I've set up a few activities on our site, one that targets returning customers and another that targets new visitors. The number of entrants seems very low. (Only 1k over the course of a week or two). I'm concerned that this means that the tracking is not setup correctly. Since both of these are experiments on our landing page/visible on many different pages, I would expect the number of entrants to track closely to the total number of sessions that we see from Google Analytics.

Hi,We are planning to integrate our AEM CQ 5.6.1 system with search and promote functionality. Wondered if anyone is able to help with few questions we had that would be great. We are still in initial stages of implementation so excuse us about these questions.Thanks in anticipation.1) Our site structure is locale specific and relies on GEO IP location functionality to redirect the request to the correct location. We believe that search promote crawlers seems to run its indexes through american ip addresses and hence our GEO IP always seems to redirect its request to our american servers and hence reads invalid sitemap. Any ideas if we are able to update search and promote to use GEO IP so that crawler server IP address is europe when indexing from europe ip address. Any other alternatives, perhaps we should have a separate search and promote configuration for EU and US so they can originate from the desired IP addresses ?2) We seem to have one search and promote account for each local

Following the latest update to Adobe Target: When attempting to view or configure tests on our site with iframe buster the following happens: When Target tries to render the test page with the "experience" on it, it tries to open an iframe. However, if the page has an iframe buster on it then the page cannot render and is redirected away from the test page.Is there a way around this? what can we do to get these tests working on our site? for security issues we need the iFrame buster to be active.

I have a test set up linking to a URL that currently does not have an MBox on it. We are not seeing any data come in (launched May 5th). Is the data not coming in because the page does not have an mbox?The conversion is set up as a converesion- viewed a page - URL is - http://www.briggsandstratton.com/us/en/product-registrationThanks, Liz 

Hello!My company has 2 TNT instances. One is for our JP market where our pages are hosted on a 3rd party server. The other instance is on our internal servers. These instances essentially are two separate companies from an Adobe Target perspective. I have to run an AB test that will cross between these two instances. Does anybody have any insights on how to get this done? My problem is if I set up 2 different TNT campaigns, how do I maintain the visitor count to be the same within this test? If someone jumps between the 2 pages, which would be in different TNT instances, TNT will session the same visitor as 2 unique visitors, rather than one.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!!

How do I run a campaign only for a specific subdomain? I have the rules in place to target current page subdomain equal to what I want, but when I preview it the offers show up on the main site and other subdomains. Is this just a bug in preview or will these offers actually display on the main site?

My requirement is :1. to create an external campaign in Target( Not through AEM) -- Done by using saveCampaign API provided by Target2. Fetching the newly created campaign in AEM and creating corresponding nodes in JCR. -- Done by consuming viewCampaign API and subsequently craeting nodes with the appropriate properties.3. Now I can see the campaign created in JCR and I could create offers inside it.4. Now I want this updated campaign to be synched back with the one that was created in Target in step 1.  ( I tried integrating this campaign with Target by updating properties in the campaign through AEM. -- as shown in the screenshot pasted below.)However in target the campaign is not yet updated to include the offer that I created in step 3.(the campaign is not modified).I have observed that the campaign created via AEM is in activated state however the one that I created programmatically is in deactivated state, could that be a reason the campaign is not getting updated? Any suggestion

How do I publish/share a segment to Adobe Marketing Cloud?

Just noticed that none of our Target Standard experiences are rendering in IE8. Other browsers are fine. With so many updates to the Visual Experience Composer within the 4/28 Target release, might IE8 compatibility have been lost?

Let me restate the question.  Is there a way to only execute an A/B test if the referrer is correct?  For example, let's say I have an A/B test I want to do, but only if the user comes from Google search results.  If they come from Bing, I want them to always have the default experience.  Is this possible?  How do I set it up?  Thanks.

Why are success metrics not reporting data correctly ?

Hey all,It seems that my order confirmation mBox is pulling in extra data when someone successfully completes a test.During my testing of the campaign, when i successfully complete the conversion instead of reporting that a single user converted Adobe Target report that many, many more have converted.  I believe it has something to do with the Order Confirmation mBox but any guidance would be amazing.Cheers,Eric

I am current trying to use the following two data sources in Audience Manager in order to create a custom audience:1) Data uploaded to Audience Manager  i.e. visitor-uk2) Mbox parameters i.e. visitor logged inI would like to create a combination audience of the above data sources: i.e. a uk visitor that has logged in.Is it currently possible to combine an audience from Audience manager with an mbox parameter?Any advice to point me in the right direction would be great, Thanks.

Hey All,I'm stuck...I created a campaign that requires a specific parameter to be loaded into the Global mBox 5 pages after someone sees the offer.  I can see the parameter being passed to the Global mBox via the debugger but Adobe Target Classic doesn't recognize it as a conversion....I am using this code:mboxUpdate('Global','deliveryDay=NextDay')Any ideas????Cheers,Eric

First of all I'd just like to say that I find the GUI for Adobe Target completely non-sensical. I have a dashboard full of different A/B tests. Some of which are no longer relevant to the data that we are trying to gather. All I want to do is delete these experiences so that my dashboard isn't all cluttered with junk tests that we no longer need. I've been clicking around looking for a way to delete them but thus far nothing has worked to get rid of them. How can I delete an A/B test experience from the Adobe Target dashboard?

I'm trying to create a new activity in Adobe Target premium and am seeing this error. [img]Target error.jpg[/img]I know the website definitely contains Target libraries. The error also occurs when I duplicate an activity that is currently live. What's the best way to get around this? Thanks,Karen
