Hi guys,I was wondering if any of you have developed a Webservice or any endpoint that gets data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and send it to Marketo throught a Marketo Webhook?The thing is that I need this webhook to read names or GUIDs from CRM and to get the Name or GUID to be updated on Marketo.Thanks!Raúl

I’m setting up Lead Scoring for our future lead nurturing/email campaigns. I have our Behavior & Demographic Lead Scoring setup at a global level, respectively, as best as I can. I decided before running a real email campaign with Lead Scoring applied, I would run a test email campaign with myself. I created a test folder and copied the global Behavior Lead Scoring program (suitcase icon) into it (do I even have to do that since it’s at a global level?). I sent myself the test email with 4 different links in it. Each linked was valued at +5 in my global Behavior Lead Scoring program. And +1 for Opening the email. So theoretically, if I opened the email and clicked on all the links, I would see a 21 increase in my score. I received the email and every time I took an action, I waited a few minutes, and checked my lead score to see how much it increased, but the numbers weren’t correlating to the values I assigned the action in my global Behavior Lead Scoring program. Any thoughts?

Hello, our team has received a request to convert all Bold tags to Strong (<b> to <strong>) and all Italics to Emphasis. Is there a way to perform a global search and replace on the HTML code (as opposed to the text itself)? If we can't solve this issue we will need to re-code thousands of pages by hand. For one of our customers we created a corporate asset database in AEM 6.1 (SP2) with a heavily customized asset administration in the Touch UI for the asset metadata properties. For that we have created our own DAM schema and stored it under /apps/dam/content/schemaeditors/forms (see the attached schema.txt). The asset authors can choose the image type which changes which property tabs are visible. Some of these properties are stored as Boolean property values.Now during an bulk edit of the assets in Touch UI with "append mode" active, submitting the changes fails. Hi All,I have a requirement where i am reading the URL of the page from a node property and displaying the page using the URL in node property.Also, i have a web-service which can modify the node property on the fly.Now my problem is, when the URL on the node property gets modified, i have to redirect the current window to new/modified URL.I think, this can be done using AEM event listener. But i don't know how to do it.Please help.

Given that it's possible to hide a form (or show custom HTML only to known leads), I'm wondering if there's a way to do exactly the opposite? That is: hide the form for anonymous visitors and only show a form to known ones? Thanks.

Hey, all,Don't know if this has been posted yet, but my partner and I at Konica Minolta were talking yesterday, and we think it would be a great idea to integrate a feature in Marketo in which you can see who's working on an asset or program at any given time.  Similar to Google Drive, it would show what user is working in an asset by assigning a specific color or icon to the person.  This would be helpful for us as we always collaborate on projects, so it would be nice to see which one of us is working on something so the other doesn't work on it at the same time and make things go awry.Thanks, everyone!  I'm glad to be part of this community, and I'm looking forward to becoming more acclimated with Marketo!

Hi,I'm trying to create a report similar to Fallout report which shows number of visitors falling in and falling out at each step. I extracted the data from Datawarehouse as I want the report to be dynamic. There is a big difference in the numbers in both. Can anyone help me figure out why? Basically, I want to create a fallout report from Data Warehouse data with segments on campaign  column and pages column. If I extract unsegmented data it's too large and the extract fails. How do I get the data to match the numbers in Fallout report? Any help is appreciated.

Hello,We've got link tracking setup using the c6-c9 variables which works fine for links on the same subdomain, but link tracking with those variables fails for links that take the user to a different sub-domain. I've gone through various previous posts on cross domain link tracking but I'm not sure their configurations are similar to ours and if there's something simple that we're missing.It's difficult to understand what I need to start looking at, and/or what specific information I need to provide to get support -- please advise.Thanks.-Sid

Good morning, i am managing a car rental site that only has two pages: page 1, fill out all the details ( location, your name, car type) of your reservation, then hit "Book Now" and get to page 2 where you see the details of your reservation. i am trying to report on where people might be dropping out. obviously, regular funnel is useless here ( due to the lack of pages). i am looking for other ideas on how to determine how many people actually begin to make an active booking and then dont complete it vs just people landing on my page passively.Right now, i am using "form start" and "form complete" as my version of the funnel ( form start is triggered when you begin to type the info and "form complete" is triggered when you hit "Book Now" button). are there other reports i can be using to sublimate this data? Time spent on the page? Average Page Detph?thank you in advance for all ideasDmitriy  

I have a situation where a number of records share the same email address and I have a couple of questions. 1. If I change a value in SFDC, lets say unsubscribe (email opt out) for one of those records, will it change the value for all of them in Marketo, or just the one record that I changed? 2. If I want to send an email to all of those records with the same email address, will it send an email to each of them or just send one? Thanks for ant assistance you can provide

Hi All,Use Case 1 -> Programmatically I check if a node exists from Java and if exists, I update jcr:data property of the jcs:content node.Just to give you an idea node that gets modified programmatically is /content/fca-brands/na/ramtrucks/en_us/data/product_data/2017/jsons/accessories.js/jcr:contentUse Case 2 -> I got to CRX DE Lite and update some property on jcr:content node. In Both cases above, if I go to this file accessories.js for which jcr:content node I updated and check the time stamp, I see it is NOT MODIFIED. It shows the creation timestamp only.Is this expected? Can this behavior be altered to show the modified date when any property is changed ? Thanks,Sudha.

Question: Why is Session Refresh referenced so often as the source (Last Touch Channel) for Site Registrations and/or visits? I have Marketing Channels (Last Touch Channel) setup but I'm seeing quite a lot of visits and user registrations for the “Session Refresh” marketing channel. I don't understand why this (Last Touch = session refresh, visit based) gives me this information as these visits should go to the different buckets. I have read Adobe's blog post: https://blogs.adobe.com/digitalmarketing/analytics/marketing-channels-5-steps-to-troubleshoot-sessio... Any help that supplements the blog post would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to distinguish the difference between the programs, particularly situations in which I would set up an email program vs. a default program.I'm wanting to run a program that includes several email assets. From what I can see, an email program  makes it easy to track my results, which is great for a newbie like me. However, I'm not sure how it works with multiple emails. Is an email program designed for just one email, or can I run multiple emails within an email program? If I cannot run multiple emails, is a default program my best method?Thanks!
