Please guide on how to use Macro in AEMaaCS  dispatcher.In which folder we should declare Macro and how to call it in Vhost ? We are using Multi-site setup, need multiple vhost files and how to make it generic and use Macro https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_macro.html#useChecked above document, but not sure how to make a complete vhost as a Macro and how to call it in enabled vhosts folder? Can we call a Macro within a Macro?Can we create full  vhost using Macro instead of creating Macro just to include Rewrite rules?

When a parent task has children that are cancelled the system shows the status of the Parent task as Complete. I can't find a way to change this. We are trying to build a way to show that a Parent task (which represents a job) was cancelled. We need a way to report on parent tasks that were cancelled and parent tasks that were actually completed because the work is done. Is there a way to set up workfront so that if all children tasks are cancelled the parent task would also show cancelled?  

Hi all,I feel a bit silly asking this as I've been working with forms for a while, but I can't seem to remove custom forms from either individual projects or project templates. I've tried removing them from both the Edit Project/Edit Template interface and the Project Details page, and while I have the 'x' next to the form name, nothing happens when trying to remove it. Note: these are projects/templates that I created and own, and they only have one form attached. Am I doing something wrong, or is it time to enter a support ticket?Thanks! -Laura

Hi,When moving pages in AEM as a Cloud Service, admin users can move without any workflow, but other users (with full permissions) trigger the "Request to Complete Move Operation" workflow, which fails with:java.lang.NullPointerExceptionPermissions provided: read, write, modify, delete, replicate.Why does the workflow trigger only for non-admins, and what could cause this NPE?How can we prevent the workflow from triggering for fully privileged users?Thanks!

Trying to compile a app build on AEM 6.3 created with old archetype template. Hi, We have been storing a specific identity field (i.e., companyName.identities.crmId) in lowercase, but it should actually be in uppercase. We've addressed this for future data using Adobe Launch, but when it comes to historical data, we considered creating Derived Fields in CJA. However, we haven’t found a function that converts values to uppercase. Are there any suggestions or better approaches to handle this issue?

Is it possible to update task predecessors through Fusion?  I just kick-started a group of 30+ projects, and I need to add cross-project predecessors to a specific task in each project.   When assigning predecessors last year (prior to us having Fusion access), I created a task report and pasted in the predecessor values using the project reference and task numbers (e.g., '1988778:24,1988827:24,1988974:24').   I'm pretty new to Fusion.  I've been able to download/parse CSV files and update tasks for basic info (assignees; planned start dates; etc.), but Predecessors is not one of the available options in the field list for the Task object.  Can the predecessors be mapped through the mapping panel?  If so, what would that expression be?  I'm not advanced enough at this point to go the API route (and I'm not even sure our IT department has obtained the API package in Fusion).   Thanks.  

Hi All, I need to create user journey flows for session with a specific condition where users have interacted with an offer. So, I have created a flow visualization where flow container is 'Session' and 'starts with' dimension as Page Name.  I have applied two quick segments at panel level- segment 1 = user has seen an offer (Include Session with dimension used as 'decisioning.propositions.items.id field=New Offer 1 (offer name) ' to identify offers)- segment 2 = user has interacted with offer (Include Session with metrics used as '_experience.decisioning.propositionEventType.interact exists') All my offer banners are displayed on my home page and then lead to Offer details page followed by Offer Landing Page. So, I expect that all paths should start with Home Page as first node, Offer Page as second node and Offer Landing Page ('New Offer 1 Landing Page') as my third node, because the two segments should include all sessions where offer is clicked.However, I am get

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with one of our Content Fragment Models in AEM where a few text fields were intentionally disabled using disabled=true and renderReadOnly=false at the field node level under /conf/<project>/settings/dam/cfm/models/<model-name>/jcr:content/model/cq:dialog/content/items/textfield. In the old Content Fragment Editor (Granite UI), these fields appear correctly disabled and are not editable, but after moving to the new Content Fragment Editor (which is React-based and built on Adobe React Spectrum), the same fields appear editable and authors are able to modify them. It seems the new editor doesn’t respect the traditional disabled or renderReadOnly properties that used to work in the old UI. Could someone please guide me on how to make these fields appear disabled or read-only in the new React Spectrum–based Content Fragment Editor? Trying to replace a legacy data warehouse job that uses a "Previous Month" time range with a query in AEP.  I can get the correct data back from my query if I manually set the start/end dates, but I can't generate working SQL for the rolling previous month time range so I can automate the job.  ChatGPT gave me 4 different SQL variations to try but all failed, something like thisAND `timestamp` >= date_trunc('month',date_sub(date_trunc('month', current_timestamp()), 1))AND `timestamp` < date_trunc('month', current_timestamp())gives this error ErrorCode: 42601 queryId: 09e1ee39-c4b9-4e9f-bedd-d6c0e5ff18af Syntax error encountered. Reason: [line 13:56: missing INTEGER_VALUE at ')'] Has anyone developed working AEP SQL for this?  

