I know the Pages reports attributes events (and revenue) linearly, but I think the Entry Pages report attributes them as First touch... Can someone please confirm? I can't find this in the knowledge base.

We have a 3rd party security scanner tool that crawls our site.  They are filtered out of our data set using our bot rules.  However, we are still billed for all of the server calls even though the traffic is flagged as a bot.  Is there anyway to turn off the image request so we will not be billed for the server calls it generates? 

Hi,I have a report requirement of showing multiple columns in a single report.the report should be like User Name    |    Device Name    |    Browser    |    Instances/views    |    Average Time spentthese are column names to be displayed on a omniture report. I am using Dynamic Tag Management for data collection.I am able to send all the required data using data elements to omniture i.e. User Name, Device Name, Browser but how to get them as part of a single report that looks like above?I have tried so many things and wasted time.Can someone please get me the solution??

I've scheduled for the "Channel Overview Report" to be emailed daily, but didn't seem to work.  I tried switching out my corp email and replaced it with Gmail and Yahoo Mail and no luck either.I checked the settings within the Schedule Manager and it seems to be setup correctly.  Does anyone have any ideas or tips?  Is there a Adobe support line I can call? Thanks!~Daniel

Our site has a traffic peak Sep-Nov so I searched the referring domains report and external campaign report to find the reason, but external campaign report has such a big gap in page views and visits  with the referring domains report, and one of our most referral site has not appeared in the referring domains report, but it jumpID appeared only in external campaign report; I don;t know why cause this...and another question is the total visits number is much more than the daily visits, for example we got 8000 visits in Sep-Nov by adding daily visits, but in SiteCatalyst, the total visits up to 300,000; what’s the difference between Visits and the total visits number appeared in SiteCatalyst, and why they have such a big gap?Thank you so much for your kindly help:) Merry Christmas and Happy new year!!

When I'm using Ad Hoc Analysis, I try to create a ranked report with different segments as the rows and metrics across the columns.  I am able to view the table like I'd expect, however the sort feature seems to disappear.  If I put dates (day, week, month, etc) or other dimensions in the row the sort feature is there. I attached two different screen shots to see the missing sort arrows. Does anyone else have this issue?Thanks!

I have a few queries I would like you to help us with for our client. My client is a telecom company, they have their own in house data warehouse system, which has the ability to track users by their MSISDN (unque ID). Currently they are using Google Analytics Free version. Q1 - At registration the users will have to provide their phone numbers on the client's website, once that is done they will be treated as logged in users after the normal process of verification emails/sms's and logging in is done. I've implemented Mobile App Acquisition as instructed here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mobile/android/acquisition.html I've run into the situation where sometimes the InstallEvent request fails to pick up any of the campaign information. It is always coming through, this is apparent because I save that info when the INSTALL_REFERRER Intent is received and then add it to a custom tracking even that happens later. Instead those attributes get automatically tacked on to whatever request happens next (usually a track page) and then not processed by the server. Taking my device and repeatedly clicking on the link, installing, opening, and uninstalling the app shows that the InstallEvent request fails to pick up that campaign info about a quarter of the time. That's a lot of misattributed clicks, so I'm very interested in some way to prevent this.
