Hi,Went from RB v4.7 to v5 after the release since it seemed like it could be hugely beneficial but apparently Adobe released a very faulty and buggy piece of software. So uninstalling it and going back v4.7 created a huge amount of issues, none of which resulted in RB working.Long story short, new laptop running Win 7 and Excel 2013 (About reports 32 bit version) and neither v4.7 or v5.0 (further, not even 32 or 64 bit versions) work. Nothing. Doesn't come up on the Add-Ins tab; going to add-ins under options shows that sometimes Report Builder bridge is active, sometimes inactive, sometimes not there (depending on the install or its mood).This is hugely frustrating and I desperately need help. It would be enough just to get back to where I was before this mess but I can't. I am loosing a lot of time since many Excel dashboards are build around RB and they just cannot be run.Please help.

Running into strange behavior in Reports & Analytics with the Return Visits report returning a significantly lower volume than Visits with Visit Number > 1.  This occurs even at the suite level, with no segmentation, just straight up total numbers.  And not just by a bit either, the Return Visits report is reporting about 32% fewer visits than using Visit Number > 1.  Furthermore, one of the analysts on my team uses the Return Visits report for monthly reports, and this month the Return Visits report started coming back with a much lower number.  Specifically, he used the same Return Visits report to pull March 2014 data today, and it was about 30% lower than that same report for March 2014 that he ran earlier this month.  Any insight would be much appreciated! As per Adobe help, this should be impossible:Definition of reportsVisit Number: Each visit is assigned a visit number, based on a virtual cookie. Hi,I'm restricted to using the legacy s_code Javascript library. I've generated the code inside the Omniture web interface (Admin/Code Manager), so:- s_account got set to that certain suite- s.visitorNamespace and s.trackingServer got set as wellI'm getting 200 HTTP response codes when I post data to the server, but still not seeing any data coming through in Omniture (I've been sending a bunch of times, over the past few days).Is there any other configuration that I need to set in my code? In AEM 5.6.1 duplicate node names at the same level were given unique names automaticallynode1     =>           node1        html       =>         html    html       =>         html[1]This is not true in AEM 6. If you programmitically create the same node structure, you will get a duplicate node exception.  It seems that JCR3 does not automatically unique names. Is this by design? It is a difference in versions, and is compelling me to rewrite a bunch of code.  Is there a system setting that could adjust this?

We have noticed that sometimes in AWS, it takes a while for our author instances to be in-sync. If we run our functional tests before the author instances are completely in-sync, when the tests hit the dispatcher, they might be routed to a yet-unsynced instance and fail.Is there a way (ideally a REST call) to check if author instances are in-sync before starting our functional tests?Thanks.

I have an existing page component in 5.6.1 that overlays the dialog to provide a custom tab.  Moving this over to 6 and using the new UI, the dialog that is rendered is the base page dialog and does not include my new tab and fields.  Anybody know a possible solution to this?

Does anyone know how to exclude certain properties from being adjusted by the ReferenceSearch class when a parent page is moved. Is there a list of excluded properties that can be configured?

As far as I can see from the MSM docs there are two techniques that can be used to copy content:1- BlueprintsThese represent site roots and offer various customizable rollout configs/actions between source site and copy site.2- LivecopyIn the docs this is frequently and confusingly used as a synonym for the copy of a blueprint source.However you can also create a live copy without requiring a blueprint source. (New LIveCopy...)When creating this sort of live copy one is offered a choice of rollout configs, but as far as I can see, only one of these, 'PushOnModify', makes any sense. I cannot find any way of rolling out a livecopy source to a livecopy structure.Is my understanding of rollout configs for live copies (not blueprints) correct? And if not, what should it be?

I'm trying to test the AEM6-Dynamic Tag Manager integration, but cannot figure out how to connect the two. In the Cloud Services Configuration for DTM, it asks for an API token. Where can I find that? I tried pulling the 20ish character identifier off the embed code provided in DTM, but that doesn't seem to allow AEM to connect.What am I missing here?

I've read that housing WebHelp on CQ5 is most likely not do-able, however, not impossible. I've successfully uploaded WebHelp onto CQ5 and the help opens up beautifully to the start page, HOWEVER, when clicking on every other topic, we get this on our pages:  All the files and folders are present in the DAM. Is it the way CQ5 reads the help the reason we're getting this error? Can anyone think of a workaround/solution to this?

Hi,I'm having issues with the social blog components included in CQ and the classes used (namely com.adobe.cq.social.blog). I have a blog running as expected however I can't get either the Archives or Categories components to output anything when placed within the blog. I find this behaviour occurs within the geomatrix-outdoors blog as well but not the 2009 geomatrix blog. I've managed to resolve my issue with the Archive component, but it's not elegant - by extending the component and then iterating over each 'period' and generating the HTML within the JSP, rather than what the component originally did which was use the getArchiveAsHTML() of the blog object. I've now come to trying to use the same technique to resolve the Categories component issues and cannot get any tags out of the blog object whatsoever, getTagsAsHTML()  of the blog object returns nothing and getTags() also returns an empty array. I've seen this elsewhere as an issue suffered by others so I wanted to know, what am
