My colleagues subscribe to our company's e-mail newsletter .But If I deliver e-mail newsletter to them, it will affect the results of the newsletter delivery.So I wanna deliver email newsletter as an alert email to my colleagues.Do you have some good idea?

 Hi everyone! Had a quick question I was hoping someone could answer. For a trigger campaign, I have a smart list that pulls users in from a campaign that has been running for a few weeks, along with the trigger of email is delivered. I'm wondering if when I activate the trigger, if it will pull users who are currently in the smart list, and who have previously had the email delivered, or only when the email is delivered after the point in time that I activate the trigger. Thanks!

When going throgh Marketo Foundation Training last year, I seem to recall being able to 'drag and drop' elements into an email template.  I went almost a year without having to actually build an email template, but now that I am needing one, I can only seem to find the option to build templates through the use of HTML code.Is HTML coding the only way to do this now?

Hi, We're trying to limit the number of operators with administrator clearance. However, it seems like lot's of functionalities actually require administrator rights, which isn't okay. Therefore we are wondering if we can create a specific named rights for the following two actions so that we can assign those two rights to the operator groups needing them, and thus preventing those operators from having access to everything:Offer validationPackage managementWe are aware package management is usually done by admins, but in our case it's not feasible.Is there anyone knowing if this is possible and if so, how this can be achieved? Wesley

Within WF are Document Approvals and Proof Approvals considered the same when generating reports? We have two different ways that documents are approved. 1. Within a Project Task, using the Approvals option. 2. Accessing a document as a proof and approving it that way. Just curious if reporting captures them as the same metric, or are they considered two separate metrics on the back end?

Hi All,  We've been experiencing a phenomenon with our new leads coming in (all from the same form) where the data in certain fields being input as "default." I've looked for the cause of this in the activity logs of each of the leads and it appears this is happening at the form level. I'm wondering if the problem comes down to some of the fields had the form pre-fill enabled. Has anyone else had this experience?

Hello Adobe Community,I hope you’re all doing well!We are currently looking into integrating WebSDK with OneTrust for consent management on our websites and webapps. Our goal is to ensure that if a user returns to the site, they are not prompted for consent more than once. To do this, we want to align the user ID stored in OneTrust with the ID managed and collected by AEP’s identity service.Here are a couple of key points we’d like to clarify:How can we ensure that the same user is not asked for consent twice when they return to the site? I heard there is a HOUSE HOLD issue with current AEP, but I am not sure about that issue.How can we keep the user ID in OneTrust consistent with the one collected and managed by AEP’s identity service, allowing seamless consent tracking across sessions?Any advice or guidance on how to best achieve this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

I am looking to create a calculated metric that sets a different value for Device type = Mobile and another one for Device type = Desktop.  Example:If homepage has page view & on mobile device, then set value for those hits to $2.If homepage has page view & on desktop device, then set value for those hits to $1.  When I look at the report - at the mobile and desktop rows, the calculated metric is correct.  However when I look at the overall homepage total, it doesn't give the correct total value by adding both the rows. I do not want to be having each of these desktop / mobile rows on every report i run. I just want to see the total for a page. See below how I am thinking of giving different value to the homepage depending on device  What I basically want is a list of sections or pages on our site - without having to use the breakdown of mobile / desktop.I just want an overall value.   When I look at the page itself wi

Hi all      I am trying to understand the drawbacks and benefits of using Caffeine In-Memory Caching. I saw ACS provides Http Cache Store using same mechanism . If you have used in your projects , could you help me understand what were the benefits and major challenges you faced ? Any drawbacks of using !? What kind of JSON can be stored mostly !? ( I understand it should be static , but I would still love to hear if anyone has used it for JSON related to products for ecommerce website etc)    What should be the caching strategy and how frequent should we flush the cache ? Hi all, Is there a way to access a "filtering conditions summary" just like we do for the "fatigue rules summary"? I know we can access the "exclusion causes" tab for each delivery but, for recurring ones, I would like to know the overall volume of exclusions executed by each typology rule applied, instead of checking it day-by-day. Thanks in advance. Best,Carolina

I am able to create successfully using AssetCompute microservice. But after asset creation, I need to update altText and couple custom properties. These values are available with event at Runtime action. Now AssetCompute microservice DOES NOT allow to update metadata. The runtime action dies once it fires createAsset, doesnt wait ( or doesnt know) for asset to complete processing.   So I temporarily need to cache altText metadata somewer; wait for microservice to complete upload process, and then update metadata. One workaround is to use JCR as temp storage. store the metadata properties onto /var somewer and then fetch them after asset processed. Looking for better

Help! I created this form maybe 4 years ago that is part of a Request Queue.  Certain sections are hidden from non-Admins as part of the request. I believe the way I implemented it years ago is that the rest of the form will not display to non-Admins until an API call fetches data and my custom field  "Fusion Update Status" is set to Updated.  After the change to the new Form builder, I can't seem to look up the logic that suppresses certain form sections. For the most part, each section is behaving according to design. For example, this is what a working section looks like in Form builder : ... however I can't see the logic anywhere for why my users can't see this or what makes it visible to the user later.  This new section - sandwiched in between sections that are behaving properly -  is *not* behaving, and so Requesters can see the section when making the request, and they shouldn't:     This is how it's set up i
