Has anyone tried setting up automated email notifications after an email has blasted? Our internal stakeholders would like to be alerted that their requested email has gone out and so I am trying to find a way to automate a "Confirmation of Execution" notification that captures info like:Email descriptionDrop date/timeNumber of emails sentNumber of emails deliveredCopy of emailIdeally we would like this email alert sent out after batch email blasts. Anybody tried something similar?

After the release of the new publishing platform from Adobe i have a questionSince the new way of publishing have several difference from the way we used to do it up till now, is it possible to start creating new apps with the new Publishing solution while at the same time to be able to  to provide content to the existing apps with the old version of DPS?I  am asking that because first of all to will take us a training period to understand how  new Publishing solution works and on the other hand the existing app that our costumer have are based on a diffirent structure from the TOC, navigation etc and it looks really hard to migrate them to the new look and feel ...Will be abel to run simultaneously the 2 platforms or since i will go to the new Publishing solution i will not be able to create content for my existing apps??

Hello -I'm working on a nurture campaign that will require the use of multiple fields on a SFDC custom object.  These fields will need to be used to both trigger the email sends and also need to be accessible for use in the email content as well (e.g. tokens), which currently are not available in Marketo. Besides creating cross-object formulas in SFDC to get this data to the Contact or Account level (which is not a scalable solution, as you will eventually run into SFDC limits), what other options do we have in order to make these fields accessible to Marketo? I also know there is an option of having these emails be sent as outbound email alerts in SFDC, but you lose all aspects of email performance reporting with these types of emails in SFDC.If you have found other ways around using cross-object formulas, I am very interested in learning how you were able to accomplish getting the data you needed into Marketo.Thank you!

Hi, I see that Enable Newsstand is possible when building a new app for iOS. But isn't it Apple's plan to remove published apps from Newsstand - or News or whatever the name might be...?

I have followed all the steps in the User Guide and built a test app..followed all the steps to sign it. I am at the point of wanting to load it and preview it on my iOS devices and need help.This is my first app build; the Adobe Guide says "Use iTunes, Xcode, or a different method to load the signed app to your iOS device" 1. Can anyone recommend a online tutorial for this step? I don't know how to load the app to preview with iTunes or Xcode.My app is signed - and I got the message the signed copy is stored next to the unsigned copy from the Adobe Publishing App Signing Tool.2.  Where does it save these files? If the app is built in the cloud, where is the signed app files?  The publish.adobe.com/appbuilder screen still shows my app as an 'Unsigned App'Thank you for any help.

Hi everyoneI'm building a Adobe Publish app which is working well but there are some articles that I don't want in collections as I don't want them to have a card image in the browse page.So that seems to be fine, I leave them as articles out of collections and they still seem to link when I have a link on a page that is in the collection.The problem I am finding is when I update that content that is not in a collection it doesn't seem to update in the app... I wonder if this is because these articles are not in a collection?The question I have is do articles have to be in collections if I want them in an app and can you have an article in a collection but not have it showing up with a card in your browse page?cheersJT

I was able to create a Windows App yesterday at the publishing portal. Today I tried to create another Windows App and it failed. The status is Failure. I edited the Windows App yesterday and resubmitted and it also failed. Has anyone been able to create a Windows App today?

We are using marketo for our syncing with SFDC. We also have need to send individual emails non marketing, like payment confirmation etc.Is there a method that can send the mails for an individual not a group or campaign.

We are trying to sync only leads into Marketo first, is this possible?

Hello,Confused by the fact that it seems like the only way to get certified is by purchasing a $45 camera and taking Kryterion’s Online Proctoring (OLP) service (costing an additional $175).For those of you who are certified, is this really the only way to get certified?  No approved testing sites?  I'm SFDC certified and that was super easy as I was able to go to a exam center near my home.Thank you!Kyle

I understand that a banner is a static element that can link to a web link or be a placeholder for image content. An article can contain an uploaded .article or packaged HTML file.I am interested in having a card open up to a video. It would be great if i could upload that video file to play on the ipad/tablet as the content exclusively.Will there be more file types available to upload to cater to this by release?What should my alternative be for now - creating a video frame over an entire indesign article, or creating an html page with the video? (that is less seamless so I am interested)

Dynamics 2013 on-prem integrated with Marketo.  I started sync'ing Account records into Marketo and they went successfully as expected.  The business decided to only keep records in Marketo based on a specific attribute's value.  I created a Smart Campaign and removed those records from Marketo successfully.  Now the business would like to restore those records into Marketo but they don't appear to be flowing back into Marketo when I restart the sync or even update data in Dynamics to hopefully trigger the sync.  How would I accomplish this?

We share an SFDC instance with our team in the UK, who won't necessarily be moving forward with Marketo. As such, we'd like to make sure their SFDC records aren't synced into Marketo (syncing them into Marketo would mean we're bumped into the next pricing tier).I found this thread about having Support create a "Hide from Marketo" field and suppressing the leads: Re: Is it possible to "hide" leads that are in Salesforce from Marketo? But I also came across a training (whose link no longer works) called "Hide Records from SFDC with the Sync Profile". Has anyone done this? How involved was it and have you run into any problems? Also, if anyone could point me to some printable instructions for our SFDC admins, that would be swell Thanks!

How would I set up a smart campaign to track people who came back to our website after previously visiting it? There's no specific time frame, just after the first time, we want to track each subsequent visit.I have triggers > visits web page > is any, constraint > date of activity > on or after today.That's not right because I don't want to know today, but after doesn't work either. The company I work for has put in a lot of money and time for training into teaching the old way of publishing Folios. How long will the old system of publishing Folios be supported by Adobe? We would like some insight so that we can begin developing some kind of plan. Thanks.

I was able to create the Windows app from the Digital Publishing Solution portal and tested it locally on my Windows 8 tablet. The package however was not the appx file and could not be uploaded to Windows Store for submission. The old DPS App Builder creates appxupload from memory for Windows app. Would that feature be made available to the new DPS portal?
