We are currently mainly using direct call rules for our tracking. Even the page view itself is a direct call rule, as we had the pageBottom fire when it shouldn't (SPA not finished initializing). All our rules follow the same pattern in the action section: 1-n Set Variables, Send Beacon, Clear Variables.One of these Set Variables actions is responsible to set s.products and s.events only on product detail pages, to track its view (prodView and a custom event). I now have the strange behaviour that these are not cleared at the end: The product detail page has multiple tabs which we only track minimalistic with the title of the tab, a custom event for tab click and some standard variables which are tracked in a doPlugin method. But the first tab I click also contains s.products and s.events values from the page view rule fired before. The second and any other on page rule are fine and do not contain them, as if the Clear Variables from the tab click rule worked and the one from the page

Hello all, we are using the AMS for AEM 6.5. I am trying to test the impersonation, but it doesnt show any users. in /useradmin i made sure admin group has all the Read/Modify/Create/Delete/Read ACL/Edit ACL/Replicate are all checked. Basically this group has access to everything. Now i am an admin in that group and i am trying to impersonate a user with lower level permissions, but i am not able to see the user. What am i doing wrong here.. Also i made sure home/users is checked.

Hi Team,We wanted to add Launch code and data layer JS in our CMS environment (AEM 6.5), for which I believe we can add the launch JS code in the head section and datalayer JS directly on the AEM 6.5 environment, I'm not sure what exactly the purpose of integrating AEM with launch. Can someone please give me some ideas why this integration is required and what is the advantage of doing this integration. We do have launch code/datalayer JS added on AEM 6.3 sites, however, we've not done any integration for this. Whether is it mandatory to do the integration of AEM 6.5 with Launch? Hi,I've already integrated survicate with Marketo, it creates the lead activities properly with these activity details:Survey question:Survey name:Survey ID:Question ID:Person ID:Survey answer:Those activity details are ok, but I was wondering if it's possible to add a new one, "url" with the content of the url where the survey was raised. The idea is that if a survey is launched in two (example.com/survey1.html  or example.com/survey2.html ) or several different web pages, how can I filter a lead that has answered something to a survey that was triggered in the url example.com/survey1.html instead of example.com/survey2.html according to the Activity Log.Thank you!!

I've tried with Group By but it's for numerical aggregates and there's a function in postgresql which does that (array_agg) and wondering if it's possible somehow to emulate it with activities? Facing issues with higher concurrent requests on Publisher instanceWe have applied Dispatcher caching for all static content. Post running load test we observed :- if 2 request per user are going to Publisher, it works fine.- if number of requests are more than 2/user then response time is getting drastically increased.Kindly suggest on tuning of Publisher instance to handle higher concurrent request.

Hello, is it possible to write cookies to users using DIL integration on our website via setting cookie destination on segment which contains users from onboarded trait under cross device type data source? Because we are unable to write cookies for such use case, however we have no problems to write cookies if we set up a same cookie destination on different segment containing rule-based trait under cookie type data source.Are there any limitations for writing cookies using cookie destination ?Thank youMiroslav

Hi all,in order to customize communication between our MobileApp and Adobe Campaign Classic we should update ADBConfig.json file (send an additional parameter in the existing SDK call).The point is that we don't have access to this file and we are not sure about where this file is stored for Campaign.I noticed a similar file (ADBMobileConfig.json) is available at Adobe Mobile Services website.It's not clear to me if we are talking about two different files (one for connection mobileApp -> Analytics and one for connection mobileApp -> Campaign) or is the same?I was not able to find details about this topic in the documentation (only this post Integrate the Adobe Mobile SDK with a mobile app to receive Adobe Campaign Standard push notifications but it's not clear to me if it's applicable to my needs)Anyone can give me support here?Thanks in advance.Davide

Hi,I had some experience Targeting Activity running on a react app. I have placed code on URL path change to trigger triggerView() function which is working fine.I did some personalizations like changing text etc. All of them works fine when I navigate to the views via website clicks.But when I click on browser back button, it shows the default content of view and not the content coming from Target activity.Has anyone got similar issue and the way to resolve it.ThanksSambhav

Is this possible?The test was set up to Auto allocate to best performing experience so it seems Target was used as the reporting source for the test.Only we need to understand how the test experiences is performing on other key success metrics and we cant seem to add them in.Is there a way to do this or use analytics to see the users in the current test and then report on them that way?ThanksMatt

Hello, I am building newsletters based on templates, one for Aus and one for NZ. Aus and NZ are separate workspaces in our Marketo. I have built the Aus version, and want to clone it to the NZ workspace to localise. When I try I get an error message, saying it can't be cloned becasue an asset is in use or being used. What is the best way to clone programs between wrokspaces? Am I doing it wrong or is there an issue with permissions/our Marketo?Thanks!
