Hi everyone,I am supposed to call a SOAP web service from Adobe Campaign and update customers status (opt-in, opt-out) in remote table.Now my question what is the best approach regarding I won't to update the whole DB every time (call will be performed every 5 min) so I need only changes from last time to send towards remote table? Can I use Incremental query for this? Is there any example in javascript to use like a guide?Thanks

HelloI'm trying to run a workflow based on an option that stores the last run of the workflow.I'm querying the Recipient tracking logs for "logDate" and comparing that with the option as "on on after"I have a delivery that has its tracking logs all on 8:ish, so 8:05, 8:30 and 8:55.The option is, double confirmed in the workflow log, set at "Mon Jul 08 2019 09:28:53 GMT+0100 (BST)".When I run the query then, it should not find any records because 8:05, 8:30 and 8:55 are not 'on or after' Mon Jul 08 2019 09:28:53 GMT+0100 (BST).However when run, it shows one record, the one from 8:55.How is that possible?ps. The server time is set on Europe/London Timezone, so BST as well.what am I doing wrong?

Hello All, I'm trying to set s.products with events through the data layer (example below) but it's not working at all.  Can someone please help here. s.products = ";" + digitalData.#.#.# +";",";";event210=digitalData.#.#.#;in the above string, I fetching values from the data layer where the color part working correctly but event value is not set.  Are there any issues or any different way? Hi All,I need to personalize an email with the information of an N table linked to recipient. This must be done without a workflow.I am able to extract the information using the "Extra script objects" in the personalization tab of the delivery:But i need this query to be dynamic and filtered for the specific recipient. Currently I am able to get information but i must hardcode the recipient ID or email, is there a way to make this dynamic?FYI, this would be sent using the method SubmitNotification that passes the target's ID.Appreciate any help.Kind Regards,Jose

Hi All, Can someone please help me understand about the Sending logs extension resource. While I was trying to publish changes to my profiles custom resource, I am stuck and cannot proceed with publication preparation failure message ( below). The error appears to be for sending logs extension resource , which is non editable and am unable to exclude from publication.While trying to Publish a custom resource, the prepare publication is failing with below error.We are unable to exclude the erroneous resource from the publishing as well.

Hi, When I export and Adobe Experience Fragment to Adobe Target it gets created under the Offers Tab on Adobe Target. Is there a way I can configure it to copy the fragment to a specific folder under Offers Tab instead of the default?

Hi All,We have set up 6.5 author and publish local machine. On activation of page, for ex: http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/we-retail/us/en/men.html and checking on publish http://localhost:4503/content/we-retail/us/en/men.html for "Experience" section in footer, we see that "/content" is stripped off from http://localhost:4503/we-retail/us/en/experience.html in publish. Tried debugging multiple things to see how its working, but no luck. Any thoughts/pointers on this will be helpful.

Hi Marketo-Team,We do have problems with some of our Marketo mail recipients. Although the sender was entered in Marketo properly, some of our customers receive our email correspondence like shown in the screenshot.We've been told that emails with this sender were directly routed into the Junk-mail folder and thus our customers did not realize they have received an email from us. This concerns several Marketo campaigns.We have already checked this with our IT but they told us we should contact you directly as they cannot do anything about it.Do you have any idea how to handle this?Thanks in advance for letting me knowIreneLongview
