Hi,I have an issue where I can add subscribers to my mobile app defined in ACS but they don't have a registration token.What could be causing this?How it's set up:MainActivity.javaMyFirebaseMessagingService.java

We recently encountered this issue while trying to fix repository inconsistency. Since we were getting 503 error (Authentication support missing) after reverting to last healthy revision, we restored the AEM instance to the backup created before the operation. After this backup was restored, we can no longer access the maintenance jobs configuration from the touch UI console. This is the error that we are getting. Hi Team,I have created new Operator group and added the operators to the group. But when ever I logged-out and logged-in  the operator group content become empty. There is no operators in the operator group. Can you please help me on this? Thanks in Advance Regards,Ram

Hi there,Wondering if someone can explain the difference between unique trait realisations vs total trait population.I uploaded a .overwrite file (containing onboarded traits - ie our offline CRM data)  3 days ago and noticed for some of my traits (looking at results for Device ID, the unique trait realisations are showing zero for 1 day, 7 day,s, 14 days and 30 days. For 60 days and 90 days, it is showing a non zero volume. Total trait population shows zero for 1 day but nonzero values for 7 days, 14 days ....What does this mean - has my upload  been successful?Also when I choose cross device ID view, I do get non-zero numbers for unique trait realisations for 7 days, 14 days etc and total trait population non-zero numbers from 1 day onwards. What is the difference between the device ID view vs cross Device id view.The important question is "has my upload worked" Please advise. I found this issue with AEM 6.5.3. Having a custom component under Apps. Change the widget.jsp and the change in the jsp is NOT captured in the refresh page when added a simple static div<div>testing</div> Edit the adaptive form and it is captured, but "localhost:4502/content/forms/.../.../...html?wcmmode=disabled" is not reflecting the change. On author (Windows based instance)1. /libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html ==> Not working (both options)2. for file system, find bundle.../data/classes and delete "classes" folder ==> Not working    (Note: we tried this with the bundle staying as "active" as well as stopping the bundle before the delete of the folder)3. for file system, find bundle.../data/outputcache and delete "outputcache" folder ==> Not working    (Note: we tried this with the bundle staying as "active" as well as stopping the bundle before the delete of the folder)4. In 2017 there was a connector between ACC and ACS called PRIME.I can't seem to find any content or HELP documentation on this connector. HOW can we migrate or connect all our data and email templates into ACS form ACC?  Is this connector package still available and if not can we at least get the older version of the package and tweak the code to at least give us a head start so we do not have to go through full implementation of ACS?  There is an internal wiki mentioned below.Thankyou DETAILS:Adobe Campaign Prime: an offering based on the connection between Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Campaign v7 (AC7). Hi, I have a very common scenario where i need to display a BirthDate on an email. In my profile schema i have birthdate field of date datatype with a value lets say 06/30/2001(mm/dd/yyyy). But when email renders, it is displayed as Fri Jun 29 2001 19:00:00 GMT-0500 (EST).So if we notice..what is happening here is 06/30/2001 is being considered as Sat Jun 30 00:00:00 GMT and being converted into EST time. How is that possible? what needs to be corrected?

Hi Team,Goal: To migrate only the custom users and group from source aem instance to destination and i'm following this document https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/kb/migrate-users-groups-ACLs.html for users and group migration. ApproachI found that all the oob users(except anonymous and admin) are stored under /home/users/system. We can easily create content package for custom users excluding the oob users,sample content project users(eq we-retail for dev environment) , anonymous and admin users and create package from ACS tool which can migrate the permissions as mentioned in document. But for group migration, I'm not able to find any concrete approach how we can find out the custom groups which can be added or groups that needs to be excluded as both oob and custom group locations seems to be same.Can anyone suggest anything that can help?

Hil, Im trying to acces to AC , Its installed in a windows server 2016 in Amazon web service. When I try to "read" a ".jsp" page it throws this error: WEB-530009 Access denied. It works using "http://localhost:880/nl/jsp/logon.jsp" but fails is I try with the publi ip: "http://52.47.182.10:880/nl/jsp/logon.jsp" Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to adobe campaign classic. It is my first time with a platform like this. Previously I worked with other mass mail firing platforms. But now with campaign when I load the HTML code of the emails, they will be distrustful when I do the tests for the different devices. I am looking for templates in HTML that are well interpreted by the platform, but so far I have had no luck, I feel that I am working blindly.

Hi Adobe,A business segment has asked whether we can extract an Adobe Analytics user list which also contains the suites that they have access to. I have posed this question to Adobe Client Care and they have advised that a Admin report like this does not exist. Is it possible to include this functionality in a future release? The dara is already in the platform and an individual user level however it is difficult to manage 300+ licences when this detailed reporting is not available.ThanksLisa

I am trying to use selectdatasource (https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/sites/developing/using/reference-materials/granite-ui/api/jcr_root/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/authorizable/selectdatasource/index.html ) for generating selectbox with list of  users from the specific group. This is used inside the workflow as a Dynamic Participant Step. Is there any example of using this in similar use case? Documentation is very thin on this one. Any other idea of implementing this? AEM 6.5