I've seen this discussion: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/project-finances-allocation-dat... but it doesn't quite tell me how those dates are determined.   We have a Project (Financial Data) report where the planned completion date of the project is in March 2026, but the report is showing allocation dates stretching out through August 2026.

I am looking for ways to prevent users from re-entering same journey again. From AJO docs, Incremental load prevents users who have previously qualified; However, if a user's profile changes and they drop out of, then later re-qualify for the audience, they may still re-enter correct?How can we make sure that they never enter the same read audience based journey?

Hi team,We’re exploring how to track and reconcile message feedbacks (delivery, bounce, etc.) with the original API triggered transactional message send requests in Adobe Journey Optimizer.According to the feedback webhook documentation, the webhook payload includes a requestId field, which uniquely identifies the transactional send request.However, when we query the AJO Message Feedback Event Dataset, the field requestId doesn’t seem to appear — even though the rest of the payload closely mirrors the webhook structure. What’s the recommended way to tie a feedback event in the dataset back to the original send request? Would really appreciate guidance or examples on how to correlate feedback dataset records with the original transactional requests.Thanks in advance!

Hi Team, I have posted a similar question before, but this time its different slightly. We have managed to render DoR from adaptive form using outputService.generatePDFOutput, with merged data. The adaptive form fields are binding with XDP template fields, by associating XDP with Adaptive form (xdpRef property). The question that we have is, is there any way to render PDF with merged data form adaptive form, without XDP associated to it. We are trying to understand if there is any possibility of creating an adaptive form directly on AEM, and rendering the PDF with data, by not using XDP template at all in future (to prevent the use of designer). Is there any way to create template within forms in AEM 6.5? Please also consider the fact that, PDFs have specific templates, which are currently maintained using XDP template. Thank you.

So I think I know the answer to this one but thought in case it had appeared on a development roadmap since I last explored it, it was worth asking. I'm building a "basic board" in Workfront where I don't have a need to link the cards to issues or tasks at present, its just helpful to have cards, task lists, comments and statuses against tickets. Am I right in thinking that, because cards are not standard elements of the Workfront structure of tasks, issues, projects, etc, it's not currently possible to produce any reporting based on unlinked cards? Thanks!

I'm trying to create an issue report to show the average time between entry date and actual completion date per month. I cannot get any issue duration field to aggregate to show an average in the grouping. I've tried text mode to calculate the date difference, and I've also tried creating a calculated field. Neither is working for me. Is this even possible? If not, does anyone have a good way to show this type of data in Workfront?Thanks!

One of my users asked how their supervisor could be notified when they're added to a project, to which I responded that was built into Workfront's notification settings. However, when looking in the "miscellaneous" notifications for that manager (and all users) I can no longer find any settings related to people on their team. Has anybody else noticed this?

Client is a professional sports team and often has last-minute lists they need to email. They have a stand-alone AJO (no RT-CDP or CDP connected to facilitate real-time audience evaluation). Example use cases could be:1. Same-day ticket purchase there were not capture at data refresh from warehouse, or at ticket-purchase event (configured but limited). 2. Communicatsions that need to go to people not typically in the database - such as family members of players/staff, and/or lists from sales-teams for certains games, our group sales members. We are hoping to receive details on whether list imports and/or real-time evaluation is on the roadmap for stand-alone AJO and highly suggest this functionality as marketing automation platforms fulfill this need. We have provided workarounds to get the client as close as possible, but are looking for input from other users and Adobe team. Any specific details greatly appreciated!  

Dear Community,Greetings! I have setup an event that triggers the journey. The event has the 'accountNumber' and 'phoneNumber' attributes. Now, I need to find the 'email address' associated with the 'accountNumber' or 'phoneNumber' and send out an email to the user. Account Number is the primary key here. How can we accomplish this within the journey? Thanks in advance. 

I have almost clear whole dam via script and tested. Sites are working fine. all dam folders and assets added by users are deleted. and then run 1. java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore2.  java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore rm-unreferenced3.   java -jar -Dsun.arch.data.model=32 oak-run-1.8.4.jar compact crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstoreafter compact however it freed the size of 35GB. but my aem total size was around 865GB. and I was expecting to reduce more used size. however I haven't deleted the sites which were using these assets. The dam size was quite big in 700+GB.Can someone guide me how to clear the size of application?Server used is Rhel 9.
