This can have some major ramifications (i.e. distorted unique visitor counts) and many of my clients aren’t ready for that type of risk."I do not understand where the risk is. Does the author mean that for existing report suites or also new ones?Additionally I have the following questions where I did not find information about:Do I need to specify a visitor ID for non-authenticated visitors as well or will adobe analytics use the regular identification as a fallback if s.visitorID is undefined?If a visitor has multiple conditions in one visit (e.g. unauthenticated -> authenticated -> unauthenticated) how is this reported in Adobe Analytics. Hi,I want to know visitor's cookie statement with SiteCatalyst.I have read the tips using the User Report with checking the Non-persistent cookie Visitor option.But someone told me that report was not enough to know users who rejected 3rd party cookies like as iPhone users.Could you advise me  how to get that data? Tomo_x

Hi,I've created a daily reoccurring report via RB and would like to send it in a PDF format. Many of the recipients would be viewing this report/email on a mobile device, however when i test sending it/opening it via mobile no file is present. Seems I'm only able to open it via a desktop/laptop. Any ideas on how i could embed the report in an email or have a file present to open it.

On a OnClick function, I’m sending eVar and event data (with prop).How come the Unique Visitors and Visit are zero for the eVar / event in the Pages Report using the Break Down function?            Please see screen shot highlighed in red. How come other data not associated with the page data (Step 2 from below) I select are showing up?            In the screen shot, noticed I selected “EBI Home” as the page data (Step 2 from below).  So I should except to see data that starts with “EBI Home” but other data are             showing up.            Please see screen shot highlighed in sky blue.Here are the steps to view the Break Down report.Go to Site Content > Pages.Select a page data (row).Click the Break Down icon.Select Custom Conversion and select the eVar (Link)Link is the eVar I’m using and another Link for the event. Thanks,

I am new to using Omniture, but have repeatedly gone over the implementation guide, and believe the configuration is correct. When I view the analytics site, under visits, page views, etc... I am not seeing any hits. Hi,I have a question regarding Crashes report in iOS life cycle metrics. Can someone please explain how 'Crashes' report is tracked in SiteCatalyst?"Triggered when the application does not exit gracefully. Event is sent on application start after crash (the application is considered to crash if quit is not called)."We found the above in documentation, but we need more details. What is a quit and when is it called/triggers usually?The reason why I'm asking is because we are seeing a massive increase in our crashes report since we launched our latest app version. But the new version traffic seems to be doing better than our previous versions.The numbers we are seeing from SiteCatalyst aren’t the same we are seeing from Crittercism (10k vs 150k daily) – we’d like to understand what triggers the instance.We don't have any idea why SiteCatalyst suddenly reports such an increase in Crashes report. Thanks

Several question regarding mobilemarketing.adobe.com : - What is an Adobe session, and how can we configure it ?- What are the numbers in the Path reports? Are those sessions? If so and the Overview says average session length of 6.36 hours, then shouldn’t there be higher numbers?- What is the funny colored thing that tapers off the back end of each path that is not connected- Can we get click counts out of Adobe analytics ?- Can we see A/B results?- Do we have any access to the raw data outside of the web reporting interface?- How is Adobe associating a user with a region? Why do the map reports not match the tables in terms of users in each state?

I'm trying implement the Analytics package into an Android app for the first time. The company I work for has used Omniture for ages, and provided me with source code for earlier projects as an example to configure it for the one I'm now working on. My problem is, what they used seems to be a very different implementation that the current SDK I'm working with. They import import com.adobe.adms.measurement.ADMS_Measurement and use an ADMS_Measurement object to handle everything. The newer SDK is com.adobe.mobile.Analytics, has different method calls, and requires me to set up ADBMobileConfig.json This is where I've hit a wall. I was provided with an rsid and a server to use, but the config file wants to know target: clientCode and an audienceManager server, and I can't find exactly what those are supposed to be in any of the documentation I've looked through. If anyone could get me pointed in the proper direction, it would be very much appreciated.

Hello,in ReportBuilder, we want to pull data for all our Site Channels (eVar), so I created a named cell range "Sitechannels" with the Excel name manager and specified the lookup in ARB as "Specific / from range of cells" with the range "=Sitechannels".I now updated the list of Site Channels and realized that the ARB did not update, as ARB "converted" my name range back to an absolut cell range, e.g. A1:45. So I have to update all requests (>30) with this lookup manually.The expection is to make use of the Excel name function, so all updates of a lookup range will also be reflected in the ARB requests.Is this "as designed" or another ARB bug? BRHans

Hello, I know this topic comes up and has been answered alot, but I've never seen it asked this way, so here goes: Can anyone explain why Success Events are better/preferred/recommended for tracking conversions than Conversion Variables? What are the limitations of *only* using Conversion Variables (Evars) for tracking a conversion?

Our null search event is set to bind evar2 which is internal search term. In evar2's null search event report i found some of the search terms are not null searches. Checked with implementation engineer and this is a tagging issue. Anyone knows why? Thx.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to fetch JSON response using query builder . My search parameters are something like thispath="/content/......."  & type=cq:Page & p.hits=full & nodename=[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]I am interested in fetching page whose name will be a 3 letter word .With the regexp pattern used query I am able to achieve the result but when i use a regexp pattern like [A-Z]{3}  the results are not as expected.Can someone help me on the restrictions applicable while using regexp in query builder ? Thanks & Regards,Krishna
