Hi Team,We are facing one issue with Autocomplete when using Search and Promote. We are using S&P autocomplete url with query parameter and it gives autocomplete options.Issue we are facing is for Russian characters -If we search for Кукуруза, it does not give autocomplete suggestion though same value lies under title meta tag (auto title metadata as well)but when we search for кукуруза, it gives suggestions under autocomplete.Kindly update if there is any issue with Russian characters (caps one)Thanks,Neha

Help is much appreciated and thank you in advance...We are in manage services environment mode with adobe campaign classic v7.9032.Currently our work flows send the communication out @daily and we are getting the data in to the adobe analytics by a batch process. But we have few work flows to get the real time communications and at the same time to get real time reports in to AAex: click, open, unsubscribe etc... what i know it's not possible to get the real time data from adobe, but is there any way how we can get at least a near real time (may be 4hrs difference) data in to analytics. Any idea which tables do we need to refer? Any idea how?

Has anyone integrated Kenshoo reporting data into their Adobe Analytics platform?  We'd like to have some central visibility to data across our Adobe and provider plaforms, but not sure if they support a method for bringing data into Adobe's platform.  Thoughts?Thanks,Joe B.

I'm pulling a Lead Performance report, set for the previous week (Sunday - Saturday).  Marketo is telling me that the dates for last week are 3/1 - 3/8.  I'm not crazy right - last week was 3/1 - 3/7.  Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi Experts, I have a direct mail campaign in ACC. This is exporting data in a flat file with different data getting picked from the broadlog and data linked to the broadlog schema. In the file I am successfully able to export different fields of data linked to broadlog schema. But  I am failing to export the fields of the broadlog schema. Any field of broadlog itself is always getting exported with a value ´0´. Any suggestions, on how can I solve it. by the way, I have configured a service provider with service defined in it. The service has the extraction file mappings. I am also using the out of the box delivery template and routing external account for direct mail. Thanks,Ujjyal 

Hi, I need to answer this question by using the Workspace : "How many people returned on a specific section of my website ?"If I create a segment based on the number of visits of the visitor, it will take into account all these visits, not only the visits that include a page view on this sectionHow can I get that ?For example, how can I filter on visitors with at least 2 visits on the sport section in January 2020 ?

 I would like to unsubscribe any user who opts for the same as soon as they receive the email. I am aware that Marketo runs this automatically so that any member who mentions to be unsubscribed get updated in Marketo system list under "Unsubscribed"  However, in a recent instance we noticed that the email went to some 600 members (who should have been unsubscribed) and got bounced and listed in spamhaus because they were not updated in Marketo. Shall I run a Smart campaign as you can see below with the mentioned triggers so that each time any member opts to be unsubscribed it gets updated and they do not receive any email from us in the future except for operational ones. Also, if this smart campaign is fine, what should be the flow of this? can that be kept blank? 

Most of our assets are on our support website.  Contacts are required to login through single sign on.  Somehow through the redirect, all tracking stops.  Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, is there a remedy for it?

Hi,Apologies for the basic question but I've tried a thousand different variants and not come up with the answer myself. Also non of the documentation seems to address this. Getting this to work will close off this particular task I need to complete.I want to create an instance variable and populate it with a field from my target data. I can successfully create and populate it with hardcoded text as below, however I need to to pull in a data field insteadinstance.vars.AKTEST = "Campaign Name"I want to replace "Campaign Name" with the field @campaignLabel which I have appended in a previous enrichment (please see screenshot).I had hoped that instance.vars.AKTEST =  instance.operation.label would work but this simply returns a null value (if it did work then I would simply use the instance.operation.label variable when I required it later on).

Hi Experts,We are using Contexthub on AEM 6.4. Found that when authoring a targeted component for each segment, the style that was selected from the style system is not carried over to the segment-specific version - it only shows on "default". The style system option is also not there when in "Targeting" mode so there is no way to set the style for each segment. Aside from this, the i18n can only be seen on the "default" segment/experiences. For other segments, it always shows the English labels. Has anybody encountered this behavior? Any help, insights, or suggestions are all welcome. Thanks in advance. 

In AEM 6.5  touch UI dailog box , we have a textfeild which have to be converted to rich text field. The steps i followed are as follows :Navigate to '/libs/foundation/components/text/cq:dialog/content/items/text/items/column/items/text'Copy the 'sling:resourceType' property and paste this value in the to be converted text node property .Copy the folders under the '/libs/foundation/components/text/cq:dialog/content/items/text/items/column/items/text' path . ie, 'rtePlugins' and 'uiSettings' , and the paste the nodes to the above to be converted text node.(img_2)On opening the dailogbox in touch UI the field is converted to rich text, but i am not able to hyperlink. The field is not clickable. There is an error in console.Have attached the screenshot(<img_1>)What can be the issue?

We set up a whole event program flow in Marketo. Initially the date of the event was the 12 March, and we had 25 pax register at this point. When we decided to move the date out to the 20 March, we updated the tale token to the 20 March 2020. The event reminder smart campaign had the following settings:Smart list:When a program status is changes to changes and their new status is 'Registered', Flow:(Wait) They would receive the reminder email 7 days before {{my.Event Date}} at 7:00AM  Although the date tolken was updated to the 20 March 2020, the 25 that registered before the date change received the email one week too early (reflecting the old date). People that registered after the date change did not get that incorrect email.  Why has this happened? It's like the original 25 people are caught in the old stream although on the surface (at least) all assets and program smarts were updated. Any idea?? Want tho prevent this from happening in

Hi there,  I'm trying to capture the subclass of a html on a row of icons. What would the appropriate DOM attribute be to capture the value in bold red (def) when clicked? div.buttons.mt-4.mx-auto.abc > div > div.abc.def div.buttons.mt-4.mx-auto.abc > div > div.abc.ghi div.buttons.mt-4.mx-auto.abc > div > div.abc.jkl I've tried doing this previously, and I've managed two outcomes: 1) Captured only the parent class (abc) 2) Successfully capturing both class (abc def) but only the first value (abc def) even though I've clicked the subsequent icons (abc ghi / abc jkl)  Are there any suggestions on how I can successful tag the buttons either with Launch settings or custom code? Appreciated!

How do you create a Deduplication Topology rule (based on email address)?  So when the email goes out, it one goes to a person once.  

What is the difference between these two things and how do they tie together? From what I've read in the documentation:Metadata Schemas have more form field types and they define what values can be entered by an author for a particular asset?Metadata Profiles are the same thing but they're defined automatically when an asset is uploaded?I'm trying to determine the best way to add extra metadata properties for PDFs in a particular folder in the DAM. So I'm guessing Metadata Schemas would be the way to go?I may also need to create a metadata-driven workflow that prompts the user to enter the extra/custom PDF metadata that I'd like to add. Is there anymore information or are there any examples of these? There only seems to be this tiny section that says what they are on this page of the documentation.Thanks in advance! Also, I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section (AEM Assets vs. Adobe Experience Manager).

Currently, I have built a default program with channel as "operational"; does it imply that the email that will be triggered will also be operational? in that case, should I re-build my program using Email program so that the email doesn't go to unsubscribed or blocked users?
