Hi,i try to use a "profile attribute - type: script attribute" to recognize if the user has a cookie "last-login" and write the information to the user profile, so we can target the campagn. The campagn is a redirect offer and the correct displaymbox is chosen.I can see that the script WILL work because i can write custom values to the "user.cookieReturning", but if i try to access the cookie with document.cookie the wysiwyg editor throws an error "document is undefined". I saw some examples in the documentation where input fields a read and values written to profiles, so i assume it can work. The other solution would be to write a parameter to the mboxCreate, but we would like to solve it by target itselfs.Questions:1.) Is it possible to read "document-based" cookies before target decides what to to? (redirect or html offer)2.) In which scope does the attribute scripts run? Document, window are all undefined.3.) Another try with a Plugin for all pages did work, but i couldnt acces the

I'm looking to start an A/B test, in which a specific offer would be the top offer shown to the visitor on a specific page, but only when that offer is available. Here's the link we're looking to test: http://uo.loewshotels.com/en/booking/uo?hotel=UECBB&checkin=05%2F11%2F2015&checkout=05%2F13%2F2015&rooms=1&sr=&code=&iata=&na=1&nk=0. I want to test having "Family Suites" as the top offer, but only when it's available. When family suites are not available, I would not want the offer to be present.How would I go about setting this up? Thanks in advance! - David   

Hi,Before we had the Analytics 4 Target (A4T) integration, it was possible (I know it is still possible, but it don't seems to be stable!) to send the Target campaign activities to Analytics, where we could export the data via a data feed to our data warehouse, for further analysis.Since Adobe released A4T, it don't seems like it is possible to do this anymore, without using the old integration witch I found very unstable. Anyone who have found a way of doing this? My key is the visitor ID that i have populated to an eVar. I can populate Target with that eVar value (custom parameter to the global mbox etc.) if needed, but it don't seems like I can export/report on that data anyway...Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this?/Løjmann

IssueUsers are intermittently entering T&T campaignsDevice/OS/BrowseriPhone 5siOS 8.3Safari 8DetailsIn testing on our local network, we noticed that were not consistently entering campaigns where we had 100% of traffic going to 1 recipe.We thought it might be our network so Andrea and I tested over the weekend on our respective wireless and the LTE.We both had varied results on our iPhone 5s’. (sometimes we entered the campaign, sometimes we didn’t regardless of the network we were connected to)iPad Mini and iPad are consistently entering campaigns which is why we feel this is iPhone specific. Has anyone experienced this issue?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a test implemented in Target Standard that I want to run across the entire site. I have used the advanced activity url criteria but the test is still not displaying globally. I know i have used the advanced criteria properly. Has anyone else had issues getting tests to run globally in Target Standard? If so, any troubleshooters?

Hello,Could someone please tell me whether it's possible to download algorithm results in bulk? I need to change some settings, and I've learned that doing so erases my algorithm's history, so I have no visibility into past reporting data. However, not only can I not view the detailed results of all algorithms at once, I can only get a full picture of traffic for my A/B tests by clicking back and forth between the dashboard and the Results screen for the individual algorithm. I'm dying to know if there's an easier way to download and preserve our algorithm metrics prior to making changes. Otherwise, I'll be manually typing all of it in to a spreadsheet, which is totally inefficient.Thanks in advance for any help!Lauren

We deployed Target Standard last night and set up an A/B test. When I debug the page I can see the requests coming through but I can't see any data in the reports. How long does it take for data to start coming through? if there is a problem how to troubleshoot it?

Hi,I'm a noob (about 30 mins old) into mbox and don't have access to our Adobe Target software (client has it)Our client is using Adobe Target for their homepage which contains 8 tiles (images, with some text). They have currently implemented one of these tiles to use mbox and have the content change per Adobe Target rules that come in via a javascript object (provided by the client, not created by myself). Since the client only controls one tile it's easy, whatever comes back from Target gets thrown into the single tile. Fast forward to today, the client now wants to be able to control all 8 tiles in this same fashion. My question is, on the Adobe target side, is there an easy way to name/create a well defined data structure that maps to each tile so the frontend javascript can map each set of data properly (eg "tile-1": data, "tile-2":data, etc)?Thanks!

Hey guys,I see that the usage of MBOX.js is quite similar to Google Analytics with some minor differences.If I include mbox.js in my site header, will changes made on the admin interface of Adobe Target reflect automatically on the site, or will I have to re-download the mbox.js file.Thanks.

I have an mboxDefine()and after a certain condition check call the mboxUpdate and also send some parameters. The resulting network call shows these parameters in the console. These are also shown in the parameters list of the associated location.But When I do an mboxCurrent.getParameters() in the accociated offer, only the default ones (browser height, screen width etc) are available. I tried a bunch of things but so far have not been able to access these custom parameters in offer itself. Any pointers will be helpful. Thanks.

Hi All,Apologies if this is a basic question! I'm still in the learning phase and haven't been using these tools for long.I have set up an A/B campaign on our company homepage. There are two scenarios, both display the same banner but one goes to a landing page and one goes to the product page. I would like to measure how each of these scenarios impact conversion.I am trying to measure just the clickthroughs (the amount of people who click on this banner) as the 'visitor' number but I am not able to get this data. The numbers that are coming through  for visitors are far too high and suggest to me that it is recording everyone who lands on the homepage which I don't want to measure.In the conversion/other metrics section I have set up a value of 'clicks' with a location of 'clicks from [mbox value]' but I don't know how to use this data in the report to get the measurements that I want. I have also put an mbox on the basket page, but again not sure how I can use this to measure click t

Hello,I'd like to capture a form field value while not tied to a campaign or offer.  For example, every time page1.html is rendered, capture the "country" form-field and store it to a User Profile.  The reason I don't want to use a campaign/offer is I only have a single mbox on the page and I don't want to prevent entry into real campaigns just to capture this value.  I'm thinking the script profile would look something like this:On Page Code<input type="text" name="countryField" id="flowCountryField">Example Script Profile if (mbox.name == ('global') && (page.url.indexOf('/page1.html')>-1) ) { return // Here's where I'd want to capture the form field; }How do I modify the script above to accomplish this?  If this isn't possible, is there another way to capture this information via Target without using a campaign/offer?

I have 3 html offers and I am showing them inside the mboxDefault div;But after 5 visits I don't want to show these html offers. The problem is showing the default content or completely not letting to user to enter to this campaign again.* Once you enter one of these html offers you keep seeing the same html offer and you can't leave the campaign.( I choose the homepageMbox as the conversion and selecting exlude Default content to leave this campaign)* On default content mboxDefault div still hides its inside (html page) and I can't see pictures on the homepage. What i am doing is i am showing different pictures than the main pictures on the homepage but after 5 visit i want to show the original pictures again so i have to disable the mboxDefault Div or make it's original content visible.simple answer is create another hmtl offer and put original images into it but it is the same issue then i will the see the original images forever until deleting the cookie.There must be some kind of

Our site is a lead generation website. We're getting lots of "direct" referrals in Google Analytics now. Any chance Adobe can help us overcome the issue? Close to 60% of all referrals are now qualified as direct, almost impossible to get a good read on which sites and or keywords are working.

We want to track visitors who comes from specific urls to our subscription pages.For example: we want to track visitors who comes from [www.sample.com] to our subscription page.Then if this visitor directly visit our homepage we want to show specific add to him. How to select a specific campaign when making a component targeted?. In teaser component we can select a path to specific campaign for targeting. But I can't find any such option in normal component for example a text&image component.
