Hi,We are trying to develop double opt-ins for our subscribers in Europe, where European internet regulations require double opt-ins (subscribe and then confirm their subscription through a follow-up confirmation email) as part of Europe's internet regulation requirement.Thus far, I am able to create double opt-in for entire subscription forms, but some of our other online forms contain fields, including a field for "Country." And if anyone selects a European country, we want to trigger a double-opt in confirmation message delivery, but ONLY for those who select a European country in our forms. (Anyone who resides in America for instance and selects, "United States of America" as their country (in the form field), will NOT trigger this double opt-in confirmation since it is not required in the US.Can anyone help? How can I create double opt-in triggers for only those who select certain parameters like European countries in the form field?Thank you,Jae

I need to set up an engagement campaign that sends 2 emails: 1 early in the morning on Mondays and 1 later in the days on Thursdays. Since each stream cadence is set to a specific day and time, I am not sure how to do this. I thought of 2 ways to make it work, but would like another opinion on what the best option is.Option 1:Add the Monday emails to Stream 1 and the Thursday emails to Stream 2.  Create a campaign that switches them between streams. When the person receives Email 01 from Stream 1, add them to Stream 2. When they receive Email 01 from Stream 02, add them back to Stream 1.Option 2:Create 2 Engagement programs. Program 1 sends the Monday emails and Program 2 sends the Thursday emails.If there are better options than these, I would love to hear suggestions. Perhaps an engagement program isn't even the best program type to use.Thanks guys!- Nick

I ran into an issue the other day and I am wondering if anyone else in the community has encountered this issue.I created a smartlist to pull all leads where [date field] was in past before 6 months, that was the only criteria.  The number of leads that qualified for the smartlist was way more than it should have be so I knew something was wrong.When I took a closer look at the leads I realized that not only did Marketo return leads where [date field] was in past before 6 months but it also returned leads where [date field] was empty.  I went back to the smartlist to add the additional qualifier of [date field] is not blank and that returned the correct leads.Has anyone else experienced this?  It's not a huge deal but it is just annoying to have to add the additional qualifier for each use of "in past before".JF

What's on the horizon for debugging of configuration issues in an AEM instance? Say your facility has more than a single AEM instance and the current health checks don't reveal what's changed in the instance state. Is there any type of audit trail, utility or technique that can track what's changed (configuration wise) to an AEM instance?

    Hi All,    I created some tag but without browsing through Tag pathfield , i want to type and once the suggestion come i will select it.But i am not getting any suggestion for my text. My tag list is too big so my author want to type in the tag field and once the suggestion comes , from there he can choose the respective Tag. Please Assist.

I've gone through the Community documentation, and I may be missing something, but I can't seem to find what would happen in this specific case:Lead 1 is John Smith with email address john.smith@email.com.Lead 2 is John Smith with email address john.smith@company.com.The leads are merged, with the second record being the one selected for data to keep. If John Smith comes to another LP with a Marketo form, for example, and enters john.smith@email.com as his email address, what happens? Does Marketo remember the merge? Is a new Lead created?

I want to set the value of an eVar on the first hit of every visit. Customer Care suggested I use the getValOnce plugin but it's not clear how/if this would give me what I want in DTM

Is there a way to change the program status date? We have a lead that engaged at a conference but wasn't on the original lead lead from sales. Now that the oppty is closed won, I learn the contact was at the conference and should have been updated as a success. Now I don't see that conf as influencing the closed won oppty. I'm starting to work with Experience Cloud audiences (formerly Marketing Cloud audiences). How do I know where I should create each audience? Is there a knowledge base article or help doc that can guide me in where I should be creating the audience based on my business requirements?

This morning our Lead Database became just Database, our Unsubscribed Leads became Unsubscribed People, Smarts Lists now have a People tab instead of a Lead tab, etc. I don't hate the change, it just seems like an odd thing to roll out outside of release. I talked with another Marketo user on a separate instance and they still see Leads. Anyone else see this?

