Hi All,I have my AEM 6.5 Assets instance integrated with Siteminder for SSO login.  My login is successful . However I am not able to see few pages. Especially the content fragment model creation page. Upon my investigation found out that the client libraries under the /libs folder are not getting loaded.  the access logs shown 403 error.  I checked the users access, in AEM and he has all relevant access. I could see the requests for all css or js under /libs are coming with anonymous user instead of the actual logged in user in the request.log.  But for such request , the SSOAuthentication handler is printing the users employee ID. Below is the extract from my access log. Hey guys, i have one important questions for my understanding of segments and being part of a segment: Suppose i have a segment and some users qualified himself for this segment by e.g. reading article XY between 2020-01-01 and 2020-01-08. Now all these users delete their cookies and : are these users still part of the segment for the selected date range ( 2020-01-01 - 2020-01-08)? if yes, is the reason, because adobe analytics stores this information. if yes, where? in the experience cloud id? but then: is it correct, that these users are not part of the segment, if the date range of the report is after he had deleted his cookies (so, e.g 2020-01-10)? if yes, why? what happens technically, that this informations is not stored anymore, because there is a daily request? does it have anything to do with the experience cloud id, where this information is not anymore part of and does the experience cloud id store all this information? thank you 🙂

I have a Marketo landing page with a form that people are coming to from digital ads. Once the user fills out the form on the page they are redirected to a thank you page. My problem is I'm not sure how to go about setting up a program to trigger 4 different emails to be sent after some time has passed from the form submission. So ideally I would want to set up a program to do this:After the form is filled out on the landing page:- Wait 1 week after form completion to send Email #1- Wait 3 weeks after form completion to send Email #2 (this email has 4 variations and the one that is sent is based off what the user had selected in the dropdown when they submitted the form on the landing page)- Wait 5 weeks after form completion to send Email #3- Wait 6 weeks after form completion to send Email #4Is something like this possible to do? If so how do I go about doing it? I've tried creating an Email Send program but the scheduler looks like I have to pick a hard date, rather than base it off

Hi all, I am trying to "alive" proofs for recurring deliveries (deprecated by Adobe).Managed to do it for deliveries without personalization, but when personalization is included an error is thrown in the proof delivery:  'Error while compiling script 'content htmlContent' line 4: targetData is not defined. SCR-160012 Javascript: error while evaluating script 'content htmlContent'.' So, if used seed address in the proof, we are defining additional data (below) but still cannot recognize targetData  😕😕  Any idea why is refusing to use this additional data? Regards,Milan   

Hi, in serverConf.xml Javascript memory is raised to 512 MB. I have got the following error Script stack space quota is exhausted when executed JS below which is exporting several "big" workflows into a zip file. File is large around 8 MB when error is shown.I would say that MemoryBuffer cannot handle more data and breaks. Is there a way to extend it? Regards,Milan

We just launched a new site using a server side rendered react framework. In trying to send some _satellite.track objects (according what I have read to be best practices for a SPA), "_satellite" is undefined. The developers then tried to use window._satelitte but from there they had an error where if a string wasnt passed to the tracker it threw another error so then it became stringified as a JSON object. Does anyone know of issues with sending "_satellite.track" in React? Or are there other methods I am missing?  Thanks!

When analyzing organic search there is the possibility to use 'search engine natural'.This dimension does not apply the processing rules like marketing channel, and thus is expected to give a more clean view of the actual performance of organic search. However, when I use this dimension in combination with entries, and I put 'Paid search' (dimension) below it, I still get data.When I use this dimension in combination with visits, this does not seem to be the case. Can someone explain why we see 'paid' when we use the 'entries' metric? (see snippit)

Hi there, somebody help me if you know how to do it I would like to calculate average consumer return period for a year.  As AA provides, there are retention frequency, but it was categorized by small periods, such as ~1 day, 1~3 days, so that it is hard to find the exact avg. of consumer return period T.T  Thanks

We use single page application set up for our sales funnel, but every page is individually tagged, so does have unique page names. However, some products are purchased with an entry page recorded as step 3 or 4 of the funnel. You would not be able to do this as you have to fill in details on the previous steps in order to purchase. Has anyone else encountered this issue? The only thing I can think of is session-based cookies timing out because someone is taking longer than usual to complete the process, but hoping for a better answer!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance! 🙂
