HI, we subscribed to notification of 'Web Services' failures and  and now we would like to unsubscribe. Is there any way to unsubscribe ?  we dont see any unsubscribe in the email.

I have a finished email that is sending with a picture. The image however has an editable box around it, which should not be there when I click it. Help!

It would be good if you could restrict either horizontal or vertical (or both) swiping. Sometimes i want people to swipe down, but force them to go back to the contents if they, for example, reach the end of a vertical set of pages, rather than then swipe left or right and navigate to a page where i don't want them to go. Hopefully this is something that can be introduced in the 2015 DPS release?

I'm trying to figure out what lead fields are out of the box with Marketo.  What fields come with every Marketo instance?  I can't seem to find anything besides Last Name and Email address.

We have migrated some collections to DPS 2015. One of the things we notice is how slow the new viewer opens every article.In the current viewer, you can browse trough the whole edition (30-50 articles) really fast just a short time after the initial download has started.In the new viewer, every article takes time downloading, giving the reader the feeling he is in a really slow app. And the limitation of only downloading the next four articles isn't really helping.An ordinary edition of 30-50 articles is usually between 20 and 40 megabytes, so download time itself should not be the problem.YoursEspen MoeDN

So, I understand that Dual Orientation will not be supported in DPS 2015, but there is talk of Mixed Content. Please clarify if my understanding of this is correct.Lets say, for example, I had a Dual Orientation folio where some articles looked better in landscape format and others looked better in portrait. As I understand it, in DPS 2015, I would simply add one orientation of each of those articles - as well as choose a default orientation for the TLC. The App would display properly in it's default orientation (lets assume it's landscape for viewing on a tablet), and all landscape oriented articles would display properly. However, when I'd happen upon a portrait oriented article, it would display in it's portrait format on the landscape layout, adding white letter-boxing to either side of the article. Then, if I would rotate the tablet, it would display in full screen, portrait mode??? Is this how this will work? Thanks,Tommy

But what are the actual names I should use when I build the SOAP request? If I use, verbatim, "Created At" (or any other creative variations on that name that I can think of), I get back an error: "attribute map field with key Created At not found".Thanks!

How can I upload different layout dimension of the same article on Content? I want to see my app in iPad retina, iPad 1024x760 and iPhone4. I export the article in all these layouts , but DPS Beta only lets me upolad one of them (if i try to upload a second layout, it just replaces the first). Also, is there any way to verify the dimension of the layout uploaded in content (because when it replaces one upload with the other i no longer know which size went up)?Thanks

Does anyone have experience working with these Parent/Child relationships in Marketo? Specifically, should I sync the Product User object that lives on the Lead and Contact level, or should I enable the object that lives under the Subscription object?On the Lead/Contact Level:On the Account level:Do I need to sync all three?

Hi Everyone,Can you please explain me the criteria how Marketo defines email bounces,  Like which will be the soft bounce and hard bounce.For example an email like : Bizanga@test.11 is surely a invalid email so for the first time if any trigger email is sent on this email address will that be soft bounce or hard bounce.

When does Marketo determine an email address is invalid? I assume this is once an email is sent and can't be delivered but want to clarify. When a list is uploaded, some leads cannot be uploaded because of errors in their address, so Marketo does some level of email validity check upon import.

Hi, I am having problems getting the article packager to create an article. I am only at the demo stage at the moment but when I drag the bluearticle01 folder over the app icon, nothing happens. If I move it over the app icon in the dock, I get a message saying it is not a supported file. Any advice on what I am doing wrong? I know I can use the articles already created in the demo folder but do want to know it works. Screenshots below. Thanks.