I've been following a few tutorials (primarily Marketo Rockstars Guide) on building our Subscription Center, but I'm having a little trouble on the campaign/smart list side of things.Our subscription center has three subscription options (Sub Newsletter, Educational Content, and Product Updates) and I want to make sure that if a person unsubscribes to one it doesn't automatically unsubscribe them from all. Does anyone have any good tool or ideas on how to set up my campaigns and smart lists?

I have a custom field on our SFDC Opportunity object that I need to use as a constraint in Marketo. I've made the field available (read only) to the Marketo user in Salesforce. It's been a little over an hour – how long should it take for that to show up as a constraint on the Marketo side (or is there anything else I need to do to make it visible)? Our sync is working successfully otherwise.

We are looking to set up a campaign that monitors how quickly our sales team is following up on leads. This is what we want to achieve:It is a business rule that our sales team must follow up with leads when the lead reach a lead score of 50 points within 24 hours. At the end of the month we want to report on each sales person and say they followed up with X amount of leads in 24 hours, and did not meet this criteria for X amount of leads. Is something like this possible to set up? Is there any best practices for this scenario that might work better?My initial thought was to create a task in SFDC every time a lead reach 50 points. They sales person must acknowledge that task within 24 hours.

Hello, i am trying to create a funnel report based on URLs ( and not the page names). what is the best way to do so? ( we are having an issue with namepage during out implementation and might have to rely on manually creating a funnel for each url in the section until the issue s resolved)

All,I am setting up triggers configuration between AA & AC. One of the steps in the AC  is to encrypt the private key and update it in the config file. As per this doc (https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/kb/triggers-and-campaign.html), there is a jssp file mentioned to perform the encryption. But it doesn't have clear instruction on where should the jssp file to be placed in the campaign server. After placing the jssp file, what is the path to access or execute the jssp file. Appreciate if someone can share some thoughts on this.

We have implemented Analytics in our Android & iOS app. With a new version, we measure much higher crashrates than the Itunes-Store. How is the crashrate of apps at Adobe Analytics determined and how can we simulate a crash?

We have noticed very recently that several of our emails are sending the wrong text version of our emails to some recipients.  The copy for both the HTML and text reflect properly (we even sent tests of plain text multiple times before sending to confirm), however it looks like the text version that was sent to several recipients was the one from the text version from the original email we cloned, mentioning incorrect dates and referencing incorrect links. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a bug or is there something I'm missing?Thanks in advance!

Hello, Had a question regarding AEM designer.From what I have read of it (mainly from here : https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/the-basics/designer.html) it's used to give different look and feel to the same set of components / pages depending on the design path that is set on the page. But in the examples shown, the css file is not added as a clientlib or under a clientLibFolder. Is it possible to bring the benefits of designer to components where clientlibs are used? In other words, if there were 2 different clientlibs under 2 different designs but with the same category, would the appropriate clientlib be chosen depending on the designPath which is set?I tried this out myself but it seems both the clientlib css files are requested on page load (since they both have same category)... but wanted to be sure just in case I'm doing something wrong.Also, if this is not possible, that means all styles which are to be design based, should not be added as clientlibs under the des

I am trying to find a solution to our outdated LP templates and forms. We are trying to become mobile-friendly across the board with both.1. Is there a solution other than using the "Mobile" section of the landing page editor to make LPs responsive?2. Our forms look wacky (attached) on mobile so is there a way to update these to look mobile-friendly or is this something we should seek outside help for?I have little to none CSS experience.Thanks in advance!

Hi Folks, we have a requirement where we have to search in the repository based on tags and display the three top records accordingly.For example - Suppose we need to search for the pages based on these tags -geometrixx-outdoors:apparelgeometrixx-media:eventsmynamespace:my-tagPage which has all three tags should come on the top then the pages which has 2 matching tags and finally the pages which has one of the matching tag. If we use "property.and" then only the pages will come in the listing which has all three tags.
