Hello,In reference to this post: Solved: AEP Data Lake Retention - Adobe Experience League Community - 679830 Can anyone here confidently confirm with documentation, that deletion of batches would only affect the profile store, and not data lake itself? I have a POC i'm working on for Data Lake Retention in AEP and best practices of how to handle. Any insights would be extremely helpful as I can't seem to pinpoint any documentation. 

Hello Target Community, i want to track a click event of an Element on my Page, if the element is clicked the user should be in a specific audience.  i tried this example  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-14550 but changed the code to: adobe.target.trackEvent({mbox: 'target-global-mbox', params: {'person': 'private'}}) in my profile script i try to read it out like this:if (mbox.name == 'target-global-mbox') { var x = mbox.param('person') return x; } and try to add a audience based on that like this: but the audience is not picking because the site is not changing. Am i missing something here?   

Hey all, I'm brand new to Adobe Analytics, but I haven't found the answer to this question anywhere, so maybe you can help. I'm using a combo visualization to compare monthly values over the previous twelve months compared to the 12 months prior to that (each line represents 12 months). In the settings, I checked the box that said "Show trend line," but it doesn't show any trend lines unless I hover over the graph with my mouse (then the trend line is grey, so I have no idea which period of time it's referring to), which isn't helpful since I have lots of graphs to add to reports. Anyone know how to make them visible without me needing to hover over the graph? Also, is there a way to make a trend line match the color of the data line it represents? I'm including a picture of the way I need it to look with colored, dotted lines (I used Excel) and the way it looks now with my cursor hovering over it. I'd hate to go back to Excel with as much data as I have, but I will since trend lines a

Hello Team, In my project, I have a component:  /apps/abc/components/myComponent/having: sling:resourceSuperType : one of the core component Now, I need to create new component: myTestComponent for the same project under "commerce" section. /apps/abc/components/commerce/myTestComponent/Functionality wise, this is 90% similar to the above myComponentWhat is the best way to create the new component: myTestComponentobviously copy pasing the html file, cq:dialog of myComponent is not the right choice.Can someone guide me? Thanks in advance

I have a task level form that contains fields from a project level form. These fields are all calculated fields that reference fields from the project form. Their formulas are as follows: {project}.{DE:Required Sampled Date}. They do not update when the project level is updated, how would I get them to auto update without recalculating expressions, am I doing this the wrong way?

We have an existing request queue, with the queue project named Pre-existing Issue.Users can enter a request into that queue via Workfront (Requests, New Request, etc.)We recently enabled request intake via email into that same queue, so users can now send an email to the designated intake email address to submit issues into the same queueHow can I capture how many of the issues/requests have been submitted via email?My queue project setup has Queue Details > Queue Properties > Request Type - "Request" is selectedIn an Issues report, the column Issue>>Issue Type seems to report "Issue" if it was emailed, but "Request" if it was entered via the queue.Is that a reliable way to get a count of the number items that were emailed into the queue, or is there another/better way to accomplish this?

Hello, After updating servers to 7.4.1 we have another weird issue going on.Issue is with uploading files:Select file upload from local machine. File is uploaded successfully. But when clicking on 'Ok' I get prompt as if the process is not finished   When we click on yes and Ok again we get error As if something tried to read the file. But to me this is not the correct location at all or not full location where the file is loaded.  Any idea what I need to check?Marcel

Hi, We are interested in using Adobe Analytics 2.0 API.  There are a couple of questions i have:1) Are there quotas in terms of how many calls can be made concurrently per user/report suite/org?2) Is there a standard variables/pageurl across report suites that is accessible from API 2.0?  it seems this dimension is not usable from the API.3) We would like to pull page name and page url with page views call so the response looks likeHome Page,https://site.com/, 101Home Page,https://a.site.com/, 100Products, https://site.com/products/, 100It seems like I would need to make a single call get a list of all the page names and then make a separate breakdown call for each page name by page_url.Thanks for your help,Sammy

Hi Team, While exporting experience fragment to target , for element value like - <a href="tel:155555555"> is getting converted to <a href="https://<externalizer-domain>/#tel:155555555"  and link behaviour after export stops working. Believe this is happening w.r.t Experience Fragments Overview | Adobe Experience Manager.  Want to know how we can handle the use case not to append domain when href has tel:. Note - We have implemented ExperienceFragmentLinkRewriterProviderbut it is not getting called while we are exporting the experience fragment to target.   

Does anyone else's Help icon/button not work? Nothing happens when I click it. I am a new administrator, so maybe I missed a memo. 

Is it possible to format a column results in project report so that its view/read only? I have an extensive report containing both custom data and calculated columns. Id like to restrict all users to change the custom data on this report.

I don't understand the need for the Watch Field and Watch Record modules. The only 2 starting modules I have used are the Watch Events module and Search module. Why use a watch field module when I can use a watch events and set it to run X times daily. Same thing for the watch record module, why use that when I can use a watch events module that triggers on X creation. I was at one of the seminars and asked the same question and they said I would use the other 2 when I don't need the events instantly but does that even matter when my event webhook can just sit there and build up stuff until the scenario executes? Can someone with more insight explain why there would be any good reason to use either of the 2 triggers over the watch event trigger?

Hello- I frequently copy data tables from adobe analytics and paste to excel for further analysis. Starting on 8/14, the data that gets copied are the percentages, not the values themselves. I have played with settings and contact our Adobe Analytics SMEs, and this is a new issue that does not have a clear solution. Any help would be appreciated. I believe this is a separate bug, but If I unselect percentages from the column settings, only partial data is copied to the clipboard (ex. uncheck percentages, copy 5 cells from a column, paste into excel, only the 5th cell in the column gets pasted. 

Can you read an audience in AEP while building abandoned basket journey in AJO?For example, if someone abandons the basket, I only want to send out the email if the person falls into a specific AEP segment.  Is this possible?

I would like to make the text field read-only in Granite UI.  I used disabled but this option is not saving the values in the repository after the dialog submission. In classical UI I am using the readonly="true" I am looking for the similar option. Any suggestions on this?Thanks In Advance.
