Hi,I'm working on a website with existing Omniture tags in all the pages (100s), which have been assigned to different report suites. I'm afraid we cannot track campaigns or perform path analysis across the website because of that. We also don't have access to the current s.code files as well as the pages html code at this moment; but the good news is (I believe) Adobe DTM has been already implemented into the entire site. Now, I'm wondering what is the best way to use DTM to use the old tags, but send their data to a new global report suite.Thank you.

I am trying to implement link tracking(s.tl) but end up getting status 0/ cancelled in the network's tab upon click event. Anyone's having log in issue with reportbuilder?

Hi guys,i try to get CIDs into speaking names for Marketing Channels. My idea is using Processing Rules or DTM to get CID and write a speaking name into a eVar. We have 30+ different CIDs counting up. Any other idea or comment on this?Kind regardsTill 

I am making three different s.t() calls on button click and redirecting page from server side on the same click. I am seeing only one tracking call to omniture instead of 3 tracking calls , while seeing this on fiddler. Why my two other tracking calls lost. is that due to before sending the omniture request the redirection happened? Thanks in advance for your help.Thanks,Mahesh

I know the Pages reports attributes events (and revenue) linearly, but I think the Entry Pages report attributes them as First touch... Can someone please confirm? I can't find this in the knowledge base.

Pageviews appear to be appearing just fine, but UV's and visits are rendering 0 - anybody else having the same issue currently? (see attached)

We have a 3rd party security scanner tool that crawls our site.  They are filtered out of our data set using our bot rules.  However, we are still billed for all of the server calls even though the traffic is flagged as a bot.  Is there anyway to turn off the image request so we will not be billed for the server calls it generates? 

Hi,I have a report requirement of showing multiple columns in a single report.the report should be like User Name    |    Device Name    |    Browser    |    Instances/views    |    Average Time spentthese are column names to be displayed on a omniture report. I am using Dynamic Tag Management for data collection.I am able to send all the required data using data elements to omniture i.e. User Name, Device Name, Browser but how to get them as part of a single report that looks like above?I have tried so many things and wasted time.Can someone please get me the solution??

Hello, Question 1:When I check the All Reports>>Custom Conversion>>Custom Conversion 71-75>>display, I find that page views is bigger than Instances.In my normal understand, Page views is same or similar to the instances.But as the image below showing, Page Views = 2120, Instances = 856.[img]Q1.jpg[/img]I want to ask, in what situations can that occur (Page Views > Instances)? Question 2:I work in China, when I check the report by hour trends in Omniture SC, the time zone is EST (showing in the image below).How can I fix that to display the report by Beijing time (China time zone)?[img]Q2.jpg[/img] Thanks a lot!Cloud Han

I've scheduled for the "Channel Overview Report" to be emailed daily, but didn't seem to work.  I tried switching out my corp email and replaced it with Gmail and Yahoo Mail and no luck either.I checked the settings within the Schedule Manager and it seems to be setup correctly.  Does anyone have any ideas or tips?  Is there a Adobe support line I can call? Thanks!~Daniel

Our site has a traffic peak Sep-Nov so I searched the referring domains report and external campaign report to find the reason, but external campaign report has such a big gap in page views and visits  with the referring domains report, and one of our most referral site has not appeared in the referring domains report, but it jumpID appeared only in external campaign report; I don;t know why cause this...and another question is the total visits number is much more than the daily visits, for example we got 8000 visits in Sep-Nov by adding daily visits, but in SiteCatalyst, the total visits up to 300,000; what’s the difference between Visits and the total visits number appeared in SiteCatalyst, and why they have such a big gap?Thank you so much for your kindly help:) Merry Christmas and Happy new year!!

When I'm using Ad Hoc Analysis, I try to create a ranked report with different segments as the rows and metrics across the columns.  I am able to view the table like I'd expect, however the sort feature seems to disappear.  If I put dates (day, week, month, etc) or other dimensions in the row the sort feature is there. I attached two different screen shots to see the missing sort arrows. Does anyone else have this issue?Thanks!
