step  does not execute logic:  Any idea? HI, Suddenly we are not getting any result for SQL2 query like this:select * from [cq:PageContent] as data WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE(data,'/content/experience-fragments/') whereas this works and return nodes:select * from [cq:Page] as data WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE(data,'/content/experience-fragments/') I created cq:PageContent under experience-fragment folder but still no luck..did re-index cq:PageLucene as well. Any pointer..?

Hello! I'd like to seek your advice whether there is any fancy way to mark members of a particular Smart List with Not in Program status in multiple Marketo programs? The background is, that these records are from banned countries and we want to remove them from any Marketo program that they are member of.Because programs are synched with individual SFDC campaigns we want to remove them from these with above action.In Smart Campaign Flow there is a step to refer to one program but I was wondering if there is any chance to refer to multiple programs in one place.In general we could consider removing them from all Programs at once if this helps, but we still want to keep them in Database.Appreciate your help! I have followed the available guidelines to add source edit in RTE by adding a property 'misctools' and adding the value in 'inline' nodes. Still I can't see the SourceEdit functionality. What could I be missing?  Thanks.

I have a IP Warming campaign set as a recurring delivery, I would like to see the stats for this over the course of the last 2 weeks, but do not want to go into each delivery and manually pull down stats.  Is there a way to acheive this sort of report?

Hi All, I get a browser console error when I try to add components to the page. This happens when I use the plus icon. When I double click on the parsys area to add components, it works fine. But when I use the plus icon, it doesn't work and shows this error.  Also, this error happens only when I have an experience fragment in the page.When I delete the experience fragments, im able to add the components using plus icon. Does anyone have any idea on this and how it can be resolved? Thanks,Siva

Hi , We have completed the Adobe campaign classic - Adobe Analytics Integration and able to see report in Adobe analytics. We have multiple marketers across the world creating campaign and Deliveries. What we figured out is, every time marketer create a delivery they should be adding the Web analytics External account to have this delivery tracked. But , web analytics external account is available only for Admin users. Most of the marketers are non- Admin users. How do we enable this external account web analytics account for non-admin users? is there any way we can populate this external account by default in web analytics section ?

First: I inherited a bit of a mess, but am excited to learn and clean it up. Please excuse any mis-speaking or wrong terms. I'm in the process of evolving our channel reporting and evolving the department to Adobe "Marketing Channel" reporting.We currently have a couple eVars that track first and last touch channels, plus another eVar that was created to track last-touch on another set of our tracking codes. Analytics is currently set to gather and bucket our created "ADIDs" into Market Channels through a manual process in Salesforce and custom logic in Launch. This needs to change. I've watched all the Youtube videos and replayed webinars, so am ready to make the transition. My question for the group:For a retail business that has 8-10 product categories and less than 100 products, uses paid search, paid media, paid social, display, emails, plus has organic traffic as well - how many (and which) Marketing channels do you recommend? Hello peeps AEM 6.5.6 doesn't let me move/rename a page from one location to another location if that page has any associated launches. I get this below error when I try to move such a page While the message makes complete sense and I see a reason why is this not allowed out of the box. AEM 6.5 also gives author an option(checkbox) to delete the launch after the promotion and this will help with the accumulation of launches along with the purge task. My question is, can I override this functionality to still allow pages with launches? This is going to be a temporary override. What will be the preferred way to override this validation? Thanks

I have 2 assets in the dam, lets call them A and B.How can I programatically make a new version of A, and use the content of B as that new version? AssetManager. createRevision makes a new version of A just fine, and I tried AssetManager.createAsset on the path of A using the stream I grabbed from asset B, but it doesnt go through. A new version gets created but I'm having trouble adding B's content. It doesn't matter what happens to B as it will be deleted afterwards. Thanks

When calling trackSessionStart page view calls are fired, is there a way to disable this from Media SDK side? Just to give you more context we do have page level tracking already but heartbeat is inflating the pageView calls when starting a session.

Hi all, I feel like this is a tricky question, should s.clearVars(); be used before or after? Couple of use cases I have encountered,  #1 In Launch, Clear Variables > Set Variables > Send Beacon #2 Using AMO.js Track events and eVars > fire s.tl() > call s.clearVars() #3 CMS Application s.linkTrackVars="events,eVar100";s.linkTrackEvents="events,event200";s.events="event200";s.eVar100="some variable;s.tl(this,"o",null);In this case I was questioning when to fire s.clearVars()? Because i'm running into an issue where the event200 is getting picked by AMO.js and the same event is getting fired twice on separate occasions.  Is there a general rule which says fire s.clearVars() before tracking or after s.tl()? or is it custom?, based on use cases, like, it can be used either before or after?
