I'm having problems with updating and changing the dates in reports in Campaign Standard. Do anyone else face this problem? I haven't had this issue before.  

We have a custom component that allows multiple columns to be displayed, and each column has an embedded parsys.  We're seeing strange behavior pasting into that parsys though.   If we copy a component in the left hand column:  We don't get a paste option when clicking on the right hand column.  But if we select the main parsys for the page, we get a paste option there:  And now if we click on the right hand column again, the paste option is suddenly available and we can paste successfully:Any way to address this?

We have a custom component created in AEM which accepts HTML, JavaScript and CSS Styles altogether in a single text area and embed it into the page where the component is used. Embedding of this text is done with context "unsafe". Everything works fine. But if content author places a code, say for example <style> tag and missed to put a closing tag, the component disappears from component tree once the page is refreshed (I suspect the reason might be that Slightly would have considered the code is potentially harmful).  However the component is still accessible from CRXDE but not in Touch UI which makes difficult for content authors to correct their mistake. Any thoughts on this is appreciated.

Hi,Thought it would be simple to add a custom token in a href link.Its easy to print my custom token in the email but somehow when it have to be rendered in an email link, it just get added after the link.<a href="https://<link-to-lp.com?haveAddress={{my.haveAddress}}">Click  me</a> Expected:https://<link-to-lp.com?haveAddress=1Result: https://<link-to-lp.com?haveAddress=<token-script-logic-printed> In the email its easily rendered as 1 or 0 as expected. In preview mode when i hover over the link it works as expected too. Doing a sample send or real send, the custom token is not added.Could anyone guide me here.Thanks in advance.

Hi,I have created one new schema(custom) in ACS instance and want to  use that as a source to trigger email/SMS. So i have tried to create target mapping for that new schema. But i am getting an error as below. Is it possible to create target mapping for new custom schemas in ACS? If No, do we have any other possibilities to achieve this?Or do i need to use profile schema as a source all the time for sending delivery? Please help me on this one. Thanks!!.

Hello Everyone,Is it possible to bold a selected character into a message section of push notification delivery?so, for example, I want to communicate my target base with a coupon in the message section and I want that coupon to be displayed in bold.(Adobe Campaign Classic)PS: we use recurring delivery for push notifications.

We have just migrated our properties from DTM.  When I try to view an AA: Set Variables action for any of our page or event rules, I get a blank page with "There was an error loading this extension view".  Possibly related, when I try to open the Global Variables accordion in the Analytics Extension configuration, nothing opens. I just get the down arrow but nothing appears.  Any ideas of where to look to fix this?

Hi,I am having this issue with File transfer Activity, where it fails every other day with a timeout error.  What is strange is it does not run for long before I get the timeout error. The SFTP external account used for this is the one that we use for other FTPs as well and this error happens a couple of times every week ( and not every time) for this daily technical import workflow. Any idea what the error could be caused by? Thanks,Anup

We use a different direct call rule for different types of 'pages' on our single page app that send data to Analytics.  I have a pixel rule that I want to fire after any direct call rule fires.  Does anybody know how this can be accomplished?

I have a requirement where I need to create a two-column component in react AEM SPA, but i am not able to get the parsys from the react code, can anyone please share the code or tell the class which we need to use to display the parsys using react js.

We have a requirement where we want "${componentContext.cssClassNames}" to written space separated vales rather then comma separated value. So I try to debug this but i did not find the implementation class of "cssClassNames " method. Dear Everyone, CaliseCheung​ , @107613 Mironchuk ,We have implemented Adobe Analytics in our Mobile Application using Adobe Launch SDK 5x.The implementation was good and we didn't see any gaps but we are seeing Application ID capturing as the Page Name and it is equal to the overall Page Views in a day i.e. Guess it is firing every time the page is loading.We tried to debug the image request and since because our Application Server blocks all the Proxies, we are unable to see the image request using Charles Debugger.The Page Views we are receiving is nearly doubled and thus it is a red alert for us in terms of Server Calls.Anyone faced this issue? Kindly guide on why and how to debug.And, if we didn't have the setup to fire the Analytics Server Call within the Launch, then what's the advantage of it?If i have the setup, at least we would have added a condition not to fire the Server Call for the Track State with Application ID or without any name.Kindly suggest the best approach.Thank

