Hi, this may sound like a stupid question but I have launched a poll. Right after release, I could see results on my landing page and then I closed the page. Now I'm re-opening the page and the stats are blank. Where/how do I see how many people have answered yes, no, etc? Cécile @ Talend

Has anyone tried to report on ad specs using Marketo forms or UTM codes? We would like to see what banner ads or size ads pull the most traffic and clicks. Right now we are using tags but we are not able to pull a report on the specific banner sizes or ad type. Any help or ideas are appreciated.

We created an unsubscribe page using the subscription management methodology shown in the "Don't let them unsubscribe" Marketo Masters feature. Toward the end, the presenter said we need to create a smart list that includes a filter for the opt out.My question is, do I need to create a smart list filter for every single program that calls out the "not unsubscribed to this particular list" field or is there some way to create a global preference list? The default unsubscribe is nice and automatic, but it appears creating multiple unsubscribe lists greatly complicates matters.

Hi all,When getting Leads which are updated from yesterday 0:00 to yesterday 24:00, I would get over 100000 records. So I would call getMultipleLeads() with last returned streamPosition again and again.In the duration, my colleagues may update some of the data which I have got. When this happens, could the last returned streamPosition still work?I think it should have less results when I query this LastUpdateAtSelector again. Would the streamPosition specify the correct position?Best Regards,Biao

Hi,   We have an upcoming tradeshow. I have created a program in Marketo as an event with the aim being to upload all the leads we generate at the tradeshow as members into this program. They will then be entered into the generic lead nurturing. However, I would like to send out some pre-event marketing emails to 3 separate lists. 1) Leads which we captured from an event last year "come visit us again" 2) Purchased list of contacts acquired 3) Our customer base My question is this - should I have a separate program within the tradeshow folder for the pre-event email and the campaigns? I don't want the 3 lists of data outlined above to be in the event membership tab as they weren't neccessarily at the event. If I send each of the 3 data lists above a separate email with separate messaging... should each of the 3 emails to the 3 data lists be a separate program? Thank you, Jess

Hi,I don't understand why on some of my landing pages (not all) instead of having my Meta Tags description text showing up when we are sharing page, I have also the bottom text of my landing page (see screenshot below).Can somebody please explain what part of the .html I need to change? This is driving me crazy. We didn't have that in past. How to change physical position (not just css) of "view as webpage" email link, in order to place it after our pre-header text (as should be the case).

Looking to create a newsletter sign-up form on a landing page, as well as a triggered confirmation email. In addition we have those future newsletters emails - some known beforehand and some not.What kind of program type/channel is this? Do I create a new channel "Newsletter" under default (i.e. default/newsletter) or do i use the existing email/email send. (other options are engagement/nurture or default/content. I took the course; however, i havent came across a definitive guide to channel meanings).Thanks ~

Is there a way to add the inferred city or inferred state to an Anonymous Traffic report? It doesn't seem to work when I try. 

Has anyone else had trouble activating the Visits Web Page trigger when using UTM codes?I'm running an ad campaign that sends people to a landing page in one of our Content programs.  When someone from this ad campaign visits the page, I want to chance their membership status in the ad campaign Program (ie: a different Program than where the landing page lies).When I look at my Activity in Marketo, the webpage I visited shows, but the trigger doesn't shoot when the URL includes the UTM campaign.Any ideas?Thanks!

I'm setting up some interesting moments as well as program status changes based on viewing web pages on our website.When I add the campaign and trigger to say webpage IS and put the url I get the red squiggle underline saying the entry isn't valid. If I put contains then it seems to work however it doesn't appear when we test that the trigger works.Is "contains" a valid handler for the URL?

I imported some data, however, I know need to remove some old records. How can I run a report to create a list of leads with no email address?And how to I bulk delete these? Thanks, 

We would like to st up a lead score trigger for to assist our sales team for followup.In the trigger we have used Score name is Lead Score > and Change is+5We are not exactly sure what +5 means?When a lead score increases in a block of 5 then trigger? (eg, one event that increases a score by 5 or more)Or is it an incremental increase and when that reaches 5 it will trigger (eg, browse web page =1 and the lead browses five of our pages)Thanks, John

I've seen this working before. Right now we are implementing Marketo and have a "change data value" on our forms to update the lead source. In Marketo we've added unique identifiers in the lead source but in testing the lead sources we defined in Marketo aren't coming through in SFDC. It's populating with one of the picklist values instead.Any ideas on why that might be happening.Cheers,Richard
