Hello -Has anyone experienced troubleshooting an unexpected large total profile count increase? We had a 30M total profile increase sometime between 6/23 and 6/24. Our licensed usage is still showing the count, -30M, but the total profile count has the 30M added. Just looking for some advice.Thank you

Our company is migrating off Adobe Campaign Classic to another platform for Email marketing. Our contract expires this weekend. Before that happens Id like to find a way to gather some historical records, just in case we need them. Does anyone know of a way to export info and data? I've just been grabbing screenshots, mostly of workflow details. But if there's a way to do this easier, Id love the info!

Hi - sorry if this has been done to death, but I can't find the answer going through this site the last couple days. I want to allow end users to select multiple assets on a custom form. I have it built using yes/no checkboxes a section of custom fields. I can see the answers in the request issue. And when I convert to project I see their selections in the project details. Yet... what I'd really like is for those selections to become tasks in the project on conversion. What am I missing? Or is this a Fusion thing?  Thanks

Hi , As of right now, the Referrer is default value by Adobe. Inside this Dimension internal URLs are included and seems to persist as an eVar.For analysis the External Referrer is necessary to be a prop to be able to give an Entry External Referrer possible.Due to This, we need a new Prop "External Referrer" , which collects the referrer on Hit and exclude internal URLs to make an Extern Referrer Possible. Any suggestions really helpful. Hi everybody. I need to create a form where people can sign up for training events and select up to 16 different events/days/times at a time. Upon form submission, Marketo should send an email alert to the internal team listing the options selected. I can create 16 checkbox (boolean) fields and 16 string fields. The string fields will contain the day/time information that corresponds to each T/F checkbox. If checkbox 1 = TRUE, then I change the data value in the corresponding string field 1 so I can use that text in the email alert, etc. I'll recycle these fields as the dates pass and new dates are added to the schedule. In the email alert body, there will be gaps because not all dates will be selected. Is there a more scalable and elegant solution to this that's still easy to implement? This is what it looks like in the email setup: and here is this text in the actual email when option 1 and 3 are selected; the white space is due to option 2 not having be

I am looking for a solution where in 1st tab the author can input a text field name. this textfield name should render a new tab in the same dialog. We can have a multifield of text fields in 1st tab so that we can have N number of tabs.We have a header navigation where data is deeply nested and it becomes difficult and clumsy for the authors to author the data since everything lies in the same tab. Currently, we have three levels of nested data.Example in the below screenshot - 3 different levels are shown with different colors.What will be the best way to achieve this? I could think of creating a new tab for each level and doing it with author input dynamically with the help of multifield.

Hello community The code below needs to return an SVG from a folder within clientlibs in ui.apps. However, when I attempt to access it, it returns "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML...." This SVG will be located in the folder mysite/ui.frontend/src/main/webpack/resources/images, and when built, it generates the same SVG in mysite/ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/project/clientlibs/clientlib-site/resources/images.When attempting to access directly in /apps in the local environment, it works. I am trying to test transactional messaging (sending an email by SOAP request) to no avail.What i did:- created a template, type (called "t3") according to the steps in the documentation file "message-center-v6.1-en.pdf".- Created the event "t3"- published the template- sending a proof worked perfectlyThen i created send SOAP message to the server with "Boomerang SOAP & REST client". This worked after using the content of a cookie "__sessiontoken" as "sessionToken".Request looks like this.l got back a response with HTTP code 200 (success) with this content:In the event history of the message center i see the event (see screenshot), but it is marked as "Event not covered" and no email is sent.I do not see any entry in any logfile i searched on the server for this event.Apparently the server cannot associate the request (type="t3") with the template for some reason. Hi ,  I am using curl command to build the package (eg 250 MB) , but it times-out when the package is big and throws 503 error , but the package keeps building in the background and finally i can see a proper build package in the package manager , Can we increase the timeout of curl command and also is it possible to print building logs in terminal  as we see in the package manager  I have tried to increase the curl timeout using -m flag , but its not working Any workaround for the same?  Thanks,

Trying to use my identity url to get an access token so I can create leads in python. Repeatedly getting an error saying that the url doesn't exist and that the nodename or servname is not known. I'm unable to use any of the REST endpoints because of this. Even when I manually create an access token through the admin panel and try and hit the 'create lead' endpoint, I get the same DNS error. Do I need to somehow 'activate' my API url or something? Am I missing a step?

I do NOT have fusion, so I'm trying to find a solution that does not utilize fusion.  I have a team of three people that oversee evaluations/observations for another team of trainers in my department. I want them to be able to see a report of which trainers need to be observed, the trainer's manager, when they were last observed, etc. I've tried a few different things. I had custom fields for "Assigned Observer," "Observation Date" that were attached to the user. I was able to edit the report that I created freely, but the three observers were not. I assume this is because I was technically editing the user which is part of my access as a subgroup admin. So my next attempt, which I liked a little more, but ran into issues was to create a project "2024 Observations." I created a custom field for tasks that was "Trainer" and it was a USER typeahead field. I then added it to the view for the tasks. HiIt's been nearly 5 years since this question : https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/jquery-conflict-in-aem-6-4/m-p/303705#M36151We still have the same problem - AEM insists on loading the 'jquery' clientlib when you add things like Target integration to your pages.  This results in jQuery v1.12.4-aem being loaded, which is really rather old.The workaround, as described in the answer to the earlier question is to create your own clientlib which loads a newer version of jQuery, and to make your clientlib depend on the AEM jquery clientlib (so the AEM version loads before yours), and to make sure you load that before anything that requires jQuery.  The end result is then that the version of jQuery you want to use is loaded, and because of the way clientlibs work, there's no further attempt to load v1.12.4-aem.However, the downside of this is that the browser requests, downloads, and parses a version of jQuery that is never used.Does an

We've got a custom project form that contains a field for the project's recording date; the field is set up to show only the date, not the time of day.  I'm working on an automation, triggered by an addition or change to this date field, that adjusts the planned start date for the corresponding recording task to match.I first tested the scenario using hard-coded info from a sample project.  I used a Read a Record module to pull the field info--it shows the field only as a date:I parsed this date and added 7 hours to it before passing it to the Update Record module for the task (our Fusion is on Denver time, and we're on EST, so this results in the date having a 9:00am time).  This worked fine.I then started playing around with triggers.  I created a second scenario with a Watch Field module to detect changes in the recording date field.  The task gets updated with this scenario but with the wrong time.  I started inspecting the modules, and I discovered th

I'm trying to understand if its necessary to convert existing Static Templates to Editable Templates. I am looking for insight on - 1. Whether the conversion is Mandatory?2. Suppose there is two value for evar132, some value coming is websdk and other is in WEBSDK. So, value in report will be considered two different entries in reports or it will be only one value.
