Hello All,Is there a way we can add alt-text to images authored in RTE in AEM 6.2 ?I have tried the below solution from community. But looks like it is for AEM 6.1.Experiencing Adobe Experience Manager - Day CQ: AEM 61 - Touch UI Rich Text Editor (RTE) Browse and Insert Image When I try to use the same for 6.2 it is not working.Any suggestions please ?thanks,Vish

why do we use ./ while giving a name for cq:widget. I didnt find any answer about it anywhere clearly. Is it a stardard way to do it or there is some meaning to it ? I am newbie.

Hi,we migrated from cq 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2 and observed that few services are not working in AEM 6.2.@component and @service annotations are not making our class registered as component and service in felix-->OSGI--->Services.The dependencies in our POM is as below:<dependency><groupId>org.apache.felix</groupId><artifactId>org.apache.felix.scr.annotations</artifactId><version>1.9.0</version><scope>provided</scope></dependency>Does anybody know why it happened and how to fix it?

I have the requirement for certain user groups to not be able to read or modify a specific section of a site in the content tree. I've read the documentation and accessed the useradmin console and the permissions tab. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, when I log in as a user in the that group, I can see and edit the pages I shouldn't be able to. This seems like it should be so straight forward, can anyone help please?Many thanksPaul

We're migrating from Callidus Cloud to Marketo. We hardly ever used our old MAP and don't have any landing pages or forms in Callidus Cloud, so the process should be fairly simple. Does anyone have any best practices, project plans, workbooks, lessons learned, etc. that could make our life easier?

Hello,I and two of my colleagues have the same permissions in Marketo, which are Admin, Power User (All Workspaces); however, none of us are able to edit the Shared Segmentations that our former Marketo Admin (who built our Marketo workspaces/partitions, etc.) created. Do you know why this could be? Can anyone provide feedback as to what we can do to enable this access to edit the Shared Segmentations?Thank you,Laura Kimball

I understand that Marketo must use the email address as the unique identifier for leads but is it possible to use two unique IDs at the same time? We have multiple contacts that use the same email address but should have two records in our database; however, when we import lists, these records are automatically deduped and only the first record on the list import is actually saved to our database. We have an alternate field that serves as a unique ID for all of our contacts but I don't know how to set it as a unique identifier in conjunction with the email address so that there can be multiple leads in Marketo with the same email when we import.

We run customer surveys through SurveyGizmo.  We send an email from Marketo directing our customers to the survey e.g. ww.surveygizmo.com/1234567.I'm being asked by our Services team - who filled the survey out?  When I export the data from SurveyGizmo, I can see the referring link e.g. http://pages.acme.com/Q0PQ0HB0SH3qw0F0B00W650.  This, I assume, is the unique link for that specific lead that was sent in the email from Marketo.Is there any way I can get a report in Marketo that will show me what referring link was SENT in the email so that I can match the data from the two systems in Excel? (If no, are there better survey tools that integrate with Marketo in this way?)Thanks in advance!PS Orginal Referrer field, I think, is no good - these folks are already in the database from various sources and are sent multiple surveys over time.

Hi everyone:We have Survey Monkey, but not the Marketo integration with it. I am trying to send an email, ask folks to fill out the survey, and then send them a thank you email after the survey is completed. I need to be able to track who they are so I can send an alert to our business development team that a survey was completed. Here is what I have set up:1, Send email with link to Survey Monkey survey.2. Prospect clicks link to go to survey.3. Prospect completes survey.4. Upon completion, Survey Monkey sends the person to a "thank you" landing page I have created in Marketo.5. Trigger of "Visits Web Page" with that "thank you" page URL sends a thank you email to the person and an alert to the BD rep.I assumed that because the only way to get to the survey is through the email link, that anyone who fills out the form, and therefore sees the thank you page, is a known lead. Hi, Please help me out on building a flow for the following test:I want to test having a reminder vs. not having a reminder for a promo. So basically 1 reminder should be only delivered to 50% of target audience. I have availability only on doing it via smart campaign not a batch one.   I was thinking either of adding random sample to the email with 50% to the certain email and 50% - blank, but not sure whether this can work. Hello!I want to create traits for the different devices. In the AAM help I see that following info is given by the user agent to AAM: "d_device_marketing_name", "d_device_vendor".Can I create traits directly with them? For example, trait rule --> d_device_vendor == "apple".Is this info available when we use server forwarding or DIL library or in both cases? We are using DIL library and I am not sure because in the report "Unused Signals" I do not see the following signals --> d_device_vendor, d_device_hardware_type, d_device_os_version...Thank you in advance!

Hello there..I have a requirement to build 2 tables:1) recipient table2) campaign label tableThere should be 1:N cardinality (i.e. one recipient can have more than 1 campaign label associated).The trick is to link the 'campaign label' field in the recipient table to the campaign label table (see the diagram). Every time a new campaign label comes onboard, it will be fed to recipient table and then to the campaign label table.The use case would be that AC can query recipients based on a campaign label they have received in the past. e.g. only output recipients who have 'campaign01' in the database.Any idea how the schema would be built or at least point me to the right direction in the AC documentation?Many thanks for your kind help!LS

Both the company that we acquired and us are using AAM, Target and Adobe Analytics, but we had different org ids in the past. What are the different ways to combine/sync our Marketing Cloud IDs and allow use cases like sharing our AAM segments including online and offline customer data with their Adobe Target for personalization?
