Hey guys,I'm sure I'm overlooking something very simple here, but I'm using {{system.UnsubscribeLink}} as a token in the footer of a new email template, but when the email or a sample is sent out, it still adds the default Marketo unsub language at the very bottom.What am I forgetting?

I am working on developing triggered emails based on usage data that comes from our core product. I'm wondering if others in the community are doing this, and if you are, do you have any ideas/lessons learned/best practices?In terms of rollout, I am curious if the best method is to create individual field syncs from our database for all important product actions (i.e. # of times action x is taken, # of times action y is taken, etc.). Or if there is a way to trigger a Marketo email that doesn't require asking engineering/business ops to create data syncing between our database and fields in Salesforce/Marketo.Ideas? Suggestions? I'm working on measuring Customer Lifecycle leads and am having trouble viewing the appropriate salesforce fields in Marketo. Most of the fields I need to see sit on the opportunity. Marketo syncs any custom field that the sync user has permission to see - and since our sync user is an admin with visibility to all fields in theory I should be able to see all the fields I need... In pardot we created a custom field and mapped it to the salesforce field, from there it would sync and we could filter a list in pardot by that field. Is this the same for Marketo? I don't see that it is - when I attempt to create a smart list I don't see the ability to filter by custom opportunity fields. Any suggestions?

I have a substantial drop in visitors with no referrer that started on May 23 and then was compounded on June 4.  There is no geo correlation, or much that I can find under visitor profile. It *seems* like it hit certain browsers more than others (Mozilla, abd then Microsoft later) but overall it's pretty widespread.  The one thing that I have been able to verify is that the issue is much more present on certain pages than others (Our product pages) which made me think it was either a tagging issue or a bot.  However, at this point nothing verifies to support either hypothesis. The only thing is all the traffic is direct and not effecting mobile.(I have also asked about paid campaigns, etc to no avail)Please let me know if you have any thoughts at all.Thanks,-john

I'm trying to programmatically invoke a workflow which holds two workflows - DAM Offloading & a custom workflowThe problem I have here is Offloading is working fine...however my custom workflow is not executing within the step.Currently offloading has two servers - Both don't have my custom workflow model nor the oSGI bundles which holds the step.What is the correct way to go about this.Note: If I make a workflow launcher with custom workflow to execute on node created - Then the offloading & custom workflow execute. I need this code wise. Thanks.

I manage a huge site and often will find out when I do my monthly dashboards/reports that a page has been throwing an error for 1 week... 2 weeks.. all month. Usually this is indicated by a page suddenly having super high page views (due to it reloading). How does everyone else manage to make sure all pages are live and loading correctly? Is there a report you run daily/weekly? Looking for any and all suggestions. Thank you!

Hi all!How should I set up a test where the landing page I'd use, let's call it a "thank you" page, would always have some dynamic query string parameter? For example, domain.com/thankyou?offerid=12312312312. The offerid could be different, but i just want to track how many times someone got to /thankyou. Target only seem to track the "conversion" when the URL has the query string parameter in it. Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm trying to figure out how to setup our emails to track the amount of traffic we receive just from emails as a source.  Currently, our emails aren't tagged with anything so we can't evaluate it's effectiveness besides from the email reports.  How can I tag our emails?

Hi,I have come across a requirement to create and utilize different Content Types in AEM, like URLs, Links, Maps, embedded code (widgets) and articles.I am aware of creating and utilizing templates, pages and DAM assets like Images and videos, but not any of the above items.For example, when a URL is created, system should make sure that it is unique in the system and is valid.System should also record metadata like its "owner name" and "last updated by" attributes.Ultimately, system should allow using these content types in multiple pages and components.If we have to manage these content types, how to proceed?Where should they be stored and as what node/resource types?Is there any OOB support for these?Highly appreciate any light being thrown on this subject.Thanks,Rama.

Hi,I've noticed when using report builder, a glitch in the Site Metrics report.I have created a monthly report which runs off a fixed date range: 01/03/2015 - 29/02/2016. The intention being that each month, the overall figures will automatically increase cumulatively, so users will get a running total each month.However, I have noticed that when the end date is later than "todays" date, this seems to confuse report builder and throws up an incorrect value.For example:If I run a site metrics report for 1 March 2015 - 1 Jan 2016 I get 100 Page ViewsIf I run a site metrics report for 1 March 2015 - 1 Feb 2016 I get 90 Page Views  (Note the end date of this report is in the future.)Has anyone else experienced this issue?ThanksTobz

Hi,When we upload assets to DAM it displays thumbnails in the cards view. But the thumbnails are not with the same width and height. is there any configuration we can set to make all thumbnails in card view be displayed with the same width and height? Or for this we need to customize the card view?Any suggestions are welcome.Thanks

I created a custom object called dealers, I linked the lead record(s) to my custom dealer object by a link field called dealercode, in which both objects share the same name as required.  I imported my 100 dealers by the REST API into my new custom dealers object.  To my surprise, only 100 leads could see dealer information.  It seems, you cannot share the same dealer object or record with other lead records.  Marketo seems to pick only the last lead with the same dealercode when creating object records.  The other lead records that have the same dealercode are ignored.  Looks like each lead record has to have its own dealer object or record.  Unless I'm doing something wrong, Marketo only support an one-to-one relationship.  So why is this a big deal?  Lets say I have 100 dealers and 50,000 leads, I would have to create 50,000 new dealer records, instead of 100.  If I update the dealer information, I have to update 50,000 records instead of 100.  If I update 1 dealer, I have to go fin

We are getting setup in Marketo and need help setting up an Email Preference Center.  We currently have three monthly content emails that we send out, plus emails for additional marketing messages.  I need to set up an Email Preference Center so that if one chooses not to receive marketing messages but still wants one of the monthly emails that they have to subscribed to (vice versa) that they don't get unsubscribed from everything.  If there is any documentation or examples of how this would be set up, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I just wanted to know if the following is possible : I designed a Landing Page in my  Marketo Design Studio, with rich text sections containing tokens as well. Is there a way so that I can send this Landing Page (along with tokens) as an email to my customers? As in, when a user opens his/her email, he directly sees the Landing Page with customized content without clicking any links? Also, I have buttons on my Landing Page, clicking on which, it redirects the user to our organization website. Will this feature work when I am sending this Landing Page across as an email?
