I have powerpoint files (.pptx) with text on the main page (and in some instances the only page). When I upload this asset to AEM DAM 6.4 the preview or thumbnail associated with this file does not display the font correctly. It is all garbled. Is there something that needs to be done in the PPT file or is this a rendering issue with AEM? We need to share these files with other users and they will not know what they are selecting if they can't see the type correctly. Thanks,

Tried to use the ERD tools available like DB viewer etc.but it is not showing any cardinality or linking between the tables on the keys.Can someone please guide me on how can we generate the ER diagram from underlying database used by Adobe Campaign. We've been increasingly using PathFactory as a way to surface "non-gated" resources to our customer base. So far it has been great for customers since we don't post the assets anywhere besides on internal customer communities or though email were we're able to associate everyone back to an email click or direct response campaign.Since we've seen success with our customer audience our demand generation team has gained interest in the tool and wants to begin leveraging it as a prospecting tool through channels like paid and partner. Currently when someone visits a PathFactory page and reaches a threshold score (let's say views a PDF for 60 seconds), the PathFactory their integration makes a pushes an event to Marketo and records a "Visits Web Page" activity for the known individual. Because this is not a true "Visits Web Page" activity coming from our website and the activity comes through the API we're unable to add any JavaScript that we'd normally use to pull the query parameters out

I am extending the interaction schema to add a new attribute called ccAgentId to store the call center agent id. While making SOAP call, the call center application will send the string agent Id.So I started following the instructions as mentioned into the document Extension example After making the changes in interaction and proposition schema, I updated the offer space as below to store the ccAgentId sent via the propose methodI am making the call and passing the attribute as below. Was going through your docs and found out that there are three ways of feeding data into Target :mbox parametersProfile parameters/attributesServer side APIs for profile updates.Since MAB algorithms need reward probabilities of each experience/variant as an input which change over time as more visitors participate in an activity, does Target derive the reward probability from the data supplied using the above methods ?

Hello,I'm trying to implement a Filter that adds a css class into the div of ExperienceFragment. Everything works fine, until we change the ExperienceFragment (single one) via a cq:dialog. The IncludeOptions do not pass the css class.(Sling filter activated properly and added the "footer" class on page refresh).After editing single XF, like,"footer" class is not applied.I'm using sling sling.filter.scope = "COMPONENT" and sling.filter.resourceTypes pointing to "cq/experience-fragments/editor/components/experiencefragment".Is there any other way to achieve that via a SlingFilter?Thanks for any advice,Kind regards,Dymitr

We are going to be getting a soap API call from our SAP instance when an event is triggered.   They are able to send us model number, but nothing else.  The image urls and product names are stored in a table in our AC Classic marketing instance.Is there a way to enrich any of the data coming in through a soap call if they cannot pass everything that is needed in the transactional email template?Thank you for your help!

I am trying to find some documentation/tutorials/examples on how to programmatically download Adobe Campaign Delivery Tracking Logs from any and all campaigns. Right now the only way I can obtain this data is by exporting Delivery Tracking logs data via Adobe Campaign Client Console. I need granularity at recipient level.It is obviously too tedious to do this manually for all of our campaigns so I would like to write a script to do this programmatically. Is there a way to accomplish this via Adobe Campaign APIs? I haven't been able to find any examples in my searches so far.

Hi all,I have started working with report builder (installed version: 5.6.1.0) as I wanted to create some excel reports .... and I was disappointed because RP crushes after every single request. And the I have to login again and again.It happen when I use it from my desk at the office but also when I work with RP from home (without vpn). This topic was brought up by two different threads but neither actually answered the question.Our company operates on a Monday through Sunday schedule and we have our Adobe calendar set as such.  However, for various reasons, we have a few site features that are modified on a Sunday through Saturday schedule.  I've already checked and changing this to a Mon-Sun schedule is not going to happen.I'm trying to set up a report builder dashboard for these Sun-Sat features, but can only get accurate data one week at a time.  I've tried the suggestions in the previous posts, but they do not work.  Changing our overall calendar settings is not an option.  I considered pulling daily data, but Report Builder only allows 371 rows of data, therefore I'd have to create each report twice (one for this year and one for last) then use excel to group into weeks.  Since one of the pages in question can change depending on visitor behavior, I have various permutations to look at (new visit, return visit,
