I am having issue with click rule on firefox.It does not fire.It works perfectly in chrome and executes the code in seq javascript.But does not work in firefox.Is there a work around?Any help will be greatly appreciated.Sunny

Hi,I am trying to use the ACS Tools Tag Maker in order to create a tagging structure but I'm facing some issues because I have tags with non English chars like: Café,Açaí.I can make the tag be imported correctly by using the notation: Café{{cafe}}, but the title appears broken in the special char.Does someone already faced this kind of issue? Is there any workaround?Thanks.

Hi,I am an Enterprise customer and switched to DPS2015 last july - from the beginning..Now I have a new customer for whom I made a corporate magazine (100 pages, print, no series, just on edition). They push me to make at least an ipad-only app from it.Right now there is no way to persuade them to an enterprise licence for just those 100 pages.Does anybody know whether the old DPS2014 Single Edition is still available now for enterprise costumers ?Or ist there another way to stay with Adobe and fulfill this job?ThanksHans

Hi,I'm wondering how we can easily set the redirect for URLs in the landing page (probably in emails too). I posted a Youtube video and some landing pages have the link to it. Now, I shot the updated video and posted it on Youtube, and its URL is different. I'd not like to look into each landing page to change URL one by one. I'm hoping there's some way to apply redirect setting over multiple landing pages and emails. One solution on Youtube end is to have an annotation on the old video and send the viewers to the new one. Some says this is 100% CTR, but I doubt it. For viewers, it must be easier to enable one click open the link and start watching the content. Just making it clear, I'm not looking for a way to redirect a landing page itself to other pages. Setting redirect rules under admin doesn't seem like what I'm looking for. I appreciate your help.

I am looking to create an email that switches out logo images to recipients based on their assigned dealer, however the logos we will be inserting are all different sizes and different aspect ratios. What would be the best way to use tokens to perform this task while at the same time ensuring the best visual appearance to the recipient?

I am currently trying to set up a campaign for customers to provide post-transaction feedback. We have some custom fields for this, but have utilised the existing 'Contact Enquiry' field for any additional feedback that customers wish to provide around their purchasing experience.  Once the form has been filled out, an alert is sent to our sales team summarising the feedback. The issue I am having is that the 'any additional feedback' field in this particular form is not compulsory, and therefore if a customer has submitted a previous contact enquiry but HASN'T filled out this field on the form, the previous contact enquiry from their lead record will appear in the alert. I cannot create a new field for this feedback, but cannot work out how to set the alert up to only include this field IF it was filled out as part of the customer feedback form. Can anybody please help with this? I've been going in circles and can't seem to find a workable solution. Thank you!

Hi All,A very Happy New Year ! So I am designing a landing page, which has three different images stating three different products of our company. Hi guys,I was checking this documentation https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/sites/msm/msm-livecopy.html and there is a section about Detach functionality.it states:In the Sites console, select the live copy page and click or tap View Properties.Click or tap the LIVE COPY tab.On the toolbar, select Detach.A confirmation dialog will be shown, select Detach to complete the action. If I follow these steps, I don't find the Detach button. Is this documentation updated ? Thank you.

I can't seem to figure why my edit bars in classic view works but when I switch to touch UI nothing shows up. Is it possible to have edit bars for touch UI? If so how do I go about implementing that? CLASSIC VIEW Touch UI view

Hi,  We have integrated AEM v6.0 with Adobe Analytics for metrics tracking.We have a requirement to capture the various visitor sources like web, email etc.We where able to capture Referring url when the request is coming from web page( navigating from a different page to our page).But we where not able to capture the Referrer url, if the request is coming from an email( In email, we have a link to our page, when we click on the link, our page opens where we are tracking metrics).Please let me know, is there any out of box feature to capture referrer url, if the request is coming from email. RegardsSreeni

Here's the sample scenario:A collection (or any umber of them) is referenced in both collections:- Default tablet- Default phoneEach default collection has a separate set of Grid and Card Layouts assigned and each looks good in their respective target device class.But...Each of those collections that are referenced in both default collections, can only have one Grid and Card Layout assigned to their respective browse pages. I say we should be able to attach two Grid and Card Layouts to those collections. That way we can make sure the browse pages for these collection look the best they can in each device class. Or, better yet: Stock Responsive Layouts?

Hello. Here's an issue we're seeing quite a bit. Layout changes (using the new layout tool) - even small changes, simply not appearing in the Preflight app or a Preflight enabled app at any point. On saving any changes to a layout template, we are seeing on many occasions, the pop up message: "Could not save - your changes could not be saved. Connect to a network and try again".  Wi-fi is good and working.Highly frustrating. Any ideas?

I can access a component properties from an hbs template for that component like this:{{properties.title}}but I want to access the wcmmode from that (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/develop/sightly/global-objects.html) so I can decide to render or not some information in design or edit mode. I now you can access this variable in sightly using:<p data-sly-test="${wcmmode.edit}">You are in edit mode</p> <p data-sly-test="${wcmmode.design}">You are in design mode</p>But that does not work on hbs, I tried:<p data-sly-test="{{wcmmode.edit}}">You are in edit mode</p> <p data-sly-test="{{wcmmode.design}}">You are in design mode</p>That always evaluates as true regardless of the real mode. Any ideas on how to correctly access this?

Hi,     Impersonation is not working for new user.In the security profile configuration added the  user under impersonators tab. During impersonator login unable to find the users under impersonator drop down in       touch   UI. Please guide me how to solve this. Am I missing any configuration?    Thanks!  Kirithi

Hi,I can see my styles are being applied at this location(localhost:4502/editor.html/content/phonegap/app-name/en/home/test-page.html). When I build the app and download the .apk file,although the clientlibs folder under the location (\assets\www\etc) is present, I see that my designs folder is missing here. Hi,There is a user configured in AEM that has the author rights. Below steps were performed:1. Create a page as Author and lock it2. Close the page3. Open the page and unlock the page by clicking the button that says "Unlock" on the sidekick4. Note the message that says "Unlock Successful".5. Click the button which now says "Lock" on the sidekick6. Note the message "Unable to unlock page.(Unable to unlock page.)" which appears even though the button says "Lock".Am i missing something here ?
