Hi,I have a nested multifield in aem classic ui. The values are being stored in json format in jcr:content. But the problem is inner multifield values are not getting stored in json along with the outer multifield values. Can anyone please tell me how to do this in aem classic UI? Thanks,Mahi

Since the data files that will be uploaded to Campaign Servers will have PII data, the source system will encrypt (PGP encryption) the data files before uploading them to Adobe Campaign server. As part of the data ingestion process/workflow, we need to first decrypt the files and then ingest the data. Can you please suggest potential solutions for achieving it? Thanks!

We're coming up on some questions about the DEMDEX cookie, not only initial cookie set but subsequent marketing attributes. When is the cookie is set for a new visitor?  Upon first visit to our website?What attributes are set on initial creation of cookie?  Is this just the UUID?Is cookie subsequently written to? And when? And what call does that?  We then see all of our device-based destination partners showing up as attributes of the cookie. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. 

I've just started as the Email Marketing Specialist at my company and am getting back into Marketo (I haven't used it since 2016). While setting up a new email type, I learned that the company hasn't used templates for emails (they've been cloning past programs) so I wanted to set one up for a partner email communication.   I cloned a past email program and converted it to a template where our designer could add the various graphical elements we needed. Today, after trying to go back in to update some links in the template, it's only opening up in a text editor with no option to change back to the visual editor (my designer said that's what things looked like when she opened it up).   When I last worked in it, it was a regular editor; I made no changes or updated any settings within that template (I don't have Admin access in Marketo). Hi Everyone! I am working on setting up some simple scoring in Marketo for campaign engagement for Marketo Sales Insights. I downloaded some program templates to get an idea of what to do for scoring. In the templates, I see they are referencing a merge tag in the "change score" flow step: share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuBe4bN. Does anyone know what this does? My thinking was I would just have flow step that says change score like this: share.getcloudapp.com/o0umNLyQ.   Thanks in advance!

I have been ask by a client to add a statistical formula to the Workspace dashboard for the MoM and YoY data comparisons. I already have % difference formula in the report, but he would like to also have the statistical significance added too.  How do I create the formula in Workspace? Thank you  

When I run a query for a Report Suite to update a Workspace, sometimes I get all zeros back for all metrics (e.g. visits to site or visit duration). What might the cause of this? 

Hi All,We have one requirement need to write groovy script to update component node.1.need to find the list of pages where tab component been usedtab component has multifield where each field has tab id and tab name and can author upto 5 tabs.2. Once we get the list of pages, we need to find the component with node name navigationtabsas shown in the below screenshot.ex: page /content/we-retail/auotmation-support-program has tab component with node name navigationtabs and under this navTabList (multifield name) node will be there and under this 1,2,3,4,5 with nodes if author added 5 tabs. here only 2 tabs are added hence only 1 and 2 node are created.if we take node 1 has navId and navName and need to get property navId and like that from each nodes 1,2,3,4,5 if there were 5 nodes.then get the navId value and it should be same as node created under node navigationtabs.here in the screenshot can see navId value is "Vendor" and this value should get updated for "By Vendor" node.&nbsp

Hello. From time to time we have issues with BT Internet, Yahoo and Sky email domains refusing a large % of our emails and marking as spam. What I would like to do is build a report/alert that looks at the previous days sends across all our brands but also split by email domain at a delivery level. Then, if x% of that email domain (intend to look at Hotmail, BT Internet, Sky, Yahoo and Gmail domains) are refused an alert is sent out so the team can investigate. I've had a go but finding it hard to drill down to that granularity. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a calculated field on my report that is looking for issues that were opened during the last reporting period, regardless of current status. I have the output to concat the issue name and status, but I'm getting the status value instead of the status name. Any ideas how to get the status name? My valueexpression is basically: valueexpression=IF(<verylongwindedstatement>,CONCAT("‚ñ∫ ",{name}," - ",{status})," ")My return is showing as: <issuename> - INP or <issuename> - CLSAnd what I want is: <issuename> - In Progress or <issuename> - Closed

I have some errors being returned and being logged out by my headless project firefly app but I'm not sure where to go to see the logs.When I click on the Insights option I just get a blank white screen.Please could someone help me find the logs that are output.Thanks

Hi, We are working on AEM 6.5 having shared S3 datastore. We have found few corrupt OOTB indexes in our instance. We are looking to perform re-indexing to make those corrupt indexes valid. Due to some performance related issues on our Live environment, we are planning to take out-of-band approach to perform re-indexing on clone instance and upload generated index file from clone instance to Live environment.Just wanted to check, whether this approach(out-of-band) is possible on AEM having shared S3 datastore? Hey everyone   The Zoom integration is set up and is working well. However, we are seeing a reasonably high (10% or so) number of "registration errors". What happens is....   1. Program status changes to Webinar - Registered in Marketo. 2. Zoom receives this information via the integration, and pings back a registration error. 3. Marketo changes program status to "registration error."   There is no additional information I can see about this error....as in, why it failed. First Name, Last Name, and Email are all valid fields, so I'm not sure what else could cause it to error out. I can create a program to watch for these errors, and try to register again, but that doesn't seem to fix it. They still come back with the same status from Zoom.   Any ideas?