Hello Everyone, I am having an issue with the web application. Whenever I fill the form the data is being captured and can be seen in my response logs. But when I tried to look into the folder where I configured the records to be stored the same is visible until I configure the list and try to check the data from the joining table. Configuration: Recipient table is connected with a custom table I created with the name of "XYZ" for example. The recipient table has a foreign key of my table(XYZ) and shows connected in the structure just like the link that you can see for the folder in the below picture.  Issue:I created a web form to store basic details i.e. First Name, Last Name, Email and One column(XYZ) table, which displays fine when configuring the fields of my form. After that, I added a storage activity and configured the data to be stored in a folder under Profiles and targets> Recipients > Test Profiles with the reconciliation condit

Can we fetch active running target activities on a page in AEM Author programatically while author is editing a page and then notify the author through alert that activity is running on the current page.

Hi Admin, I encountered an issue, the requirement it need to replicate web page from author to different publish. We have two sites (site A and site B) in Author server, usually user edits both sites in same author server A.Also have three servers “Author server A”, “publish server B, C”.Now we want to configure the AEM agent, let only site A page replicate to “publish server A” when user actives page.         And let only site B page replicate to “publish server C” when user actives page. We do not want the page replicate to “publish server C” when active site A, or opposite site B to “publish server A”. Depend on my knowledge, I know it will replicate same site page to different publish server when configure default agent such as screenshot.But it cannot replicate different site page to different publish server from same author server. Does anyone know how to implement this case? Hello!   We've been looking for ways to maintain an external library with all the e-mail templates we use for Adobe Campaign Standard, using the Amazon S3. Ideally, whenever we update a file in S3, it would automatically update our template files inside ACS. Has anyone been able to do this?   

Hi all, I am setting linkTrackVars variable in Tealium, but I would like to have events set automatically, so I don't touch linkTrackEvents. Unfortunately, it seems that once you set linkTrackVars, you have to set linkTrackEvents as well, or no events are fired. Is that correct? Is there a way how to set linkTrackVars without setting linkTrackEvents (so it stays "automatic")? Thanks, Pavel

Hello, I have used Marketo for years, but at my current position is the first time I did the full setup from beginning to end.  The last part I'm trying to turn on is Sales Insight in Salesforce.  It works fine for me, but I'm a Marketo admin.  Here is what I need and what I've done so far: 1. Installed it2. Added it to tabs and on the lead record.  3.  Assigned my MSI licenses4. Turned it on for each profile type I want to see it.  My questions are:1. Why dont the people I assigned MSI licenses to have access to view the MSI details on the lead record?2.  I always thought that every salesforce user could see that on the lead details but only licensed MSI users could use the tab with hot leads, watchlist, send emails, etc.  So do I have to have a license for the entire sales team for them to be able to see the leads activity from the lead record?   That can't be right...right?  Just to see that info, and se

Hello,I am trying to get the number of unique visitors detected (as well as new visitor each month and returning visitors).I have the following issue: The number of unique visitors do not match if I compare the number displayed under the Segment details (x of 80 000 unique visitors) and the number I get in the freeform tables (x out of 200 000 unique visitors).At the end I don't know how many unique visitors are using our application.See snapshot for details. Moreover I am unable to show on the report, the details provided in the Segment information panel.   

I am trying to import archives (not applications) in Adminui but 6.5 has a bug in previewArchive.jsp.  When I click the preview button I get this error:/previewArchive.jsp (JBWEB004251: An error occurred at line: 56 column: 99) JBWEB004197: Attribute value invalid for tag if according to TLDThis is the line being referenced:<td><input type="checkbox" name="importComponents" value='<s:property value="name"/>' <s:if test="action" value="0">checked="true"</s:if>/></td>That is clearly a syntax error, not a data error as there are no data items here.  I opened a ticket with Adobe but cannot convince the support person that it is a bug.
