Hello. We regularly throttle emails using the waves options in delivery properties but have recently noticed that Adobe Campaign has its own processing rules per domain in MX Management. From what I can understand, throttling by domain is already taking place so does additional throttling need to be applied? Appreciate this may differ depending on whether volumes are large/small or whether targeting engaged/less engaged customers. Any advice would be most grateful. Thanks. Luke

Hi Experts, We have implemented Personalisation on AEM 6.3 with AEM-CFP-6.3.3.6-6.0 Service Pack. After targeting the components, In Author the Personalisation is working fine.  In Publisher this is not working until restart of the publish instance. After Debugging the issue found to be, After Targeting and activating the Pages.  In publisher the variants for for the Targeted component loaded only the Default content. Hi, I have been seeing unspecified value in Adobe analytics for operation nature. And realized that the nature drop down in campaign is not properly utilized and hence there is no data passed in Adobe analytics. I am trying to understand the actual meaning of Nature in Adobe campaign classic and also can it be used to pass some other attributes such as region /country/campaign name etc. Thanks, Pradeep

Hi! We are generating segments that have nothing to do with email/sms/push notif, and we want to save the current workflow ID to track the profiles, but we did not find a function that returns that value. Is there a way to get it? We want a file that contains profileId and workflowId (to know where it came from). Thanks in advance!

I need to build a custom time-frame modifier for a report. I'm not sure how the built-in modifiers work and so I wasn't able to just duplicate them. Can someone either explain how they work or help me build my own for a 6 month time frame? Or both? 😂 Thanks!

Hi With reference to the ACC documentation link, https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/kb/sms-connector-protocol-and-settings.html we understand that ACC only supports separated TR-RX mode of in SMPP connector.  Question is, is there any work around for this by going via a bridge middle ware solution to be able to connect to the end SMS Gateway via SMPP TRX mode?  Any documentation/implementation suggestion is much appreciated.  ThanksNag

Hello, We use Adobe Campaign Classic and import audiences from Adobe Audience Manager which we combine with data to send emails. There has been a use case to target people from different Audience Manager lists with different copy within the email but I can't seem to figure out how to personalize from the event you are in a list from Adobe Audience Manager from within the email in Adobe Campaign. Does anyone have any use cases or tips to get this to work? Considering the audiences are coming in fine it should be easy but I can't seem to define whether they are in an Adobe Audience Manager from within the email. Funny enough I can't seem to find specific lists in generic query editor either from within the data but can choose a list fine from within a workflow. Any tips appreciated.

I am having an issue with minifying a clientlibs. In our project I want to minify a clientlib and not willing to change the OSGI configuration. Please help me if there is any way to minify Individual Clientlibs. Thanks

I do not have access to an LMS - what is the best way to publish and upload captivate projects to Adobe Experience Manager (and SharePoint) for interactive user experience? 

If I add an user in the admin console and then provide permission to that user to access the AEM instance, that gets auto synced to AEM. But, if I update permissions for the same user in the AEM instance, will that reflect automatically in the Admin Console?

We have a requirement to customize the list of items in the inbox. We have a business logic to identify / build the list of items. When I tried to customize /libs/cq/workflow/components/inbox/list/json.jsp, I am able to see the data reflecting when called the URL explicitly http://localhost:4504/libs/cq/workflow/content/inbox/list.json .Also, when I check on Custom UI i.e. http://localhost:4504/inbox the changes reflect for example logs.However, these changes do not reflect on Touch UI i.e. http://localhost:4504/aem/inbox . Touch UI is still showing all the items assigned to the logged in user only. There is no log registered that was added to json.jsp. Please guide on which file is fetching and rendering the inbox list for Touch UI. 

Dear AllWe are facing an issue if I add '&' symbol in a text field while submitting a web form. if we are not adding the special character it works fine. XML parsing is a issue I feel, even the '&' is changing to <varSetName>test&test</varSetName>.
