I imported a CSV with a single lead having two columns: Email and Company. I correctly mapped to the right email fields. But instead of updating the company name, it created a new lead, with the given company and other fields empty. I am not sure why this is happening as I have looked everywhere and found that Marketo automatically de-deduplicates upon import. I have ensured that de-duplication is activated at the beginning of the import.    Could someone guess why this is happening? Or how I could fix it?   Thanks

Hi,We are trying to implement Authentication usin OOTB SAML Handler to one of our application. We see an option to auto create users and assign them to default aem user groups. Our requirement is that there are two types of users 1. Dealer Admin and 2. Dealer user. I could not understand how we can differentiate between these two users after successful login using same SAML configuration.Also out of the below two approaches on user, user group creation and assigning permissions which one is preferable1. Auto Create users and assign them to user group created manually2. Create users, user groups and manage permissions manually. With respect to this, does AEM expose any API which can be invoked by IDP or AD to create users and user groups. Any suggestions on this would be very helpful.

Hi, From the last45 days we have noticed that there is huge spike in visits due to traffic coming from a particular domain under typed/bookmarked which has more than 90% bounce rate. Could someone guide me on any other way I could debug further on this. 

Hello, The definition of Entry Pages in Documentation Adobe is : "Displays, by percentage and by total visits, which pages on your site are the first pages seen by a new visitor. You can use this report to identify which of your web pages are the most frequent points of entry, optimize the primary entry points on your site, and drive entry traffic to your key messages." My question is about mobile applications : How are entry pages defined on those ?  I tried looking at my Workspace and filtering Entry Pages per customer on a specific day, and then looking at raw Adobe data to see how the entry page was assigned.I still couldn't pull a specific conclusion. My question is (for mobile apps): Is an "Entry Page" the first TrackState value after 30mins+ of inactivity ? Should it necessarily be right after the lifecycle hit ?If a bunch of TrackAction hits are sent before the TrackState, does the Entry Page assign the value in t

Hi Community,For one of my client I am trying to check the total count of unsubscribed for a particular service. I am seeing some discrepancies in the count received and would like to know why? Via audience using type as query , I created an audience and used the below elements,subscription = exists and service =xyz and action unsubscribe. I get a count of 100 (example)Now, when I check for this same division in the service dashboard and select action as unsubscribe the count is higher. This higher count is seen for the other services as well. Is there any reason why the service dashboard shows a higher count? Or is my query incorrect?

Hi community, regarding counter evars, short use case: increment a counter evar by 1 if a user swipes a menu either to the left or right in mobile view. It has been setup with two different direct calls (for swipe direction left or right) and each time the respective evar is incremented by 1, (in custom code s.evarX = "+1"). Now the idea is to use these two evars and breakdown visitors in containers based on how much they swipe. First of, if this evar is dropped on a freeform table the "occurences" column will show how many times that evar was incremented by 1 during the selected timespan right? By doing that we see a reasonable amount of occurences on mobile devices at least.The problem arises when trying to make a segment that for example says that if the value of the evar for a mobile device visit is greater than 10 (the user swiped more than 10 times), no matter what the segment builder cant seem to find any visitors where there´s even a value exists in these evars, so wh

Hi all. I hope the best during this time.Well.. I'm new to adobe (and programming in general), I started last month on AEM 6.4.0 practicing with components, templates and more on my project.My tutor has 6.3 and he would like to migrate to 6.5.So just few days ago he told me to find out what are the steps to "convert" a project developed in 6.3 to 6.5.In addition, we are working with Java 8 on eclipse.. do we have to change something there too?So.. Hi, I am trying to expand the responsiveGrid, similar to this guide here https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/extending-responsivegrid-using-react-in-aem-spa-architecture-aem/m-p/376863#M27128. The problem I am having is I am trying to use my own model to add a custom property to the component, but the resourceSuperType (sling:resourceSuperType="wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid") seems to override it. Is there a way I can extend this super type?

Not sure this is something platform based or an issue our dev team could fix but I am able to do all authoring in AEM on my iPad but not able to select the check mark in components to accept changes. I can open components, edit/update, even select the “X” to cancel but the check mark to accept my changes won’t work. Any tips?

I have a use case for an adaptive form where one user will fill up the form then hand it over to another user, via email, to continue filling up the form. What I'm having issues with is understanding is how to configure the workflow to work with my use case. I know that there is a "resumeLink" property in the "Send Email" step but I'm not sure how to generate this link. Here's what I have for my workflow so far. 

Hi all, We want to use century gothic in our email designer. What happens is that for mac/iphone users it appears times new roman instead of century gothic, this is because is not supported. So we were thinking of inserting a second font to insert instead of giving up on the font I tried to insert in the body style<body class="" id="acr-8367516" style="font-family:Century Gothic,CenturyGothic,AppleGothic,sans-serif;" data-new-gr-c-s-loaded="true"> But works only partially not for all the elements.  There is someway to make century gothic works on mac? If not, how to apply the second choose font

In Marketo, 10 API call can be processed simultaneously (2 parallel and 8 queue) but business need is to do bulk import (more than 10 API). Does Marketo support team allows Asynchronous process to archive this function.  The current Synchronous process is taking 2 to 3 min for 10 MB file but business requirement is to speed up the process and looking for suggestion. Asynchronous process can be helpful but any other suggestion will be welcome.

Hi We have two XT activities running on the homepage - both targeting the same banner at the top above the nav. The audiences in both activities are not mutually exclusive - but we have set one activity to be higher priority. If a user visits the homepage - and they qualify for both activities - but are only served the experience from one activity.  How will this be reporting in Analytics (we have A4T setup). Would I see a single visit to the one activity that served the experience? Or would it trigger a visit for both activities as the user qualified for both- even though the user only saw one experience?  Thanks

I've found that on a page multiple experiences were running with equal priority levels.This should not be done, but I was just curious what exactly happens. Does one test show or maybe one of the tests randomly? I can't find an answer in the docs, just that it could cause a collision.
