Hello everyone,we have an opt-out link created for SMS deliveries. It's an application where users get to tick the checkbox and it unsubscribes the user from a particular channel (email / SMS)Currently, the URL is likehttps://m.comms.ourdomain.com/webApp/smsOptOut?id=<%= escapeUrl(cryptString(recipient.id)) %>which is very long and utilizes more than half of 160 characters. We tried to use bit.ly and other URl shorteners but getting invalid URL error. Can you please suggest how to solve this?Kind regards,Imran

Hi,what are best practices for tracking internal campaigns like cross sell activities? Should it be treated as a marketing channel from the marketing channel reports? Simply add another marketing channels called internal and work with the query string parameters? But this would obfuscate effectiveness of acquisition campaigns which lead to website, because most likely the last touch attribution would then be an internal campaign. What are other alternatives? Simply put it in an evar?Looking forward to hear best practices

I'm working for a company that has a main global website (tier 1) and over 1000s of dealers (tier 3 websites) who are selling their products, but not all the dealers offer the same promotions and deals.  But if a dealer does, it also has an actual web page built for it. It's easy to pull numbers for that specific page, since the assigned pagename is consistent across all the tier 3 websites. However, I'd like to know about the number of visits (and other metrics) to the websites (as a whole) which offer that specific promotion and have that page. What is the best way to do it in Adobe Analytics Workspace?

Hi Experts,The purpose is to get the data "how many visits used internal search if the user visited more than 1 page in the visit".We want to analyse how many user (or visits) used the "internal search" in our website, so 2 segments was created and did work well: Segment 1: Visit Level:Internal Search (event) exists.Segment 2: Visit level: ExcludeInternal Search (event) exists.BUT, I am awared of 50% traffic is from external search engine landing on specific document page.So, it's reasonable user "Googled" a document > Landing & Reading > Exit, which means the "internal search" should not considered to be used in this kind of "visit".Then, I try to get the data for all "Hit Depth > 1 or 2" .May I have your advice, how to create the segment?It's not a silly question maybe, consider from another way: when I create following segment:I can still see data include "Hit Depth" greater than 2: may I know why?IMO, Hit Depth is tracked in whole Visit, means: 10:00AM: Landing on page

I'm attempting to invoke an AEM workflow on form submission.  I have set this option on my adaptive form and specified the workflow model, but when I submit the workflow is not invoked.  Am I missing something?  Just trying to setup a basic proof of concept where a user submits a form and it routes to supervisor for approval.  Any assistance is appreciated.Thanks

I have been using query parameters for the landing pages to identify the paid channel visits and conversions. But when I check the affiliate campaign performance with the entry pages broke down, I could see Google paid search conversions attributed to the Affiliate channel. Also, there are few entry pages without any query parameters as a landing for this channel. Image reference is below. We have these issues for other channels as well. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

I am having an issue in my on-prem environment where if I create a list, it is getting deleted overnight. I am using the List Update activity and creating own table for the list so that I can store additional columns as snapshot. It is working fine, but on the next day when I try to use the list, I am getting and error and figured out that the associated grp table (example: grp165019102) is deleted.I figured out that the list is getting deleted after 4 AM and obviously pointer shifted to Cleanup Workflow. After I stopped the cleanup workflow, in UAT, the lists are not getting deleted.I initially thought it might be due to the list not having the expiration date. So I gave the expiration date as 6 months from creation date, but still it is getting deleted.Any idea what to check?Also in another lower environment even after stopping the cleanup workflow, I see that the cleanup is somehow running at 4AM. I have company name pushing in Marketo from Salesforce, but it's the legal name, meaning that it includes things like "LLC" or "Inc". I'm trying to build a custom token to clean it up (similar to what I do with first name), but I'm a little lost in the syntax. How do you remove a portion of a string? So for example, if I have "Amco General LLC", how do I end up with "Amco General"? Hi,I'm looking for help on the best way to build a segment.  When users come to our site and log in, we capture information about them in the data layer based on their log in.  I'm looking to create a segment for user based on this information that I can analyze in workspace or use in Target as an audience.For example, dimension A equals A or dimension B equals B or dimension C equals C.  I'd like to exclude all users who fall in any or those groups.Now for my questions, do I build this at the Visit or Hit or Visitor level?Between each argument above, do I use 'or' or 'and'?Anything else I should be aware of when doing this?Thanks,Pat

I want to make an attempt to go the non-captcha route of blocking bots from spamming my company's web forms by testing the Honeypot Method. This method requires me to add a custom validation script to all pages with embedded forms. Our website is managed by an externally, and rather than waiting on them to complete this task, I was wondering if I can just use Google Tag Manager to validate this method? If so, how?Though I use GTM to track various activities from different platforms we use, I would not call myself an advanced user by any means. Any step-by-step instructions provided would be well appreciated. Please take a look at the Honeypot Method for a better understanding of what I'm trying to do. Hi,The AEM Experience Fragment (XF) can be imported into Target as an HTML offer and it can be used within Activities like A/B test etc. But can this be used in Recommendation as design? Can XF be used for recommendations? If yes, then please guide me the way to do so?I already have an XF which is 3X1 design. Is it possible to assign profile to appropriate Audience in a workflow in a way that audience name is populated in the import file? I have a list of profiles that need to be loaded to Campaign and assigned to respective audiences but instead of segmenting the profiles and allocating each segment to specific audience I would like to add a column in the import file with audience id and assign profiles via Update Data activity.
