Hello, I have a client that is exploring Adobe Target at the moment, however one question that came up is where (Data centres, physical boxes holding the data) is the data stored ?In this context, "Data" is campaign configuration, HTML offer values, campaign results. Is there any options to choose where the location of the Data is stored ?  The reason why I ask is because we have to comply with legal requirements set upon us that any solutions we use needs to be hosted within Australia. 

Hello,I created a simple test in Target Premium where I'm just changing the copy and targeted based on a query string parameter.  Although I can see the changes in the visual editor, when I activate the campaign, the variation is not shown either when I click the "verify URL" link in the activity or when I trigger the activity.  Any recommendations on what to do will be greatly appreciated.Test URL:  uat2-www.devry.comThanks,Ridder

I am trying to create a new experience using the visual experience composer in Target Standard and am not able to do so due to the VEC not rendering our test site. I have attached what I am seeing as well as what the web site is suppose to look like.I did make sure I enabled mixed content in Firefox. I tried Firefox in Windows and Mac and neither worked. I cannot even get it to run in Chrome so I have not tried it there.Any guidance on how to get this working would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Guys, Is there a way in which i could get information, whether a page has mbox and is there an active campaign on that mbox, programatically. Something in the API that i have missed. It would greatly help, as I am trying to make sure the developers know about active campaigns before they start making changes, not to mess up something horribly, when they make dev change.Something like a flag that i can use, maybe ?  Thanks Raghav 

Hi there,I've set up a few MVT / landing page testing campaigns but haven't set up a Display Ad Campaign in T&T before and I had a few questions..Our client is interested in essentially doing MVT testing within banner ads. We would test ad elements such as: color, image, headline, CTA, copy.Is this possible and is this considered a Flash campaign or a Display Ad Campaign?What is the difference between a Flash campaign and a Display Ad Campaign?Would this type of campaign use mBoxes or Flashboxes?I will likely have more questions pending your response. Hello,I'm trying to create an activity from a carousel, where the variation would be to show the items of the carousel in a different order.  How can this be done with Target Premium?  I would think that in the visual editor, when you try to edit the HTML, you would see the source under the div, but you don't.  I'm really hitting a wall here, so any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Ridder  

Hello,does anybody know how can I exclude Internet explorer traffic from a test? I have tried a few things with no success. My latest attempt was to create an expression target which excludes IE Traffic and then use it in a segment. The expression target is this return (user.browser.indexOf('MSIE') == -1);This means users that do not contain "MSIE". So this should work, however I keep getting considered in my demo test.I would appreciate any hint.Thank you,Ivan

Hi Everyone, i have in the past created successful custom recommendations to manually override products of my choice. I drag the adobe banner component into the search result page, but the bannerArea property has no values in the drop down. Does anyone know where to define the values? I looked at the banner component jsp, The adobe SearchPromoteService has a method called getBannerAreaList(memberid, accountnumber), so the list most probably is defined in Adobe site somewhere. Can someone point out where it is or any documentation I can follow?Thanks.

I have recently taken over a Test and Target configuration with hundreds of Campaigns, Offers and Locations.  I am attempting to reconcile URL file references and confirm that references to old websites on an asset server are removed.I am not seeing a means of Searching across campaigns, offers and locations to wildcard search html content for specific references.  I likewise do not see a means to export these entries, whereby a grep could be performed and narrow down specific outdated references.Does anyone know how to wildcard content search or export to help in performing this task?

When using zip codes to geo target, do I just use a comma in-between each one?

Hi,I'd like to pass information about what campaign and experience a user is receiving from Target, into Analytics for later analysis. I believe there is a way to make a call to target on a page, to receive those information. I am trying to access saveCampaign API for testing purpose.I followed the instructions provided, formed URL to create a plain campaign with URL  : https://testandtarget.omniture.com/api?client=user&email=user1@acme.com//testandtarget.omniture.com/api?client=user&email=user1@acme.com&password=pword&version=1&operation=saveCampaign&thirdPartyId=extID501&version=1&campaign=<campaign><id>NNNN</id><name>Campaign Name</name></campaign>ofcourse, by editing proper email,clientID and password.I get below mentioned error message : This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<error><message>A generic Exception has occurred.</message><code>500</code></error> However the operation listCampaign works fine and returns a list of campaigns.It would be a great help if someone could help. thanks in advance.

Good Morning! I am relatively new to Adobe Target and am looking for some insight on how to set up an A/B test for our direct traffic to our site. I am looking to show one set of our customers the default expereince and then I have something different lined up for the other group but can't quite figure out how to target direct traffic only. Thank you for any help you can provide. Jessica 

Right now the marketing cloud "Customer Portal UI" is down again. Most products can still be accessed via the Legacy Product Logins. However, Adobe Target Standard is inaccessible when the cloud portal is down and there is no legacy login or workaround for accessing it. This means that a considerable amount of highly visible content showing on our site (including always-on Automated Personalization shown to all visitors) cannot be modified, leaving us exposed when we have important/timely promotions that need to be updated (e.g. product launch, key events, etc.). Also, if a content mistake/issue is reported in one of our campaign experiences, we have no way to fix while the cloud portal is down.What is being done to address this downtime exposure for clients who have embraced the new Target and have multiple campaigns running all the time? Are there other users of Target Standard out there affected in this way by marketing cloud portal downtime/maintenance? (This is the second time in

Can you still geo target by postal code in the new Target workflow? Whenever I enter in a Canadian postal code I receive a message saying the "zip code" is invalid. I also no longer see options to geo target by longitude/latitude as a work around - is this no longer available in the new workflow? I tried logging into the old Target workflow and I'm not seeing any geo targeting options to segment on. Does anyone know how to create a campaign that targets at the zip/postal code level in Canada?

Hi,I'm very new to Target Classic and have been searching the documentation for a solution to my question but with no luck.What I need to do is serve a specific Offer depending on whether a custom mbox parameter value exists in an array of values.So far, this is what I have:1. Pass in my mbox parameter2. Create 3 experiences and target a Custom Segment for each Offer. Each Custom Segment uses Visitor Behavior to check if my custom parameter is equal to a single value.3. If the mbox parameter is equal to specific value then, show that Offer.This all works right now, but I'm only checking against one unique value in each Offer. Hi Team,I have a question in template(guided_xml.tmpl) configuration in Adobe Search & Promote.This template basically is the structure of the response returned by the Search & Promote. Under the root node "pagination", page positions First,Last,Previous,Next,viewall can be configured.
