I have company name pushing in Marketo from Salesforce, but it's the legal name, meaning that it includes things like "LLC" or "Inc". I'm trying to build a custom token to clean it up (similar to what I do with first name), but I'm a little lost in the syntax. How do you remove a portion of a string? So for example, if I have "Amco General LLC", how do I end up with "Amco General"? Hi,I'm looking for help on the best way to build a segment.  When users come to our site and log in, we capture information about them in the data layer based on their log in.  I'm looking to create a segment for user based on this information that I can analyze in workspace or use in Target as an audience.For example, dimension A equals A or dimension B equals B or dimension C equals C.  I'd like to exclude all users who fall in any or those groups.Now for my questions, do I build this at the Visit or Hit or Visitor level?Between each argument above, do I use 'or' or 'and'?Anything else I should be aware of when doing this?Thanks,Pat

I want to make an attempt to go the non-captcha route of blocking bots from spamming my company's web forms by testing the Honeypot Method. This method requires me to add a custom validation script to all pages with embedded forms. Our website is managed by an externally, and rather than waiting on them to complete this task, I was wondering if I can just use Google Tag Manager to validate this method? If so, how?Though I use GTM to track various activities from different platforms we use, I would not call myself an advanced user by any means. Any step-by-step instructions provided would be well appreciated. Please take a look at the Honeypot Method for a better understanding of what I'm trying to do. Hi,The AEM Experience Fragment (XF) can be imported into Target as an HTML offer and it can be used within Activities like A/B test etc. But can this be used in Recommendation as design? Can XF be used for recommendations? If yes, then please guide me the way to do so?I already have an XF which is 3X1 design. Now, in order to use the same design in Recommendations, what would be the best possible option?Thanks.

Can Adobe Target be used to test creative for media advertising?  I see that it can be used to test email creative (Email: implement Target overview), but do not see a similar explanation of how to use it for online display advertising creative testing.Thanks!

Is it possible to assign profile to appropriate Audience in a workflow in a way that audience name is populated in the import file? I have a list of profiles that need to be loaded to Campaign and assigned to respective audiences but instead of segmenting the profiles and allocating each segment to specific audience I would like to add a column in the import file with audience id and assign profiles via Update Data activity.

Hi All,I am New to Adaptive forms, I want to implement cascading drop-down functionality (3 levels ex: country, sate, city)Lets say the first dropdown is county and second is the states for the selected country.so how can i get the states based on the selected Country i.e based on the first dropdown how to fetch 2nd dropdown data.similar 3rd drop-down based on second one I have implemented it in xdp and it works, I have used xdp reference and developed adaptive form but the functionality doesn't work. adaptive is not reading the xml values(non binded after initialize).Please guide the steps which I can implement cascading drop-down functionality in adaptive form.

Hello.I've recently started using AAM and have just created my first customer attribute file which I've pushed into Target. How do I also go about using the file in Audience Manager?I want to upload a flat file of customers which I can then combine with existing offline traits to create a new segment. I'm not sure how to set up the trait selecting the customer attribute file.Cheers,Paul

There are 2 pages A and B.Page A is something new that has been developed and is shared to the end users.Page B is an old page with has been functional for a long time.I need to build a segment where I want to measure a few KPIs like page visits, avg time spent, bounce rate, etc for all those scenarios where the user is coming to Page A and them browsing the content of Page B.Any thoughts?

Hi,We have an on-premise installation of campaign and have a whitelist set up on the load balancer so only select ip addresses get to log in and use it. The approach however, prevents webapps from being publicly accessible. Is there a way for us to safely expose the /webapps easily or is this more an OPS/IT question rather campaign? I can only think off setting up Apache with modproxy on some box who's ip has been whitelisted on the elb. Anyone got a similar set up? How would the open/link tracking have gone through if this was the case?Thanks,--Erik

This is an odd question, and I'm honestly still trying to make sense of any way this could happen. This morning, a lead inbounded into our sales channel by filling out a demo form. And the referrer URL had a mkt_tok variable in it. (e.g., the first record the person record is a "Filled out form" activity with a referrer of "https://www.lumahealth.io/?mkt_tok=xxxx".  (with a real token, of course). My first thought was, perhaps she was forwarded an email and then converted through a forwarded email. But if that were the case, would her form fill not get associated with the original lead? Any thoughts on this?

Hello. Can anyone provide advice on how to get the "Summary Number" visualization to display a single total for multiple row values? Right now it will only display the number seen on the top row or whatever row value is selected. If it cannot be done via Summary Number, how can I create a total # of Visits row to get an aggregate number for these row values. I currently am just doing the ad hoc way of coping the numbers into excel and adding them together, but I am sure there is an easier way. The screen shot below shows you that I have PAGE URL filtered by a unique identifier and displays on the rows that have that identifier. However the number under "Visits" that I blocked out is the total for the entire website, that total doesn't seem to filter down. Any help would be great for this newbie.
