We are going to be getting a soap API call from our SAP instance when an event is triggered.   They are able to send us model number, but nothing else.  The image urls and product names are stored in a table in our AC Classic marketing instance.Is there a way to enrich any of the data coming in through a soap call if they cannot pass everything that is needed in the transactional email template?Thank you for your help!

I am trying to find some documentation/tutorials/examples on how to programmatically download Adobe Campaign Delivery Tracking Logs from any and all campaigns. Right now the only way I can obtain this data is by exporting Delivery Tracking logs data via Adobe Campaign Client Console. I need granularity at recipient level.It is obviously too tedious to do this manually for all of our campaigns so I would like to write a script to do this programmatically. Is there a way to accomplish this via Adobe Campaign APIs? I haven't been able to find any examples in my searches so far.

Hi all,I have started working with report builder (installed version: 5.6.1.0) as I wanted to create some excel reports .... and I was disappointed because RP crushes after every single request. And the I have to login again and again.It happen when I use it from my desk at the office but also when I work with RP from home (without vpn). This topic was brought up by two different threads but neither actually answered the question.Our company operates on a Monday through Sunday schedule and we have our Adobe calendar set as such.  However, for various reasons, we have a few site features that are modified on a Sunday through Saturday schedule.  I've already checked and changing this to a Mon-Sun schedule is not going to happen.I'm trying to set up a report builder dashboard for these Sun-Sat features, but can only get accurate data one week at a time.  I've tried the suggestions in the previous posts, but they do not work.  Changing our overall calendar settings is not an option.  I considered pulling daily data, but Report Builder only allows 371 rows of data, therefore I'd have to create each report twice (one for this year and one for last) then use excel to group into weeks.  Since one of the pages in question can change depending on visitor behavior, I have various permutations to look at (new visit, return visit,

Hello, How can AAM influence Campaign in this scenario:I signed up for our Loyalty program using my gmail address. I regularly log in using our app on my cell phone. I am opted into receiving messages from my company using my corporate email address. I know that I have logged into the Loyalty account using my work laptop. Today I received an email to my corporate account (from Adobe Campaign) on my work laptop, asking me to sign up for our loyalty account. I know in AAM that Profile Merge Rules would know that, because I authenticate on my cell phone to access the app and I've authenticated using my work laptop, that the two devices are linked as part of my AAM identity. The question is, what is required in terms of an interface from AAM to Campaign and how would I use AMM to prevent Campaign from sending me Join Loyalty email messages on my work laptop? Make sense? We have an AEM 6.2 instance with Hotfix 17578 (cq-6.2.0-hotfix-17578) installed so we are on Oak 1.4.17 and CFP18.We run garbage collection, version cleanup, and workflow cleanup daily.  We have a separate datastore and segment store.  We have performed offline compaction but that only applies to the segmentstore.The disk usage report in AEM (/etc/reports/diskusage.html) reports we are using ~18 GB of data.  However, our datastore has grown to ~170 GB of data.  I cannot find any way to figure out how to reduce this or where this is coming from.From this page (Analyze unusual repository growth ) I can see we even have a few files between 1-6 GB but there is definitely no file in our DAM or packages that big.  The entire DAM according to the usage report is ~6 GB.What can I do to reduce the size of our datastore?  What is causing this problem?

Hello All,OOTB whenever we upload/modify metadata for images, pdf etc version gets created but it doesn't happen in case of video. Can anyone help us understand why?Moreover if I create a workflow with the step Create Version it works fine but if I add it to the DAM Update Asset (ffmpeg configured) it doesn't work fine. I have also checked that there is launcher as below :-However even if I satisfy the condition dam:scene7FileStatus==NeedsReupload , versions are not creating , rest everything is working fine.I am using AEM6.4Please help us understand the working of the same.Thanks & RegardsAshish Ranjan

Hey guys, How to generate session wise reports in adobe analytics? I have searched a lot but couldn't able to find the answers.

Before I start: Adobe default marketing channel is not setup. We have an eVar that collects marketing channel info and s.campaign for tracking codes. Both have last touch attribution and set to 14 days expiration.Exclusively for app reporting, we are seeing that wrong tracking codes are getting associated with the marketing channels. In one of our channel, push notification, a large amount of revenue is also getting attributed to email tracking code which is making us nervous. For example, in this screen shot, you that that if I breakdown marketing channel=email by tracking code, then tracking codes like (push_XYZ, google.com, SOC_123 etc.) shows up instead of  JUST tracking codes starting with 'EML....'.  Question is why??? If, both tracking codes and by marketing channel eVar has the same allocation, then it shouldn't be a persistence problem. We have the same settings is the report suites for Website, and it all looks fine. Should there be any special implementation rules

While running my application's performance test, the servers's memory is fully utilized. After the test is completed, memory is not automatically get free. One of the case i think is i need to change the garbage collector form parallel to G1.Can anyone guide me how to change the garbage collector in aem and also if you have any other solution of this problem, kindly write it down.

Hi Team,I have tried inserting value of gender in Profile schema via API with Postman.But its not accepting 0 or 1 values in Profile 'Gender' column, Even though  its a byte datatype but its not updating in Profile.In workflow also tired passing value but its not working, If i pass gender as Male or Female its working but the same not happening if values are 0 or 1.Please advise.Thanks,Sakthi Kumar G
