Team,We're trying to use Adobe Offer API which is mentioned here in the document Integration via SOAP (server side) .We tried to fetch all available offers using 'Propose' method and that works fine. UpdateStatus is also working fine. My question is:We are able to update the status in the 'Update status'. However, only one field is getting updated. I want to update multiple fields using the same API call. Is there any options to add custom parameter in the method? Or is there any custom methods can be added to the offer engine API? I want to take build using package manager that all the config folder under /apps/<myproject>/ folders.  In each environment I will not know what type of runmode folders there. Will audience manager create a new trait if it is not already existing during a batch file upload. The batch file has device id and trait id. Wanted to check if it creates and save me some time by not creating those manually.

We are trying to configure NAS Storage for Multiple Publisher Instances. What we noticed is it is creating UUID file for each instance and the content in datastore is not shared across instances. Common repository, but each instance have its own data. Is it possible that they also share same data.We wanted to use NAS to achive two things:1. Save space2. Avoid Data Syncup across Publishers. If one publisher is down and brought backup again after 1/2 days it should have access to updated data without any additional data syncup requirement.Please advice on how to achieve.

I'm building a custom object for conference attendance. My link field is "email address," but I want each year the person attended the conference to be a new entry to the object. To my understanding, the dedupe field would override the value in an existing conference entry. Is a custom object dedupe field required?

We are currently mainly using direct call rules for our tracking. Even the page view itself is a direct call rule, as we had the pageBottom fire when it shouldn't (SPA not finished initializing). All our rules follow the same pattern in the action section: 1-n Set Variables, Send Beacon, Clear Variables.One of these Set Variables actions is responsible to set s.products and s.events only on product detail pages, to track its view (prodView and a custom event). I now have the strange behaviour that these are not cleared at the end: The product detail page has multiple tabs which we only track minimalistic with the title of the tab, a custom event for tab click and some standard variables which are tracked in a doPlugin method. But the first tab I click also contains s.products and s.events values from the page view rule fired before. The second and any other on page rule are fine and do not contain them, as if the Clear Variables from the tab click rule worked and the one from the page

Hello all, we are using the AMS for AEM 6.5. I am trying to test the impersonation, but it doesnt show any users. in /useradmin i made sure admin group has all the Read/Modify/Create/Delete/Read ACL/Edit ACL/Replicate are all checked. Basically this group has access to everything. Now i am an admin in that group and i am trying to impersonate a user with lower level permissions, but i am not able to see the user. What am i doing wrong here.. Also i made sure home/users is checked.

Hi Team,We wanted to add Launch code and data layer JS in our CMS environment (AEM 6.5), for which I believe we can add the launch JS code in the head section and datalayer JS directly on the AEM 6.5 environment, I'm not sure what exactly the purpose of integrating AEM with launch. Can someone please give me some ideas why this integration is required and what is the advantage of doing this integration. We do have launch code/datalayer JS added on AEM 6.3 sites, however, we've not done any integration for this. Whether is it mandatory to do the integration of AEM 6.5 with Launch? If it's mandatory, can somebody please give some inputs on what is the purpose/use of this integration. Thank you,Ani

The idea is that if a survey is launched in two (example.com/survey1.html  or example.com/survey2.html ) or several different web pages, how can I filter a lead that has answered something to a survey that was triggered in the url example.com/survey1.html instead of example.com/survey2.html according to the Activity Log.Thank you!!

I've tried with Group By but it's for numerical aggregates and there's a function in postgresql which does that (array_agg) and wondering if it's possible somehow to emulate it with activities? Facing issues with higher concurrent requests on Publisher instanceWe have applied Dispatcher caching for all static content. Post running load test we observed :- if 2 request per user are going to Publisher, it works fine.- if number of requests are more than 2/user then response time is getting drastically increased.Kindly suggest on tuning of Publisher instance to handle higher concurrent request.

I would like to add custom images to Report Icon. I followed the below steps , however it is not displaying any images.1) Uploaded images to Configuration -> Images2) Selected the image in the reports -> View -> Image3) Saved and PublishedAfter the publishing the report , looked at the image Icon. it is getting displayed as Blank.
