I'm determining how to track a page with a dynamic form and some buttons for user registration. After the page loads, at one point, if the user is of a certain user status (determined by their email address they have to input) the form will expand to show credit card info input fields so the user may upgrade their account. Additionally the user can add certain features to the purchase by clicking add-on feature buttons, which we want to track. My dilemma is since I have to make custom link calls due to the dynamic design, is using events in the custom link calls a waste of events? Would it be wiser to just pass pagename (in eVar and prop which is standard on our implementation) and only use the custom link name with correlations etc to identify the actions? What is the trade off (advantages/disadvantages) in not using events in the custom link call? We want to tie the button clicks to registration conversion.Thanks Experts!

Could someone like @Sanford Whiteman​ please send me a sample snippet of Forms api code that I can give to my client's Digital Person - who knows HTML but is new to Marketo - to show him how to control what happens upon form submission? This company uses all embedded forms and there's a different form for each content piece because they didn't know any better and I'm stuck in the effort to reduce the number because the forms are controlling where the person goes upon submit.Thanks in advance!Denise

Hi everyone,My company is changing some contact fields in SalesForce, more particularly, we are changing our 'Country' and 'State' fields from a text field to a pick-list field. I am told that I need to use a campaign to normalize the data so that our integration doesn't get out of sync. Can anyone help and guide me on how to do this exactly? To give some context, this is what I was told:"It could cause sync issues if they have them configured as required from the picklist and we don’t have the expected value. Also with State/Country fields they can have a friendly value and an integration value. Whatever we have in Marketo would need to be the integration value. So they may need to have some campaigns in Marketo that normalize the data. They will probably want to make those decisions and normalize the data in Marketo before making the change to prevent sync issues"Thanks in advanced. Best,Jake

Hello I have the following question.In the documentation it reads: "Scheduled Projects Manager, you can edit and delete recurring project deliveries. You can create delivery schedules that send your reports via email to a specified address. You can configure these schedules to automatically send the reports at specified intervals for a duration of time or indefinitely, or stop the delivery of a recurring project." (Scheduled Projects Manager )We want to schedule indefinitely but my product owner can't skip the expiration date in the form and can only set an end date within a 1 year range from schedule start. Is this a bug or is there some hidden option we haven't discovered yet, please help.Best regards Christian

In AEM poms I have noticed that dependency name and versions are defined in the parent pom and child poms only have dependencies defined and it is not necessary to specify a version in child poms, as the version is managed at the Parent pom. So, I am not clear on following. 1.     If we already have dependencies defined in the parent pom with version no, then why do we need to define the same dependency back in child pom.xml (core/pom.xml in case of AEM). Why can't maven look for dependencies in parent pom as it looks for version?

Is there a way to prevent certain templates from showing up while in Touch UI, yet remain available while in the Classic UI? We have been working on moving from classic to touch. We have only enabled some of our templates to work in Touch UI. Some of them will remain only workable in Classic, so we do not want them to show up in Touch.Thank you.

I understand that you need to use velocity scripts to pull in custom object data into emails as tokens, but I think I am missing something.I have a copy of the token here and then I show what it looks like in the acutal email on the lead record and it reads the script, not the value. Thoughts?

Hi All ,We have a problem with our cold standby setup , every time we can see that primary author is consuming less space than the standby one.
