We create Marketo landing pages on subdomains and noticed the forms do NOT show up in IE11 (or Edge). We contacted Marketo and their response was that there is customer code in the Template (bootstrap) that could be affecting it, and also that there is custom CSS on the form that could be affecting it. They said it's beyond their scope of support to help with code issues. So, we created a test template/landing page/form using clones of the ones that didn't work and I did the following:1. I removed basically EVERYTHING from the Template source code, other than the form code. So there is no longer ANY custom code.2. I removed ALL Custom CSS from the formNaturally, the form still doesn't show in IE11 or Edge.Below is the URL of our now stripped down test form. I will go back to Marketo support with this same info but they are likely to continue to not be helpful. Hello, I am helping a customer to migrate their GA data to AA. I am checking on the Data Sources documentation but it seems Traffic Data Source type is no longer available. Hi there, I believe I have encountered a product issue in Adobe Campaign Standard and was hoping for help. When trying to send a push notification to an iOS device, an error is generated which says that the "Platform APNS does not exist" for the instance.We believe this is a PEM certificate issue (as app subscribers are appearing in the subscriptions as expected), however, we are unable to insert a new PEM certificate into the platform. We are operating in our ACS Staging instance, and an error appears when we try to save after inserting the new PEM certificate.The error is as follows:Could not open a connection with credentials. Hi Team, I want to track the reason why there is drop(exit) of users after particular stage in a mobile app. I used the Flow to see the journey of the users and found 10% of previous step are exiting and approx. 5% are going back to previous page.So I want to track two thing1. Hi I'm using a document as an attachment in a delivery, that will convert to a pdf with personalisation.  The attachment creates perfectly well. If however, in the document, I choose to embed the fonts in the document (which you would need to do as the customer may not have the font loaded on their computer), the pdf does not generate and instead I have soap error. Are there limitations or it there a way around this issue? kind regardsMarc

I have a problem with address substitution.I go to an existing delivery (main target already selected) and change "Target of the proofs" to "Substitution of the address".Then I go to "Send a proof" and select the substitution address and the target from the main target list, when I then hit "analyze" the analyze breaks with an error "15:13:00 - The number of messages to send is very large (209). Please check that the proof target is correct.".It seems as if it tries to send the proof to the whole delivery main target and not just the one address I specified.When I don't choose a specific address but choose "random" in address substitution the analyze works and wants to send only one proof mail. Am I missing something here? UPDATE: After some more testing, it seems like this has something to do with target mappings. Seems to work with "Recipients" but not with "Subscriptions".

Hi,I am trying to reuse the color plugin described on this blog: Experiencing Adobe Experience Manager - Day CQ: AEM 63 - Touch UI RTE (Rich Text Editor) Color Picker Plugin for InPlace… The problem is that the component only appears when I put the node "experience-aem" on:cq:editConfig/cq:inplaceEditing/config/rtePluginsBut it appears two times on inline edition and it does not work!I know why it is appearing two times, though, that is because is reading from the demo plugin too.But if I delete the demo plugin I have an error not found on archive /apps/eaem-touchui-dialog-rte-color-picker/color-picker-popover/cq:dialog.htmlbut on this path that was no file cq:dialog.htmlI just want to use this in inplace editing maximizedI am not understanding this behaviorsome help?Thank you

Hi all,I'm having an issue with importing data into power bi, I've got an evar that has some visits down as unspecified. This isn't unexpected as the item it's capturing does occasionally get overwritten depending on the journey. The issue is that when I pull the evar into power bi, the amount of unspecified visits jumps from c. 1.6k to over 7k. Any ideas why this would be and how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi All, we are currently using Scene7 as CDN Solution in terms of Image Resizing and Quality Optimization. In the current iteration we are interested in changing the Image Delivery form JPEG to WEBP format, what seems to be supported by Scene7.  What we are currently looking for is a User Agent/ Browser specific provision of images. E.g. an IE 11 should only get JPEGs and an Chrome WEBP Images without a specific consideration in code. Cloudflare for example is supporting this kind of Ressource selection.  Is there an Option in Scene7 to do the same? Currently when a format like WEBP is specified the Internet Explorer ist trying to download this ressource. Best Regards

We are on AEM 6.5.3. I have an experience fragment in the "en" language. And I want to create a live copy of this XF in the es languages. When I select experience fragment and click on create, I see an option to create variation-as live copy, but that creates the live copy in the same hierarchy. But my requirement is to create the live copy under “es”  language.  I don’t want to use the language copy option because there will not be any relationship b/w en XF and es XF. I want the live copy relation b/w the two (as we maintain the relationship in content pages). This is doable on content pages but not an experience fragment. I mean under content, I can create one page under en, and live copy can roll out the same page in es language. How to achieve similar functionality in XF. Another thing is when we use the XF component on the en content page, MSM creates the live copy in es language, But experience fragment path is not translated to match relative to es language.&nbsp

When I open the replication tab for any path in CRX, it shows 500 internal server error. I have logged in as admin user and my AEM version is 6.5.6. Please advice.

Hi there, One of our eVar for whatever reason has been set into "hit" based expiry which means if I'm trying to break down other dimension data that exist on other page, it will not possible since it will expire on 'hit'. There is no option to change the expiry on that eVar to a visit for now since everyone is using it that way for the longest time, is there a trick to turn those hit expiry into visit using segmentation visit container? e.g. Segment A = a visit of eVar A is exist. Now I can break down number of people that completed a form and land on a form page (page name) and got a Segment A  (eVar A) in their session. Hope this question make sense.  Regards,Felix

I am able to take the delivery summary report that contains any metric of my choice (sends, opens, clicks, etc) and pick a dimension like "week" in order to see all email channel metrics by week over a specific time period (e.g. one year). However, I would like to pick a specific country (e.g. Japan) and see those weekly results, instead of seeing it for all countries.  I could take the country dimension and place it inside each week, but that would end up showing me results for all 200+ countries per week, which is overwhelming. Is there a way to pick a specific country and filter the weekly results?

I created this workspace a few years ago and deleted it sometime last year. I didn't realize that the recipient is still receiving the scheduled reports. Now she wants to modify the criteria of the report, but it's nowhere to be found.Is it a bug that the reports continue to be sent?Is there any chance I can recover this?I can easily replicate the workspace, but now my concern is that she will get 2 scheduled reports with different data.

Hi everyone!We recently migrated from DTM to Launch.We save our page name to eVar1. What we've noticed since migrating is that on pages where there are events firing e.g. direct call rules or clicks, the number of unique visitors to eVar1 is a great deal higher than the unique visitors to the page name dimension.There haven't been any changes to the configuration of the events other than having to add in the clear variables action in the Launch rules so that the events string is reset after an event is fired.I can't work out what is going on here.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
