Hi all,I'm getting email notifications saying "This project you are assigned to is now: ACTIVE", but I'm not on the project. I'm a Sys Admin so can see all areas.I've checked the following: Project sharing (people and groups), project sponsor, resource manager, assignments, people area, subscription, program and portfolio sharing, company members. Thanks, Matt

Hi Team, I am using a query in a workflow that group records and concats field. The result of this concat field sometimes extend beyond 255, which triggers an error in the Query workflow activity, is there a way to accommodate characters > 255, in a temporary worktable. The idea is to use that conca field later in the workflow activity to do further processing  I tried using the Edit Schema, but not sure how to go about it ? Please suggest some alternatives Regards,DG   

So, Marketo's recommendation is to have a maximum of 500 emails or landing pages linked to the same template: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/general/email-editor-2/create-an-email-template.html?lang=en   It says: CAUTION While there is no hard limit, once an email template is used by over 500 emails, re-approving that template after an update could result in performance issues. We recommend that once an email template has 500 emails associated to it, to create a new template.   I'm having that performance issue now, when I want to reapprove an edited template that is linked to hundreds of landing pages or emails. This takes ages and it also creates a draft for all those hundreds, making a mess and confusion of the existing landing pages or emails that my team made.    So Marketo suggest to create new templates, so that the counter restarts at zero. My team is transitioning to use Gantt charts to visualize our project timelines. There are a few visualizations that we'd like but I'm unsure on which date field should I use to populate the Gantt chart.1. Launch date (a vertical line that goes straight down the calendar indicating when the project is going live)2. Start date - project (a date that will determine the start day of all tasks in the project)3. Start day - tasks (start date for tasks will be determined by this start day and start date of project. For e.g. if start date for project is 1st Jan and start day for task is 1, then the start date for task should be 2nd Jan).4. End date - tasks (how long does it take to complete a task - 1 day, 5 days, etc) I understand this might be a complicated question so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to get a list of all the segments present in Adobe Audience Manager however, when I run BAAAM tool it gives the error "Error while performing the requested action. Overflow." Is there a way where I can increase the capacity of the BAAAM tool. I have only 2665 segments and able to fetch only 1402 segments.Please let me know if my question is not understandable.

We're using Adobe Launch with the Target extension (server-side delivery API). Initial Load with Randomized Experience:Load the Adobe Target library and randomly display one of the versions (a/b/c) without initiating tracking or personalization until the user consents.Consent Prompt and Handling:Display a consent prompt to the user upon their first visit.If the user accepts cookies, Adobe Target begins tracking and personalization from that moment onward.Redirect Logic for Non-Consent:If the user does not accept cookies, redirect them to a random experience (e.g., /a/b/c) on subsequent visits until they provide consent.Ensure that this redirection occurs in a user-friendly manner, explaining the need for consent for an optimal experience.Appreciate it! 

I am attempting to add new content to the "tools" > "general" tab within aem. To get the node structure accurate, I have overlaid the node directory /libs/cq/core/content/nav/tools/general, then created the necessary node underneath general for my content.  The issue is when I try to recreate this structure within my codebase and get build errors. When I copy the node structure exactly as it is in the CRXDE after overlaying, below are the following errors. I have updated the filter.xml file as well. Is there something I am missing within the ui.apps pom.xml file perhaps? As you can see it mentions there's an issue with the node type nt:unstructured being a child of nt:folder. But no where in my structure is there a parent to these nodes with nt:folder. I am using a query-builder query plus an index on our products to speed up the query on nodenames.It must work case insensitive. My index is using a function "fn:lower-case(fn:name())".  The query is as seen below.It is fast, returing the expected result in 10ms. I see a "Welcome to your account" message after I verified my account login.  I see that I have Adobe Analyics included in my plan but cannot actually get INTO Adobe Analtyics.When I clikc on the "Access your service" I just get marketing information about Adobe Analytics.   I have been in the reportsuites in that profile a ton of times.f   This is the first time I am seeing this screen.  When I click on "Access your service" I am not seeing anywhere that I can actually get to my Workspaces.  

Hello, I using a client's Campaign Standard. It runs extremely slow especially when trying query profiles, preview queries, searching for a specific profile and even running workflow. Literally, as I write this it is taking over 5 min for the "targeting" to come up in a query I am trying to edit. Is there anything I should or could do on my workstation side to speed up performance?

I was wondering if someone knew of the syntax that would allow me to fire a rule from within the custom code section of a rule.   thanks

Hi all, I am attempting to add a dropdown field in a folder metadata schema .The goal is to include a dropdown field that is visible only in the folder properties, but not with the assets contained within. Despite this, the value selected from the dropdown in the folders should be applicable to the internal assets in the crx node. I have a page template I need to validate the StartDate field input is before the EndDate field input.  If it is, an error message needs to display and don't let the user create the page.  What is the best way to accomplish this?

I frequently have multi party contracts ( up to 9 signatories  ) where I would like to set the other party signatures to be signed in any order because  one party early in the order can hold up the rest . But I need to ensure that once other parties have signed it goes to my organization's  signatory last . Adobe seems to only allow a toggle for "any order" or " in order" . Is there any way I can set "any order" for other parties but keep my organization last to sign on the same request for signing . 

I've been trying to build an automated approval workflow in Fusion by following the "Automating Workfront Request Approval Workflows" chapter within the Adobe Workfront Fusion Cookbook but have stumbled upon an error which I can't get beyond. I'm pretty new to Fusion so I may be making a rookie error. I've followed the instructions as best as I can and have build the workflow as closely to the example as possible. When I get to the Custom API Call (POST: Create Approval Process), I'm getting the following error: The operation failed with an error.
